Marshall (undisclosed) left Monday's practice on a cart, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Marshall rode in the front seat of a cart while leaving the field Monday, and Mike Kaye of The Charlotte Observer reports that the departure didn't seem very notable. That paints a somewhat less alarming picture than Schefter's report of Marshall being carted off the field, but the third-year wideout's health will still need to be monitored. Marshall operated as Carolina's No. 4 wideout during Saturday's preseason opener against the Jets.

Palmer (undisclosed) was present for Monday's practice, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Palmer left practice early Thursday but is back on the field Monday, suggesting that his unspecified issue was a minor one. He's coming off a 2022 season in which he caught 72 passes (on 107 targets) for 769 yards and three TDs in 16 games, but with fellow returning WRs Keenan Allen and Mike Williams healthy as the coming season approaches and 2023 first-rounder Quentin Johnston also in the mix, Palmer could be hard-pressed to garner the sort of volume he drew last year.

The Broncos are signing Koski to a contract Monday, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Koski hasn't appeared in regular-season action since 2021, when he suited up for five games for the Rams and played exclusively on special teams. Now fully healthy after ending last season with a shoulder injury, he gets a chance to compete for a depth role or practice squad spot in Denver.

Brownlee caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Saturday's 27-0 preseason win over Carolina.

Brownlee tied for the team lead in targets as the Jets spread the ball around, but he was quiet for a second consecutive preseason outing, which hasn't helped the undrafted rookie's chances of securing a roster spot. Still, with nobody else stepping up and an opening to be seized if the Jets plan to carry six wide receivers on the 53-man roster, Brownlee's at least within striking distance of making the team. He could improve his odds of sticking around with a better performance in the next preseason game, Aug. 19 against the Buccaneers.

Moore (ribs) will be used in a variety of roles this season, Doc Louallen of the Browns' official site reports. "I'm sure it's been well reported that we want to use the kid in a bunch of different ways," Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski said. "Teams know that we'll hand it to him, that we'll throw it to him. As you know, there's no shortage of plays."

That variety was on display in Friday's preseason game against the Commanders, when Moore caught a pass from the receiver position and then took a handoff in the backfield for an 18-yard gain. The plays helped set up a red-zone opportunity for the Browns -- they didn't convert on a fourth-and-goal opportunity -- but the drive showed the impact a healthy Moore will have when games count. It's unclear if Moore's versatility will be on display in Thursday's preseason tilt against the Eagles. Stefanski told Zac Jackson of The Athletic that he's "hopeful" Moore can participate in the joint practices with Philadelphia on Monday and Tuesday.

Skowronek (back) caught two of three targets for seven yards during Saturday's 34-17 preseason loss to the Chargers.

The third-year Rams wideout suffered a few health concerns during the preseason with both back and foot injuries, but he was able to play nearly half of the team's offensive snaps and showed no signs of rust in snaring a pair of passes in the contest. Skowronek's do-it-all role for the Rams appears to be intact, but with Puka Nacua impressing early and often during both training camp and Saturday's contest (3-32-1 on five targets) and Tutu Atwell also seemingly looking at an expanded role, how often the Rams utilize the versatile trio of receivers immediately behind starters Cooper Kupp and Van Jefferson will be something to keep an eye on through the rest of the preseason.

Robinson caught his only target for nine yards during Saturday's 34-17 preseason loss to the Chargers.

Despite a strong training camp, Robinson was targeted only once on 29 snaps and took a backseat to breakout performances from Puka Nacua (3-32-1) and Tyler Johnson (5-70-0). While Nacua seems to have secured a roster spot, Johnson's and Robinson's positions are more tenuous, which may give more weight to preseason performances from both players. The 28-year-old veteran will have another opportunity to showcase his talents Saturday, Aug. 19 against the Raiders.

Johnson secured five of seven targets for 70 yards during the Rams' 34-17 preseason loss to the Chargers on Saturday.

A breakout performance in the preseason doesn't always translate to success in the regular season; just ask 2022 Rams preseason darling Lance McCutcheon. But it does help move the needle above fellow wideouts who may be on the roster bubble, and Johnson impressed with a pair of lengthy catches, including a team-high 34-yard scamper on a slant route, and led the team in catches, targets and yardage. With Cooper Kupp (hamstring), Van Jefferson, Puka Nacua, Tutu Atwell and Ben Skowronek all likely to make the initial 53-man roster, Johnson and fellow free-agent signing DeMarcus Robinson are in a pack with McCutcheon, Austin Trammel and Xavier Smith, among others, for likely two remaining roster spots, as the Rams kept seven wide receivers on the initial 53-man roster in 2022.

Tucker had one reception (three targets) for three yards and one carry for three yards in Sunday's 34-7 preseason win over San Francisco.

Tucker didn't get to put his wheels on display, but he was able to show off his dual-threat ability on a jet sweep attempt. The third-round rookie is looking to make the team as a gadget wideout and return man. Tucker will look to have more success with his touches in the Raiders' next preseason matchup against the Rams on Saturday.

Smith caught his only target for a 20-yard gain in Saturday's 27-0 preseason loss to the Jets.

Smith's reception came during the fourth quarter while playing with quarterback Matt Corral. Amid many offseason additions on offense, Smith is among those competing for a roster spot behind veterans Adam Thielen and DJ Chark this season.
