Braxton Berrios WR | HOU
Dolphins' Braxton Berrios: Limited Wednesday
Berrios (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Berrios appears to have sustained an ankle injury during the Dolphins' Week 4 loss to the Titans, despite playing 26 total snaps (14 offensive and 12 on special teams) and logging 27 punt-return yards. The Miami product's participation Thursday and Friday will provide a better indication of his potential availability in Week 5, as the Dolphins travel to New England.

Noah Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Noah Brown: Dealing with groin injury
Brown was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a groin injury.
The injury is a new one for Brown, who ranked second among Washington's wide receivers in snaps and routes the past two games. He's caught exactly three passes in each of his three appearances, with either three or four targets every week. Brown's ability to practice in any capacity suggests he's dealing with a minor injury ahead of Sunday's home game against the Browns.

Ricky Pearsall WR | SF
49ers' Ricky Pearsall: Not returning to practice this week
Pearsall (chest) won't return to practice this week, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan made the announcement Wednesday, two days after he said that a decision hadn't yet been made about when Pearsall might resume practicing. It's unclear how much the decision is about Pearsall needing more time to recover, as the 49ers may be slow-playing things because they don't need help at wide receiver with Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings all healthy right now.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | MIA
Dolphins' Odell Beckham: Full practice participant
Beckham (knee) was a full practice participant Wednesday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Miami's first practice report of the week confirms that Beckham -- who is on the PUP list -- has been sidelined due to a problem with his knee after specifics regarding his injury hadn't previously been reported. In any case, Beckham's return to practice suggests that khe could be back in action as soon as this Sunday at New England. He won't have much fantasy value while catching passes from backup quarterbacks and competing with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle for snaps and targets, but Beckham could have a bigger role down the line if Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) eventually returns and either Hill or Waddle misses time.
-
Wan'Dale Robinson WR | TEN
Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Tending to heel issue
Robinson was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a heel injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Alongside rookie standout wide receiver Malik Nabers, Robinson has been regularly featured in the Giants' passing game this season, resulting in a 26-194-1 receiving line on 38 targets in four contests. With Nabers in the concussion protocol and not practicing Wednesday, Robinson could have a chance to be the No. 1 wideout in the short term if the former isn't able to gain clearance from an independent neurologist prior to Sunday's visit to the Seahawks. However, Robinson has a health concern himself, so his status bears watching as the week continues.

Mike Evans WR | SF
Buccaneers' Mike Evans: Set for Thursday night
Evans (knee/calf) doesn't have a designation for Thursday's game at Atlanta, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Evans was a non-participant at Monday's walkthrough due to knee and calf injuries, but he followed it up with a limited walkthrough Tuesday and capped session Wednesday, thereby paving the way for him to suit up Week 5. He's coming off his most productive outing of the season against the Eagles this past Sunday, when he hauled in eight of 14 targets for 94 yards and one touchdown.

Christian Watson WR | GB
Packers' Christian Watson: Will avoid injured reserve
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed Wednesday that Watson won't be placed on injured reserve due to the high-ankle sprain that he suffered in Sunday's loss to the Vikings, Zach Kruse of USA Today reports.
A high-ankle sprain typically results in a multi-game absence, but the Packers apparently believe that he won't be sidelined for at least four contests, which is what an IR stint would require. Predictably, he didn't take part in Wednesday's practice, per Bill Huber of SI.com, and Watson likely will be ruled out by week's end ahead of Sunday's road game against the Rams. In Watson's absence, Dontayvion Wicks is slated to be more involved in three-receiver sets alongside Jayden Reed and Romeo Doubs, while Bo Melton and Malik Heath are candidates to take on increased roles as well.
-
Ray-Ray McCloud WR | NYG
Falcons' Ray-Ray McCloud: Cleared for Thursday
McCloud (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against Tampa Bay.
McCloud played 98 percent of Atlanta's snaps on offense in a 26-24 win over the Saints on Sunday, moving his snap share for the season up to 86 percent. He's also seen a surprising amount of the Falcons' targets, with 19 percent share putting him slightly behind wideout Darnell Mooney (21 percent) and well ahead of running back Bijan Robinson (14 percent) and tight end Kyle Pitts (13 percent). Offensive coordinator Zac Robinson's extreme reliance on three-wideout sets has been kind to McCloud, who should be ready for another large snap count after the Falcons upgraded him to full participation on Wednesday's practice report.
-
Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Panthers' Diontae Johnson: Dealing with ankle issue
Johnson didn't practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury.
The Panthers seem to be exercising caution with Johnson, as head coach Dave Canales relayed that the team wants to "get ahead of it" in reference to the wide receiver's health concern. Johnson's production has taken off the last two games with Andy Dalton under center, combining for 15 catches (on 27 targets) for 205 yards and two touchdowns. Considering his outsized role in Carolina's offense at the moment, his status will be one to monitor as the week goes on to get a sense of his chances to play Sunday at Chicago.

Rashee Rice WR | KC
Chiefs' Rashee Rice: Optimism from Patrick Mahomes
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said Wednesday that he hopes Rice (knee) can return soon, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
Early concerns about an ACL tear have given way to a more optimistic tone, although Rice has already been ruled out for Week 5 against the Saints and seems likely to miss additional time. He's still in the process of getting multiple doctors' opinions on the injury to figure out a recovery and rehab plan, which means he isn't totally out of the woods in terms of undergoing surgery and/or requiring a long-term absence. Mahomes mentioned wideouts Justin Watson and JuJu Smith-Schuster and tight end Noah Gray as candidates to take on larger roles while Rice is unavailable.
