  • Kirk Merritt WR | NO

Kirk Merritt: Catches one ball in win

Merritt caught one of three targets for 13 yards Sunday in the Dolphins' 17-9 win over the Texans. He reverted to the Dolphins' practice squad following the game.

After being elevated from the practice squad prior to the contest, Merritt saw his first action of the season Sunday. The 24-year-old wideout played on just 11 of the team's 75 offensive snaps, but he was still highly involved during his minimal time on the field. He could have had a shot at an even bigger day if not for Jacoby Brissett slightly underthrowing a deep ball that Merritt couldn't reel in. With Will Fuller (finger) likely to remain on injured reserve Week 10 along with fellow receiver DeVante Parker (shoulder), Merritt could be called up from the practice squad again ahead of Thursday's game against the Ravens.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Makes five catches Sunday

Moore hauled in all five of his targets for 25 yards, returned one kickoff for 22 yards and had one punt return for two yards during Sunday's 31-17 win in San Francisco.

Prior to Week 9, Moore's share of offensive snaps hadn't surpassed 64 percent in any of the first eight games of his career, but with DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) sidelined and A.J. Green (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Moore jumped all the way up to 81 percent. It didn't translate to much in the box score, however, and Christian Kirk ended up leading the receiving corps with six catches (on six targets) for 91 yards. Colt McCoy stepped in for Kyler Murray on Sunday due to the latter's sprained ankle, and there's some worry Murray won't be able to suit up Week 10 versus the Panthers, either. As a result, the outlook for the team's skill-position players, including Moore, is murky.

  • Gary Jennings WR | LAC

Gary Jennings: Showcases talent for Raiders

Jennings worked out for the Raiders on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

The wide receiver last appeared in the NFL in 2019, playing one contest with the Dolphins and logging one offensive snap. The 24-year-old has recovered from an undisclosed injury and is just looking for a chance to link up with a team.

  • Darius Slayton WR | IND

    Giants' Darius Slayton: No catches

Slayton failed to catch his only target Sunday against the Raiders.

The Giants attempted only 20 passes Sunday, and most were short throws to the running backs and tight ends. Slayton will be in the mix after the team's Week 10 bye, but with Kenny Golladay, Kadarius Toney and Evan Engram healthy, and Sterling Shepard potentially coming back, Slayton's ceiling is modest.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: Only one catch

Toney caught his only target for nine yards and lost two yards on his only rush during Sunday's win over the Raiders.

He played 30 snaps, but the Giants attempted only 20 passes all game for 110 yards, so there wasn't much to go around. Expect Toney to be more involved after the bye.

  • David Moore WR | CAR

David Moore: Cut from practice squad

Moore was cut from Denver's practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

The wide receiver was added to the team's practice squad Oct. 20 after appearing in the Broncos' Week 4 and 5 contests earlier in the season, where he failed to make a catch on two targets. Moore did not crack the active roster this time around and now will look for a new squad.

  • Breshad Perriman: Joining Bucs' practice squad

Perriman cleared waivers Tuesday and will sign with the Buccaneers' practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 28-year-old was waived by Chicago over the weekend after not seeing the field through eight games this season, and he will return to Tampa Bay, where he caught 36 passes for 645 yards and six touchdowns in 2019. Perriman will start out on the practice squad but is expected to make his way to the active roster relatively soon.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Josh Reynolds: Time in Nashville over

Reynolds was waived Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Tennessee signed Reynolds to a one-year, $1.75 million deal this offseason in the hope he would become a reliable No. 3 option at wideout behind A.J. Brown and Julio Jones, but that plan never came to fruition. Before being a healthy scratch last week against his former Rams squad, the 26-year-old appeared in five games for the Titans and produced a 10-90-0 receiving line on 13 targets. With his playing-time outlook unlikely to improve, Reynolds requested his release earlier this week, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. He'll now be exposed to waivers, and with just $500,000 remaining on his contract for 2021, Reynolds could make sense as a potential claim for several wideout-needy teams.

  • Isaiah Zuber WR | LV

Isaiah Zuber: Joins Cleveland's practice squad

Zuber was signed to Cleveland's practice squad Tuesday.

Zuber spent time with the Patriots and 49ers this season, but he failed to solidify a spot on either team. With Odell Beckham's release, the Browns signed Ja'Marcus Bradley from their practice squad to their 53-man roster, which made room for Zuber on the practice squad.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Ravens' Marquise Brown: Appears ready for Thursday night

Brown (back) was listed as a full participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report.

Baltimore held a walk-through session Tuesday, but Brown's "full" listing implies that he wouldn't have had any limitations if the Ravens ran a traditional practice session. Brown's graduation from a limited listing Monday suggests that he's at no risk of missing a matchup with the Dolphins on Thursday, when he could be shadowed by star cornerback Xavien Howard for most of the evening. Brown cleared the century mark in receiving yardage for the third time in eight games in last week's overtime victory over the Vikings, producing a 9-116-0 line on 12 targets.
