  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Chiefs' Kadarius Toney: Turns in limited practice Wednesday

Toney (toe) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.

Toney logged just two snaps on offense in this past Sunday's 41-10 win over the Bears, and he toe injury that had him listed as questionable for that contest looks as though it's still affecting his practice reps in Week 4. He'll likely need to log a full practice by Friday in order to avoid taking an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Jets.

  • Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE

Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Limited at practice Wednesday

Jeudy was a limited participant at practice Wednesday due to a knee injury.

Jeudy was on the field for 47 of a possible 62 snaps on offense in this past Sunday's 70-20 loss to the Dolphins, finishing with five receptions for 81 yards. The Broncos haven't revealed whether his limitations Wednesday stem from an injury he sustained Week 3, or if he suffered an in-practice setback. In any case, his status is now worth tracking as this weekend's game against the Bears approaches.

  • Zay Jones WR | ARI

Jaguars' Zay Jones: Doesn't practice Wednesday

Jones (knee) didn't take part in Wednesday's practice.

Jones played through a knee injury Week 2 against the Chiefs, but he hasn't been able to practice since then. Earlier Wednesday, head coach Doug Pederson told Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union that Jones is a "long shot" to suit up Sunday versus the Falcons in London. If that comes to pass, Jones would miss a second consecutive contest, giving Jamal Agnew and Tim Jones elevated roles behind the Jaguars' top two wide receivers, Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Has shot to play Week 5

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Wednesday that he's still hoping Kupp (hamstring) can return from injured reserve when first eligible to play Week 5 against the Eagles, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

McVay made similar comments a couple weeks earlier indicating that Kupp be ready to play after missing the requisite four games. The coach hasn't provided many details regarding Kupp's rehab and recovery, merely noting Wednesday that the wideout was "ramping up his workload" and "progressing." Kupp's eventual return will have even greater fantasy reverberations than anyone would've guessed a month ago, as fellow Rams receivers Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell have combined for 68 targets and 584 receiving yards through three games in Kupp's absence. Both young receivers will see their target shares decline once Kupp returns, but to what extent isn't clear, nor is it clear if improved receiving depth in Los Angeles will prevent the 30-year-old from returning to his 11-target-per-game pace from 2021 and 2022.

  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Limited in practice with knee wrapped

Burks was a limited participant in practice Wednesday due to a knee injury, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.

Per John Glennon of NashvillePost.com, Burks had a significant wrap on his left leg during practice. The second-year wide receiver injured the knee during training camp but has played through the injury in Tennessee's first three games. A full showing in practice Thursday or Friday would put Burks on track to suit up Sunday against the Bengals.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Gets questionable tag for Week 4

Watson (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Lions, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

Watson is being listed as questionable for the fourth straight week, but the wideout looks as though he'll have a good chance at making his season debut Thursday after telling reporters that he expects to play. The Packers have listed him as a limited practice participant throughout the week, albeit with the designations perhaps meaning less than usual with the team holding walk-through sessions instead of more physical practices. Absent further updates, Watson's fantasy managers would be wise to treat the wideout as a game-time decision heading into Thursday's contest, with clarity expected to come when the Packers release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks have been Green Bay's top wide receivers so far this season, and all three are candidates to lose snaps and targets once Watson returns, with Wicks in particular appearing vulnerable.

  • Britain Covey WR | PHI

Eagles' Britain Covey: Dealing with hamstring issue

Covey was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's practice estimate due to a hamstring injury.

Through three games, Covey is averaging a robust 18.8 yards on his six punt returns while also recording one 30-yard kick return. The 26-year-old is now tending to a hamstring issue that could sap some of his explosiveness in the short term, though his ability to open the week as a limited participant at least bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Commanders.

  • Quez Watkins WR | PHI

Eagles' Quez Watkins: Fails to practice Wednesday

Watkins (hamstring) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated injury report.

Watkins has yet to practice since injuring his hamstring during the Eagles' Week 2 win over the Vikings. He'll have two more chances to put himself in a position to return to action Sunday against the Commanders, but if Watkins needs more time to recover, Philadelphia will continue to operate with Olamide Zaccheaus as its third wide receiver behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

  • 49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Practices on limited basis

Aiyuk (shoulder) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Aiyuk continued playing in the 49ers' Week 2 win over the Rams after he hurt his shoulder, but he then missed a Thursday night win over the Giants in Week 3. He was spotted on the field at the 49ers' unofficial practice Monday, and he's now listed as a limited participant on the first official injury report of Week 4. Meanwhile, fellow wideouts Deebo Samuel (ribs) and Jauan Jennings (shin) were non-participants. Aiyuk appears on track to suit up for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, with Samuel and Jennings potentially being the more banged up of the three wideouts this week.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | WAS

49ers' Deebo Samuel: Held out of practice

Samuel (ribs) isn't practicing Wednesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Samuel fought through the injury during Thursday's 30-12 win over the Giants, even icing the game with a 27-yard touchdown to bring his receiving line to 6-129-1 for the night. He hasn't practiced since, but a return to the field could be coming Thursday or Friday, given that postgame testing on his ribs didn't reveal any fractures. Fellow 49ers receiver Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant after missing the win over New York last week.
