  • 49ers' Ray-Ray McCloud: Gets involved as rusher

McCloud caught one of two targets for four yards and had two rushing attempts for 23 yards in Sunday's 19-17 loss to Cleveland.

McCloud saw his role increase over the course of Sunday's loss after Deebo Samuel (shoulder) was forced out of the game due to injury. McCloud did his best impression of the dual-threat superstar, recording his first rushing attempts of the season on a couple of successful designed runs. The veteran return man wound up seeing 44 snaps on offense (71 percent) Sunday, a role he may be asked to serve again if Samuel is unable to suit up for next Monday's tilt against Minnesota.

  • Jake Bobo WR | SEA

Seahawks' Jake Bobo: Rings up 43 yards

Bobo recorded 43 yards on two catches (two targets) in Sunday's 17-13 loss to the Bengals.

Bobo slotted in as the No. 4 wide receiver for this matchup, but he still managed to post a 33 percent snap share. The undrafted rookie turned in the best day of his career in the losing effort. As long as DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba are upright, Bobo won't be a consistent fantasy contributor. However, he's worth keeping an eye on if injuries surface ahead of him on the depth chart.

  • Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Suffers high-ankle sprain

Shenault suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday's Week 6 loss to the Dolphins, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Shenault played 11 offensive snaps before leaving with the injury. He was unable to return and is likely looking at a multi-week absence. The good news for Shenault is the Panthers have a Week 7 bye. On the season, Shenault has rushed 12 times for 55 yards and secured all seven of his targets for 43 yards. He's also returned five kickoffs for an average of 27.2 yards.

  • Dolphins' Braxton Berrios: Hauls in both targets

Berrios secured both of his targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 42-21 win over the Panthers.

Berrios continues to handle a valuable depth role for the Dolphins behind top wideouts Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, but aside from Week 4 vs. Buffalo when he found the end zone, that hasn't led to fantasy success. Except in the deepest of formats, he won't be in consideration as a streaming option for Miami's matchup against the Eagles in Week 7.

  • Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL

Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Garners one target

Hodge failed to secure his only target during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders.

After Drake London (68), Hodge (29) saw the most snaps among Atlanta's wideouts, though there wasn't much discrepancy between them as Mack Hollins (28), Scotty Miller (28) and Van Jefferson (22) all saw similar playing time. As long as there's this much competition, it'll be difficult for any of the aforementioned pass catchers to garner consistent roles. Hodge has just four receptions (five targets) for 45 yards across six appearances this season.

  • Tre Tucker WR | LV

Raiders' Tre Tucker: Catches 48-yard deep ball Sunday

Tucker caught both of his targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 21-17 win over the Patriots. He also rushed once for four yards.

Tucker not only logged a season-high 22 offensive snaps, but the speedy rookie also got behind the Patriots secondary on a 48-yard reception to flip the field on a third-down conversion in the second half. Although Tucker has earned just four total targets through the first five games of his NFL career, fellow receiver Hunter Renfrow was hardly involved Sunday with seven snaps of his own, so Tucker's expanded role behind Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers could stick for the Raiders' road trip to Chicago in Week 7.

  • Van Jefferson WR | WAS

Falcons' Van Jefferson: Fails to make impression

Jefferson didn't catch a pass on two targets during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders.

The Falcons acquired Jefferson via trade with the Rams on Tuesday, and the 2020 second-round pick was thrown right into the fire Sunday. It's encouraging that he drew two targets after being with the team for only a few days, but it's unclear what his role will be moving forward. Drake London is the clear No. 1 wideout in Atlanta, but behind him, a plethora of guys are competing for snaps. In Week 6, KhaDarel Hodge (29), Mack Hollins (28), Scotty Miller (28) and Jefferson (22) all had similar snap counts.

  • Scott Miller WR | CHI

Falcons' Scotty Miller: Non-factor in loss

Miller caught one of two targets for four yards during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders.

The Falcons were surprisingly pass-happy against Washington, which allowed Miller to play a season-high 28 offensive snaps. His production was still muted, so he doesn't have much fantasy value for the moment. However, he is a player to keep an eye on, as he appears to be closing in on the No. 2 wideout role currently occupied by Mack Hollins. Hollins has seen fewer snaps over the last two weeks while Miller's role has increased, but it'll be difficult for either player to carve out strong production as long as Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts and Drake London are available.

  • Mack Hollins WR | NE

Falcons' Mack Hollins: Sees drop in playing time

Hollins caught three of four targets for 41 yards during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders.

Hollins has played fewer than 30 offensive snaps in back-to-back games after totaling 180 through the first four weeks of the season. Despite seeing a drop in playing time, the wideout has still been a part of the passing attack, securing five receptions (six targets) for 70 yards over the past two games. However, that's not enough production to crack fantasy relevancy in standard leagues. The Falcons' run-heavy offense has actually been airing it out recently, but Hollins remains, at best, the fourth or fifth option in the passing attack.

  • Patriots' Tyquan Thornton: One catch in season debut

Thornton logged 25 of a possible 60 snaps on offense in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Raiders en route to catching one of his two targets for six yards, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Thornton, who had been on IR with a shoulder injury, was activated ahead of Week 6 action and worked as the Patriots' No. 3 wide receiver in the contest, with both JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) and Demario Douglas (concussion) out. Looking ahead, Thornton could potentially emerge as a deep threat for the team, but with DeVante Parker and Kendrick Bourne also in the WR mix, the 2022 second-rounder doesn't currently have a path to steady weekly volume.
