  • Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA

Seahawks' Rashid Shaheed: Bigger role in 2026?

Shaheed had a "major spring" in the offseason program and could have a larger role in the Seahawks offense under coordinator Brian Fleury, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports

Fowler notes that the Seahawks offense will utilize more motions and shifts under Fleury's scheme and that Shaheed should see more short-to-medium throws from Sam Darnold as a result. Shaheed and Darnold demonstrated a strong connection during spring practices, and it appears the former is in line for a larger role in the offense, perhaps leapfrogging Cooper Kupp as the team's WR2 behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

  • Tre Tucker WR | LV

Raiders' Tre Tucker: Remains key cog in WR corps

As his fourth season as a pro approaches, Tucker is set to reprise his key role in a Raiders WR corps that also includes free-agent addition Jalen Nailor, 2025 draftees Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton and sixth-round rookie Malik Benson, Levi Edwards of the team's official site reports.

Per Edwards, there's also been speculation that Las Vegas will consider adding a veteran free agent in the coming weeks, but as things stand, Tucker, who caught 57 passes (on 92 targets) for 696 yards and five TDs in 17 regular-season games in 2025, is in line to serve as a key target for QBs Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza. In that context, the 2023 third-rounder should continue to see enough volume to merit lineup consideration in deeper formats, while his fantasy upside in 2026 is linked to the possibility of improvements in the Raiders' passing game, with both a new head coach (Klint Kubiak) and new starting signal-callers on board.

  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Bills' DJ Moore: Settling in as Allen's top target

Quarterback Josh Allen said in late June that Moore has been "a pretty seamless fit" and is "going to be a huge help" for Buffalo's offense in 2026, Nick Shook of NFL.com reports.

Moore was acquired by the Bills from Chicago in March for a second-round pick, and the 29-year-old veteran steps into a new wide receiver room alongside Khalil Shakir to provide Allen a true proven No. 1 receiver for the first time since Stefon Diggs' departure back in 2024. Catching passes from one of the NFL's premier quarterbacks will aid Moore as he looks to bounce back from a down 2025 season with the Bears, in which he totaled a career-worst 50-682-6 receiving line despite suiting up for all 17 regular-season games. Moore faces less competition for targets in Buffalo, as behind Shakir and tight end Dalton Kincaid, the likes of Joshua Palmer, Keon Coleman and Skyler Bell fill out the team's receiver corps. If Moore can demonstrate that he hasn't lost a step at age 29, he'll be in position to bounce back in 2026 even if his best days are behind him.

  • Malik Benson WR | LV

    Raiders' Malik Benson: Impressing early

Benson turned heads during the Raiders' mandatory minicamp, Levi Edwards of the team's official site reports.

Edwards identified Benson as one of the biggest standouts of the Raiders' offseason program, noting that the rookie connected with multiple quarterbacks on deep passes during practices open to the media. The sixth-round pick enters training camp in what Ryan McFadden of ESPN reports to be an open competition at wide receiver, and his speed and ability to stretch the field could help him carve out a role if he builds on that momentum. Tre Tucker, Jalen Nailor, Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton represent Benson's main competition for snaps.

  • 49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Poised to start opposite Evans

Pearsall is expected to enter training camp as San Francisco's starting wide receiver opposite Mike Evans, Kyle Madson of USA Today reports.

Pearsall is positioned for a significant role after injuries limited him to nine regular-season appearances in 2025. With Jauan Jennings having signed with the Vikings and Brandon Aiyuk seemingly out of the picture, the 25-year-old clearly projects as Brock Purdy's No. 2 wide receiver behind Evans. Christian Kirk is expected to handle slot duties, while rookie second-round pick De'Zhaun Stribling and Demarcus Robinson provide depth, but it's Pearsall and Evans who project to see the field in 21 personnel sets, which the 49ers deployed at a league-high rate in 2025. A healthy season would position Pearsall for the biggest workload of his NFL career.

  • Jaguars' Parker Washington: Candidate for extension

Washington could be the next Jaguars players to receive an extension, Paul Bretlof Jaguars Wire reports.

Bretl cites ESPN's Michael DiRocco, who speculates that Washington is "next in line" to be extended by Jacksonville. DiRocco has also noted that the Jaguars and Washington had "preliminary discussions" about an extension shortly after the end of the 2025 season, so getting a deal done seems to already be on the minds of both the player and the team. Washington was quiet over his first two NFL campaigns before breaking out last year, when he posted career-high marks with 58 catches, 96 targets, 847 receiving yards and five touchdowns while also returning two punts for scores. Washington is expected to remain Jacksonville's top punt returner during the upcoming campaign, and he's slated to be part of a potentially potent wide-receiver trio alongside Brian Thomas and Jakobi Meyers.

  • Germie Bernard WR | PIT

Steelers' Germie Bernard: Role as rookie TBD

Bernard, who showed "confident hands and good body control" during OTAs and minicamp, per Mike DeFabo of The Athletic, figures to compete with Roman Wilson this summer for work behind DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman in three-receiver sets.

DeFabo notes that Wilson got almost all of the first-team reps in such sets this spring, but the competition between the 2024 third-rounder and Bernard should heat up during training camp. Of the two, Bernard -- who the Steelers took 47th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft -- brings more fantasy upside down the road, but it remains to be seen how much work he'll see out of the gate in the team's Aaron Rodgers-helmed offense. With that in mind, DeFabo suggests that while the 6-foot-1, 206-pound Alabama product has the versatility to line up everywhere, he "probably will carve out his niche as a big slot" as a rookie.

  • Ryan Flournoy WR | DAL

Cowboys' Ryan Flournoy: Impresses during spring work

Coach Brian Schottenheimer singled out Flournoy as someone who stood out during spring practices, Joseph Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.

"You saw him take that step, I'd say in the middle of the season last year and he came back, man, with just a really strong intent for what he wanted to get done," Schottenheimer said. "He looks great. He's moving great. His routes, I think have gotten better. Here's a guy from a small school that's come in and really adapted to the way we teach route breaks and releases and speed terms and power cuts and things like that. I really think the sky's the limit for him and he's definitely a guy we see finding ways to get him the ball." Flournoy is locked into the Cowboys' third receiver spot behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, and he's one of the best bench stashes at the wideout spot in fantasy. If either Lamb or Pickens were to get injured, Flournoy would assume an every-down role in a high-octane passing attack. With Lamb out for three games last regular season, Flournoy produced one of his two 100-yard receiving games and was targeted 17 times across those three contests.

  • Andrei Iosivas WR | CIN

Bengals' Andrei Iosivas: To remain No. 3 WR this season

Iosivas remains in line to work as the Bengals' No. 3 wide receiver this coming season, John Sheeran of A to Z Sports reports.

As Sheeran notes, Iosivas does most of his work out of the slot while working alongside the team's top WR duo, Ja'Marr Chaseand Tee Higgins. In that context during the 2025 regular season, Iosivas recorded 33 catches for 435 yards and two touchdowns in 17 games. Assuming Chase and Higgins stay healthy, Iosivas has modest fantasy appeal out of the gate in 2026, but if injuries hit, he could enter the weekly lineup equation in Cincinnati's Joe Burrow-led passing attack.

  • DK Metcalf WR | PIT

Steelers' DK Metcalf: Back for Year 2 with Steelers

As the 2026 season approaches, Metcalf is set to remain featured in a Pittsburgh WR corps that also includes trade acquisition Michael Pittman and 2026 second-rounder Germie Bernard, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.

Beyond the aforementioned trio, Roman Wilson, Ben Skowronek and Kaden Wetjen are in line to compete for depth-chart slotting this summer, while Kaboly suggests it's still possible the Steelers could add a veteran WR at some point during training camp. In any case, on the heels of a 2025 regular season in which he recorded 59 catches for 850 yards and six touchdowns on 99 targets to go with two carries for 12 yards and another score in 15 contests, Metcalf will continue to be a key target for returning QB Aaron Rodgers, who will be reunited with head coach Mike McCarthy, in the wake of Mike Tomlin's decision to step away from the team in January. With added competition for targets on board, however, Metcalf's fantasy ceiling in 2026 hinges largely on how Pittsburgh's passing game, still helmed by its 42-year-old signal caller, progresses under the guidance of McCarthy.
