The Chiefs list Pacheco (quadricep/shoulder) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

After his pair of injuries kept him from practicing Wednesday, Pacheco was able to return to the field as a limited participant for the Chiefs' final two sessions of Week 18. The running back looks to be reasonably healthy after logging his heftiest workload of the season -- 18 carries for 130 yards, seven catches for 35 yards and a touchdown on a 92 percent snap share -- in the Chiefs' Week 17 win over the Bengals, but don't expect Pacheco to be nearly as involved this Sunday. The Chiefs are locked into the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoffs and already plan to hold out numerous key players for rest or minor injuries, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle). Even if Pacheco avoids the inactive list ahead of the game's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, he may play only limited snaps while the Chiefs look to preserve their lead back's health in advance of the wild-card round. Reserves Clyde Edwards-Helaire and La'Mical Perine may be better bets to lead Kansas City running backs in snaps and touches in Week 18.

Mostert (knee/ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Mostert has been a regular on Miami injury reports throughout the season, but it wasn't until Week 17 that the running back missed his first game of the campaign. After sitting out last Sunday's 56-19 loss to the Ravens, Mostert remained a spectator for practices Wednesday and Thursday before taking the field Friday as a limited participant. If Mostert checked out fine in his return to practice, he could have a chance to play Sunday against the Bills, but clarity on his status one way or the other may not arrive until Miami posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Even if Mostert plays, he could be subject to a limited snap count, which may result in dynamic rookie De'Von Achane taking on the larger share of work out of the team's backfield.

Achane (toe/ribs) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Achane has been cleared to play in the regular-season finale after he was a full participant in Friday's practice. In the absence of Raheem Mostert (knee/ankle) in a Week 17 loss to the Ravens, the rookie paced the Miami backfield with 18 touches (14 carries, four catches) for 137 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown, but Achane could settle into more of a timeshare arrangement if Mostert is able to make it back for Sunday's game. Mostert is carrying a questionable tag into the Week 18 contest after not participating in practice sessions Wednesday and Thursday before returning to the field Friday as a limited participant.

Walker (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.

Walker missed two games with an oblique injury in November and early December and now has been playing through a shoulder injury the past few weeks. He'll suit up again as the Seahawks battle for a playoff spot, likely leading the team in carries while Zach Charbonnet handles more of the snaps in passing situations.

Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears, Wes Hodklewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

The first-year pro was able to log a full week of practice, but he must be activated to the Packers' active roster in order to suit up in Week 18. Wilson most recently appeared in Green Bay's Week 11 win over the Chargers, and if he's not able to play in Sunday's affair, Patrick Taylor would likely see increased opportunities as the team's No. 2 running back with AJ Dillon (hamstring) ruled out.

Swift is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants with an illness.

Despite being ill Friday, Swift took part in the Eagles' final Week 18 practice as a limited participant, so he'll most likely be ready to play come Sunday. The Eagles have already clinched a postseason spot, but because the team can win the NFC East with a victory plus a Dallas loss to Washington, Philadelphia isn't expected to rest key players. With that in mind, Swift should be in store for his usual role Sunday as the Eagles' lead back, provided his condition doesn't take a turn for the worse leading up to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.

Miller (ankle/illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Miller was a limited participant Wednesday and Thursday, but he failed to practice Friday and is now dealing with an illness on top of the ankle injury that has sidelined him for the past seven games. With Alvin Kamara (ankle) questionable, Jamaal Williams could be the top healthy running back for the Saints on Sunday, with Miller possibly working in a change-of-pace role if the rookie plays and Kamara doesn't.

Hunt (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Hunt has received the green light to play in the Browns' regular-season finale after he gradually increased his practice activity throughout the week, going from no activity Wednesday to limited participation Thursday before taking every rep during Friday's session. He's typically served as Option 1B out of the backfield behind Jerome Ford since signing with the Browns in September, but Hunt and third-stringer Pierre Strong could potentially be in store for more work than usual in Week 18. The Browns are locked into the AFC's No. 5 seed in the playoffs regardless of the outcome of Week 18 games, and to that end, the team is expected to rest several key starters. Head coach Kevin Stefanski has already confirmed that quarterback Joe Flacco won't play in Cincinnati, and Ford could also be among the players who handles little or no snaps Sunday with an eye on maintaining health heading into the postseason.

Herbert is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers due to a back injury as well as a personal matter.

Herbert was added to the Bears' injury report Thursday after he was a limited participant in practice that day on account of the back issue, but the personal matter might have been the cause of his absence from Friday's practice. Whatever the case, Herbert is now uncertain to be available for the Bears' season finale, with a final word on his status set to arrive when Chicago posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Roschon Johnson and D'Onta Foreman -- who was a healthy inactive for the Week 17 win over Atlanta -- would likely see expanded profiles out of the backfield if the Bears are without the services of Herbert, a late-season fantasy standout with 38 carries for 236 yards and two touchdowns over the last two weeks.

Kamara (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Atlanta, with head coach Dennis Allen suggesting Friday that the running back will be a game-time decision, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. "Alvin is one of the guys so valuable to our team, we'll take it all the way up to game time," Allen said.

Kamara wasn't able to return for the second half of last week's win over Tampa Bay after spraining in his ankle in the second quarter, and he didn't practice Thursday or Friday. His chances of playing Sunday don't appear great at the moment, but Kamara will at least be given a shot to suit up heading into the weekend, shaping up as a potential game-time call ahead of the 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Jamaal Williams will fill in as the lead back if Kamara isn't healthy enough to give it a go with a playoff spot on the line.
