  • Patriots' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Not expected to face Bills

Smith-Schuster (concussion) isn't expected to suit up for Sunday's game against the Bills, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Smith-Schuster, who is officially listed as questionable, is expected to miss his second straight game despite turning in a trio of limited practices Week 7. Meanwhile, tight end Hunter Henry (ankle) and rookie wideout Demario Douglas (concussion) are both listed as questionable but are expected to take the field, which provides a boost for New England's passing attack. Official confirmation on Smith-Schuster's status will arrive when the Patriots release their inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Patriots' Demario Douglas: Expected to face Bills

Douglas (concussion) is expected to suit up for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Douglas, who is officially listed as questionable, should be cleared when New England releases its inactive list roughly 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) also listed as questionable but trending in the wrong direction for the Week 7 contest, Douglas could have a path to expanded work on offense.

  • DK Metcalf WR | PIT

Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Looks like true game-time decision

Metcalf (ribs/hip) is considered a true game-time decision for Sunday's matchup against the Cardinals, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Metcalf is officially listed as questionable for Week 7 and managed to practice in a limited capacity Friday, but a final word on his status for Sunday's contest won't be made until after he goes through pregame warmups, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Seattle will announce 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff whether Metcalf is among the team's inactives, or if he'll suit up for the contest. In the event that Metcalf can't go or is significantly hampered, wide receivers Tyler Lockett, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jake Bobo could all be in store for an increased target share.

  • Jalen Reagor WR | MIA

    Patriots' Jalen Reagor: Elevated Saturday

Reagor was elevated to New England's active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

With wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion), Demario Douglas (concussion) and Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) all carrying injury designations going into Sunday's contest, Reagor has been promoted to the Patriots' active roster for the second consecutive week. The 2020 first-round pick played 14 offensive snaps during New England's Week 6 loss to Las Vegas, and he failed to record a single target.

  • Broncos' Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Back with Denver

Denver signed Humphrey to its practice squad and elevated him to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against Green Bay, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

It didn't take long for the Broncos to bring Humphrey back, as the 25-year-old was let go Friday after the team claimed Keondre Coburn off waivers. Humphrey has bounced back and forth between Denver's practice squad and active roster this season. He's appeared in all six of the Broncos' games thus far, recording four receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | WAS

49ers' Deebo Samuel: Likely missing multiple games

San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said that Samuel (shoulder), who was already ruled out for Monday's contest against the Vikings, will also miss the 49ers' Week 8 contest against the Bengals, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Samuel is dealing with a hairline fracture of his shoulder, which will keep the star receiver out at minimum three weeks, including the team's Week 9 bye. Given that timeline, Samuel could be a candidate for injured reserve, which would entail a minimum four-game absence. In Samuel's absence, expect Brandon Aiyuk to be a heavily featured option as the 49ers' clear No. 1 receiver, with the likes of Jauan Jennings, Ronnie Bell, Ray-Ray McCloud all factoring in.

  • Easop Winston WR | NYJ

    Seahawks' Easop Winston: Promoted Saturday

Winston was elevated to Seattle's active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

The 26-year-old wideout is in line to play his first NFL game since 2021 after getting elevated Saturday. Winston appeared in three games for New Orleans in 2021, recording 10 catches for 119 yards.

  • Julio Jones WR | PHI

Eagles' Julio Jones: Joins active roster

Jones was elevated to the Eagles' active roster Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

With Quez Watkins (hamstring) on injured reserve, Jones will likely start out as the team's No. 4 wideout behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Olamide Zaccheaus. The 34-year-old Jones played with the Buccaneers last season, finishing with 20 catches, 223 yards and two touchdowns over the final eight regular-season contests while playing with Tom Brady and Tampa Bay.

  • Keelan Doss WR | LV

    Chargers' Keelan Doss: Elevated Saturday

Doss has been elevated to the Chargers' active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Doss will appear in his third consecutive game after getting elevated from Los Angeles' practice squad Saturday. The 27-year-old wideout has played in 12 percent of the Chargers' offensive and special teams snaps this season, and he has yet to record a target.

  • Jalen Nailor WR | LV

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Chance to play Monday

Nailor (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday night's game against San Francisco.

The 24-year-old wideout was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, and he logged three limited practices throughout the week. If Nailor is able to suit up Monday night, he'll likely play the majority of his snaps on special teams, as he played on only six percent of the Vikings' offensive snaps last season.
