Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Questionable for Sunday
Bateman (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Bateman was unable to practice Friday due to a groin issue, though coach John Harbaugh said the injury isn't serious, and the wideout still has "a real good chance" to play Sunday. The rookie first-round pick missed the first five games of the season with a groin injury, and it's unclear if he's managing an aggravation of that issue of if he's dealing with an entirely new injury altogether.

Corey Davis WR | NYJ
Jets' Corey Davis: Nearing return to practice
Davis (hip) is expected to return to practice this coming week, Eric Allen of Jets 360 Productions reports.
Davis has missed New York's past two games, but it sounds like he'll at least be back on the practice field before the Jets host the Bills in Week 10. Who will be throwing Davis the ball the next time he steps back onto the field remains unclear, as both Zach Wilson (knee) and Mike White (forearm) are expected to join him at practice, but how healthy the quarterbacks are and which one sits atop the depth chart both remain to be seen.

Jalen Reagor WR | MIA
Eagles' Jalen Reagor: Ready to go for Sunday
Reagor (ankle) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Per Eliot Shorr-Parks of Sports Radio 94 WIP Philadelphia, head coach Nick Sirianni confirmed earlier Friday that Reagor would be ready to go for the Week 9 matchup, and the second-year wideout's availability was confirmed after he turned in a full practice. Though Reagor is locked into a regular starting role for the Eagles, he's not seeing enough volume in the passing game to make for a reliable lineup option in the majority of fantasy leagues. Reagor has found the end zone only twice in eight games and has topped out at 53 receiving yards.

Cole Beasley WR | NYG
Bills' Cole Beasley: Returns to practice, listed as questionable
Beasley (ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after returning to a limited practice Friday.
Beasley, who was briefly forced out of last weekend's win over the Dolphins, missed back-to-back practices Wednesday and Thursday, but his return to a limited session Friday suggests that he has a shot to suit up this weekend. The Week 9 status of Buffalo's slot man, who caught 10 passes (on 13 targets) for 110 yards versus Miami -- will be clarified prior to the first wave of games Sunday, with the Bills kicking off at 1:00 ET.

Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Managing physical issue
Coach John Harbaugh said Friday that Bateman is dealing with an unspecified physical issue but should be able to play Sunday against the Vikings, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Bateman was absent from Friday's practice due to the issue, but it doesn't appear to be a serious concern. The 21-year-old has seven receptions for 109 yards in two games after spending the first five weeks of the season on injured reserve.

Donovan Peoples-Jones WR | NO
Browns' Donovan Peoples-Jones: Questionable for Week 9
Peoples-Jones (groin) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
With Odell Beckham slated to be waived, Peoples-Jones' Week 9 status gains added import, as he's in line for an expanded role in the Browns offense once cleared to play. Also currently in the team's wide receiver mix behind Jarvis Landry (knee) are Rashard Higgins and Anthony Schwartz. Fortunately for those considering Peoples-Jones (who was inactive in Week 8) in fantasy lineups this weekend, Cleveland kicks off at 1:00 ET on Sunday.

J.J. Arcega-Whiteside WR | ATL
Eagles' J.J. Arcega-Whiteside: Out Sunday
Arcega-Whiteside (ankle) will miss the Eagles' Week 9 contest against the Chargers, Josh Tolentino of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Arcega-Whiteside suffered an ankle injury in the Eagles' win over the Lions in Week 8. The receiver has been unable to practice at all since the injury. Expect Quez Watkins and Greg Ward to see important roles Sunday against the Chargers. Arcega-Whiteside's next chance to return to the field will be in Week 10 against the Broncos.
-
DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Not present for practice
Hopkins (hamstring) wasn't on the field for the open portion of Friday's practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Hopkins looks destined to go down as a non-participant on the Cardinals' Week 9 practice report for the third day in a row, as does quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle). Head coach Kliff Kingsbury has previously said that Murray doesn't necessarily need to practice this week to suit up Sunday in San Francisco, and the same could apply for Hopkins, who has a history of suiting up in games with little or no practice reps beforehand. The Cardinals' final practice report will be revealed later Friday and will indicate whether Hopkins will carry a designation into the contest or be ruled out ahead of the contest. If he's listed as questionable, Hopkins' status could come down to a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

Rashod Bateman WR | BAL
Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Not seen at practice Friday
Bateman (undisclosed) wasn't spotted during the media-access portion of Friday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Bateman hasn't been listed on the Ravens' injury report this week, so Friday's update should provide clarity with regard to the reason for his absence. The rookie wideout has played in Baltimore's past two games after coming off IR in advance of Week 6 action.

Dante Pettis WR | SF
Giants' Dante Pettis: Heads to IR
The Giants placed Pettis (shoulder) on injured reserve Friday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Pettis suffered a left shoulder injury during Monday's loss to the Chiefs, and he will now have to miss a minimum of three weeks while on IR. If the likes of Kadarius Toney (thumb), Kenny Golladay (knee) and/or Sterling Shepard (quadriceps) are healthy by the time Pettis is able to return, he could see his role on offense significantly reduced.
