Jalen Camp WR | CLE
Browns' Jalen Camp: Finds new opportunity
Camp signed a contract with the Browns on Tuesday.
Camp bounced around multiple practice squads last season, including Carolina's, which he was waived from Friday. The Georgia Tech product will now work to make the most of his new opportunity in Cleveland after not being able to find his way onto an active NFL roster in 2023.

Chase Claypool WR | BUF
Bills' Chase Claypool: New competition in WR room
Claypool will have more competition for a roster spot after the Bills signed Marquez Valdes-Scantling to a one-year deal Tuesday.
The Bills seem to be signing as many journeymen wideouts with proven upside as they can this offseason, and seeing who can stick alongside highly touted rookie Keon Coleman and third-year man Khalil Shakir. For now, it looks like MVS, Claypool, Curtis Samuel and Mack Hollins will battle for roster spots and positioning on the depth chart.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling WR | DAL
Bills' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Gets one-year deal in Buffalo
The Bills are slated to sign Valdes-Scantling to a one-year contract worth up to $4.5 million Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Valdes-Scantling was released by the Chiefs back in February, and he now lands with another AFC powerhouse. Buffalo's revamped wide receiver corps, which lost Stefon Diggs via trade and Gabe Davis to free agency, could use a deep threat to complement Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel and rookie second-round pick Keon Coleman. Working as the No. 4 man on the depth chart could be an ideal situation for Valdes-Scantling to contribute, though if utilized only as a situation downfield target, he's more likely to slightly raise Josh Allen's ceiling than carry standalone value. Across 16 regular-season games last year, the 29-year-old compiled a career-low 21-315-1 receiving line.

Hamze El-Zayat WR | NYJ
Jets' Hamze El-Zayat: Signs with Jets
El-Zayat signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Eastern Michigan product caught 27 passes for 360 yards and two touchdowns during his final collegiate season in 2023. El-Zayat will now get a chance to compete on a New York depth chart that is 12 wide receivers deep at the moment.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Broncos' Phillip Dorsett: Back with Denver
Dorsett signed with the Broncos on Monday after being released Friday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver spent 2023 with Denver's practice squad, playing in two games and not catching any of his three targets. The 2015 first-round pick has just 21 receptions over the past four seasons with four different teams. Now he'll get a chance to stick with Denver on a depth chart that includes 12 wide receivers.

Dylan Drummond WR | ATL
Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Inks deal with Atlanta
The Falcons signed Drummond on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Eastern Michigan product was most recently with the Giants' practice squad, but he's now been given a new opportunity in Atlanta. Drummond's only in-game action came Week 5 of the 2023 NFL season with the Lions, playing a total of eight snaps and failing to record a single stat. Expect Drummond to compete for a depth role in Atlanta's wide receiver room as the offseason unfolds.

Freddie Swain WR | CHI
Bears' Freddie Swain: Latches on in Chicago
The Bears signed Swain to a contract Monday, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Swain spent time on the Dolphins' practice squad last season, but he hasn't played snaps in a game since 2022, when he suited up for three contests with Denver and one for Miami. The 2020 sixth-round pick will have his work cut out to compete for a depth role in Chicago's crowded receiver room.

Kaden Davis WR | CLE
Lions' Kaden Davis: Joining Detroit
The Lions are signing Davis to a contract after he attended rookie camp on a tryout basis, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Davis was waived by the Cardinals in late April after spending most of last year on the team's practice squad. He was active for one contest during the campaign but didn't see any snaps. The 25-year-old will get a shot to compete for a roster spot among a WR corps that is headed by Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams.

Xavier Johnson WR | CIN
Bills' Xavier Johnson: Gets opportunity in Buffalo
Johnson has signed with the Bills as an undrafted free agent.
Johnson spent six seasons at Ohio State due to a redshirt year and the 2020 COVID-19 additional season that was granted to all athletes. He spent his final season behind several talented receivers, which led to him recording just 178 yards receiving on 13 receptions. While he figures to have an uphill battle -- he is one of 13 wide receivers currently on Buffalo's roster -- the rookie will compete for either a depth receiving role with the team or a spot on the practice squad.
