Patterson (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

Patterson was a limited participant in Friday's practice and was never able to advance to a full session this week, clouding his status for the Week 14 matchup. While Patterson has drawn exactly four targets each of the past three games -- racking up 11 receptions for 214 yards along the way -- his role could become a bit more diminished if he suits up Sunday. The Raiders will return Michael Crabtree from a one-game suspension and could have fellow wideout Amari Cooper (ankle), who is listed as questionable, back from a one-game absence of his own. Crabtree's and Cooper's returns would likely result in fewer targets to go around for Patterson and the team's other depth receivers.

Abdullah (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay.

Prior to a DNP last Sunday, Abdullah logged one limited practice. He fit in three this week, but his listing Friday leaves his Week 14 availability up in the air. Another absence would elevate the relevance of running backs Theo Riddick and Tion Green within the Lions offense.

Williams is expected to start at running back Sunday against the Titans with Adrian Peterson (neck) considered likely to miss a second straight game, Josina Anderson of ESPN reports.

While Peterson's neck injury won't require surgery, it appears he'll need multiple weeks to rest, as the Cardinals haven't cleared him to practice this week. His continued absence will give Williams an opportunity to build on the season-best performance (16 carries for 97 yards) he submitted in the team's Week 13 loss to the Rams. Though his volume of touches should hold steady this week, Williams' efficiency could take a significant hit with the Titans limiting opposing rushers to just 3.5 yards per attempt this season.

Mixon (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Mixon missed the entire week of practice after suffering a concussion in the first half of Monday's 23-20 loss to the Steelers. His absence sets up Giovani Bernard for a workhorse role in Week 14, with rookie fifth-round pick Brian Hill representing the only other healthy tailback on the roster. The Bengals likely will sign another running back before Sunday to offer depth behind Bernard and Hill, potentially turning to Jarveon Williams from their practice squad.

Kamara (concussion) indicated on his personal Twitter account that he hopes to play Week 15 against the Jets.

Kamara, who only played briefly in Thursday's 20-17 loss to the Falcons due to a concussion he suffered on the first drive of the contest, posted that he will be "right back at it next week." The running back's chances of playing in Week 15 get a boost by the fact the Saints played Thursday this week, affording Kamara a few extra days to gain clearance in the league's concussion protocol in advance of the Nov. 17 tilt.

Kamara (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Thursday's contest against the Falcons, Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune reports.

Kamara will spend the rest of the night on the sidelines after suffering a concussion on the Saints' first possession of the game. Mark Ingram will handle the workload for the remainder of the contest, with Trey Edmunds serving as the only other active running back on the roster. Kamara will now enter league's concussion protocol testing, which he will need to pass before he can take the field again.

Kamara suffered a head injury during the Saints' first offensive drive Thursday night and is now being tested for a concussion, making him questionable to return, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

A brutal start for the Saints and their rookie phenom, who is now in danger of being sidelined for the remainder of Thursday's pivotal division matchup. If he is ruled out, the Saints will have to rely on Mark Ingram to carry the load in the backfield, with Trey Edmunds on hand in reserve.

Patterson's Week 14 fantasy upside continues to be tied to the status of fellow wideout Amari Cooper, who missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle issue. If Cooper is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Patterson would merit a look in deeper fantasy formats, though Michael Crabtree is back from his suspension and would be in line to head Oakland's Week 14 wideout corps if Cooper remains sidelined this weekend.

Williams (ribs) put in a full practice Thursday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Williams seemingly experienced no aggravations to his cracked ribs during the Cardinals' Week 13 loss to the Rams, with the Utah State product filling in admirably for Adrian Peterson (neck) and providing 97 yards on the ground. With Peterson sidelined for the Cardinals' first two practices of this week, Williams looks like he could be on tap for another starting role Sunday against the Titans. The Tennessee defense has done well to stymie the run this season, yielding just 3.5 yards per carry.

Abdullah (neck) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.

Abdullah has already doubled his practice output from the week before, when he managed just one limited practice before sitting out Sunday's loss to the Ravens. The Lions would likely want to have Abdullah go through a full practice Friday before removing him from the injury heading into the Week 14 matchup with the Buccaneers, but as things currently stand, the running back looks to be in line to play. If he suits up, Abdullah would likely take back starting duties in the backfield, but with no more than 11 carries over any of his past three outings, he remains a fairly low-ceiling fantasy option.
