Vikings' Jordan Addison: Career-best effort in upset win

Addison brought in seven of 10 targets for 123 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings' 22-17 win over the 49ers on Monday night.

The rookie paced the Vikings in receiving yards on a night where he was forced to exit the game for a time with cramping. Addison scored from 20 and 60 yards out in the first and second quarters, respectively, pushing his season touchdown total to six. The fleet-footed USC product's night also served as his first 100-yard effort as a pro, raising expectations ahead of a Week 8 road matchup against the Packers that will once again see Addison take the field without Justin Jefferson (hamstring, IR).

  • Antoine Green WR | DET

Lions' Antoine Green: Snap share spikes

Green was targeted once but did not catch a pass during Sunday's 38-6 loss to Baltimore.

With Marvin Jones (personal) being ruled out before Kalif Raymond (hamstring) went down with an in-game injury, Green more than doubled his previous career high in offensive snaps -- seeing just as many as Jameson Williams -- while remaining a key figure on special teams. Should Jones and Raymond continue to miss time, Green could continue to take on a heightened role in the offense.

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Returns to game

Addison (cramps) has returned to Monday's matchup with the 49ers, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Addison briefly left the game and headed to the locker room after experiencing cramps. Barring any setbacks, he should take on his usual role at receiver and look to build on an already big game.

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Questionable to return

Addison is questionable to return to Monday's contest against the 49ers due to cramps, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Addison headed to the locker room near the end of the third quarter after experiencing cramps. Prior to that, he was experiencing a career game with 110 yards and two touchdowns on six receptions. It remains to be seen if he will be able to return Monday.

Vikings' Jordan Addison: Heads to locker room

Addison exited Thursday's game against the 49ers and headed toward the locker room after suffering an apparent foot injury, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Addison was able to walk to the locker room under his own power. The rookie was enjoying a career game before exiting with six receptions for 110 yards and two trips to the end zone. It remains to be seen what his status will be for the remainder of the game.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

    Lions' Josh Reynolds: Modest production

Reynolds caught two of three targets for 45 yards during Sunday's loss to the Ravens.

The volume and production were each the lowest of the season for Reynolds outside of his Week 3 goose egg against Atlanta. On the bright side, Reynolds continued to log around 70 percent of the offensive snaps despite Jameson Williams approaching 50 percent of the snaps for the second time in the past three weeks. The Texas A&M product will look to bounce back Week 8 against a Raiders team permitting the third-fewest passing yards per game in 2023.

  • Trey Palmer WR | NO

Buccaneers' Trey Palmer: Limited to once catch in loss

Palmer secured one of two targets for five yards in the Buccaneers' 16-13 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.

Palmer's output was especially disappointing in the context of his 47-snap workload. The rookie didn't exactly see many opportunities, however, and he certainly retains plenty of upside thanks to his blazing speed. Palmer could also be primed for a bump in targets if Chris Godwin (neck) is limited or out in a Week 8 Thursday night road showdown against the Bills.

  • Buccaneers' Deven Thompkins: Three grabs in Week 7 loss

Thompkins brought in all three targets for 14 yards, returned two kickoffs for 50 yards and ran back one punt for three yards in the Buccaneers' 16-13 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.

Thompkins' involvement in the offense ticked back up slightly after he'd posted just two receptions for minus-2 yards Week 6, and he also continued to offer solid production as a kick returner. He logged two more plays from scrimmage (19) than fellow complementary receiver Rakim Jarrett (17), and the former has been the more consistent of the two by far through the first six games.

  • Lions' Jameson Williams: No output despite six targets

Williams saw six targets but did not catch a pass during Sunday's loss to Baltimore.

Williams turned in a disappointing performance despite a new career high in usage, not only dropping a pair of fourth-quarter passes but also stopping short on another route and being the intended target on Jared Goff's lone interception. Outside of catching a pair of long touchdowns thus far into his young career -- a 41-yard catch in Week 14 of last season and a 45-yarder last week against Tampa Bay -- Williams has otherwise caught just three of 19 targets for 10 yards through nine career games. With each of Amon-Ra St. Brown, Sam LaPorta and Jahmyr Gibbs commanding the majority of Goff's attention lately, Williams will be nothing more than the fourth option in the passing game entering a Week 8 matchup with the Raiders.

  • Justyn Ross WR | KC

    Chiefs' Justyn Ross: Arrested Monday

Ross was arrested Monday in Shawnee, Kan. and faces a felony charge of criminal damage of more than $25,000, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.

Ross is in his second season with the Chiefs after signing as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson following the 2022 NFL Draft. No further details have been released regarding the circumstances of the 23-year-old's arrest.
