Breida (ankle) is listed as active Sunday in Arizona.

Per usual, Breida will put aside any concern about his health and suit up. However, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Breida's snap count is expected to be limited, likely to avoid the early departures that have befallen him the past few games. With that knowledge, Breida may start but yield a fair amount of the backfield reps to Raheem Mostert, who has totaled 23 touches the last two contests. Meanwhile, Alfred Morris also is available for the occasional snap.

Clement rushed for six yards on four carries and caught his lone target for minus-1 yard in Sunday's 24-18 win over the Jaguars in London.

Clement has just 27 scrimmage yards over the past two games, while Josh Adams and Wendell Smallwood both exceeded 60 scrimmage yards out of the backfield in this game alone. Jay Ajayi's knee injury created extended opportunities for the rest of Philadelphia's backfield, but Clement hasn't been the one capitalizing on them in recent weeks. He and the rest of the Eagles will be on bye in Week 9.

As expected, Mack (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Assuming no in-game setbacks, Mack will continue to head the Colts' rushing attack Sunday against the Raiders (who are allowing an average of 131.8 rushing yards per game) on the heels of recording 19 carries for 126 yards (both career-high marks) and a TD in the team's 37-5 win over the Bills in Week 7. Mack was also involved in the passing game in that contest, hauling in a pair of catches on three targets for 33 yards and a score. In the wake of his re-emergence over the last two weeks, fellow running backs Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins have been relegated to complementary roles.

Perine (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest at the Giants.

Perine was kept on the gameday roster during Chris Thompson's (ribs/knee) two-game absence but only played 10 offensive snaps and 18 on special teams. Perine's production wasn't anything special, either (four touches for two yards from scrimmage). Don't expect another appearance unless injury befalls another member of the backfield.

It's hard to say if the injury risk is outweighed by his fantastic matchup with an Arizona defense that's giving up 187 scrimmage yards and 1.7 touchdowns per game to running backs this season. This report makes him a risky option even if he is active for Sunday's game.

McKinnon doesn't need crutches to move about as he recovers from a torn ACL in his right knee, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

McKinnon suffered the injury between the preseason slate and preparation for Week 1, leaving the 49ers without one of their big offseason acquisitions for the entire campaign. Following surgery on Sept. 11, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reported McKinnon's ACL tear was "pretty clean," a positive sign for his rehab. In McKinnon's absence, the trio of Matt Breida (ankle), Raheem Mostert and Alfred Morris have combined to fuel the NFL's second-ranked rushing attack (137.4 yards per game).

Cook (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Saints, Nick Underhill of The New Orleans Advocate reports.

Things have been trending in this direction all week with Cook failing to practice in any capacity. Multiple reports have suggested he could be held out even longer, potentially targeting a return when the Vikings come back from a Week 9 bye. Latavius Murray will lead the Minnesota backfield in a tough matchup against New Orleans, with Mike Boone and Roc Thomas handling whatever scraps are left behind.
