  • Nate Adkins TE | DEN

Broncos' Nate Adkins: No practice to begin week

Adkins (knee) was estimated to be a non-participant in Monday's practice, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Adkins was sidelined with the injury in Week 9 and will now have a short turnaround ahead of Thursday's matchup against the Raiders. He'll likely have to log at least one limited session in the next two days to have a chance to suit up on game day.

  • Jake Ferguson TE | DAL

Cowboys' Jake Ferguson: Reemerges in offense Monday

Ferguson brought in five of seven targets for 50 yards in the Cowboys' 27-17 loss to the Cardinals on Monday night.

Following a rare Week 8 blanking against the Broncos, Ferguson bounced back Monday night to finish third across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Cowboys. The talented tight end did lose a fumble deep in Cardinals territory just past the halfway point of the second quarter, however, and although the turnover didn't directly lead to any points for Arizona, it certainly robbed Dallas of a scoring opportunity. Ferguson has at least five receptions in all but two games and a career-high six touchdown catches heading into the Week 10 bye, but he's also averaging a career-low 6.9 yards per grab.

  • Nick Vannett TE | LAR

Nick Vannett: Lands back on practice squad

Vannett reverted to Minnesota's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Vannett was elevated ahead of Sunday's win over Detroit and started alongside T.J. Hockenson, logging 27 of Minnesota's 62 offensive snaps. He didn't get any targets but did work ahead of Ben Yurosek (17 offensive snaps) as the Vikings' No. 2 tight end behind Hockenson. Josh Oliver (foot) didn't suit up Sunday but may be able to return in Week 10 against Baltimore, which would potentially prevent Vannett from getting elevated again.

  • Marcedes Lewis TE | DEN

Marcedes Lewis: Returns to practice squad

Lewis reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Lewis joined the Broncos' practice squad Wednesday and was elevated for Sunday's game against the Texans to provide depth at tight end due to the absences of Lucas Krull (foot, IR) and Nate Adkins (knee). The 41-year-old Lewis saw the field for just six of the Broncos' 63 offensive snaps -- well behind Adam Trautman (46) and Evan Engram (32) -- and did not show up in the box score otherwise. Lewis could be elevated for Thursday's game against the Raiders to serve as the TE3 if Adkins is not cleared to play.

  • Davis Allen TE | LAR

Rams' Davis Allen: Season-high three catches

Allen secured three of four targets for 37 yards during Sunday's 34-10 win against the Saints.

Allen enjoyed a slight bump in playing time and used it to produce his first multi-catch game of the season. The quartet of Rams' tight ends continue to operate in a timeshare on offense, heavily capping any upside that could be had from any individual player. Without an injury or trade that would reduce the number of mouths to feed, it will be difficult to trust any tight end for the Rams for fantasy purposes. A divisional showdown against San Francisco is up next for Allen and the Rams in Week 10.

  • Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Season-high 54 yards in win

Ferguson secured two of three targets for 54 yards during Sunday's 34-10 victory against the Saints.

Despite a light downtick in playing time from last week, Ferguson made another big impact on Sunday, catching a dart from Matthew Stafford and adding a few extra yards after catch for a 36-yard gain. Ferguson has proven to be a reliable target for explosive plays in the past few weeks, but his playing time hasn't been given a significant bump relative to starter Tyler Higbee and fellow backups Davis Allen and Colby Parkinson. In fact, Ferguson was a distant fourth in snap to the other three tight ends, which caps his upside heading into a Week 10 showdown with divisional rival San Francisco.

  • Jack Stoll TE | NO

Saints' Jack Stoll: Nursing high-ankle sprain

Head coach Kellen Moore said Monday that Stoll sustained a high-ankle sprain during the Saints' 34-10 loss to the Rams on Sunday, Ross Jackson of WWL Louisiana reports.

Stoll was carted to the locker room during the fourth quarter of Sunday's game and is considered week-to-week due to a high-ankle sprain. He's unlikely to be available for this Sunday's game against the Panthers, but with the Saints on a bye Week 11, he may have enough time to recover and return in Week 12 against the Falcons on Sunday, Nov. 23. Zaire Mitchell-Paden and Foster Moreau should see more snaps at tight end behind Juwan Johnson for as long as Stoll is sidelined.

  • Packers' John FitzPatrick: Finishes without target

FitzPatrick was not targeted in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Panthers.

FitzPatrick played 18 snaps in Week 9 but did not have a pass thrown his direction for the third time in five games. He will likely be more involved moving forward with fellow tight end Tucker Kraft (knee) out for the season, but just how much remains to be seen -- he presumably remains the second option at his position behind Luke Musgrave.

  • T.J. Hockenson TE | MIN

Vikings' T.J. Hockenson: Scores TD in Week 9 win

Hockenson had two receptions for 11 yards, including a seven-yard touchdown, on three targets in Sunday's win at Detroit.

Hockenson played on 48 of the offense's 62 snaps and went out for a pass on 28 of them, which was about his usual pattern. However, quarterback J.J. McCarthy attempted just 25 passes, which didn't leave a lot of targets for the receiving corps after Justin Jefferson (nine targets). It's promising that McCarthy looked for Hockenson in the red zone.

  • Princeton Fant TE | DAL

Cowboys' Princeton Fant: Elevated for Monday night

Fant was elevated from the Cowboys' practice squad to the active roster Monday.

The Tennessee product joined the Cowboys' practice squad in late August after failing to make the initial 53-man roster. Now on the active roster for the first time in 2025, Fant is expected to play behind Jake Ferguson, Luke Schoonmaker and Brevyn Spann-Ford in Monday night's matchup against the Cardinals.
