Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Sees one carry Sunday
Edwards had one carry for 10 yards Sunday against the Steelers.
The rookie played just four offensive snaps Sunday, and part of that has to do with Baltimore abandoning the run in the second half. Still, Edwards made his lone carry count with a 10-yard gain. However, he also had a messy exchange at the mesh point on a handoff with Lamar Jackson that also may have motivated the Ravens to leave Edwards on the sidelines. The Ravens are on a bye this week before returning to action Nov. 18 against the Bengals.

Marlon Mack RB | ARI
Colts' Marlon Mack: Working with training staff
Mack worked off to the side with the training staff during Monday's practice, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.
Mack dealt with an ankle injury ahead of a Week 8 win over the Raiders, but it didn't stop him from piling up 149 scrimmage yards and a pair of touchdowns. His limited practice availability coming out of a bye week suggests he's still a bit banged up, though probably not to the extent that would threaten his availability for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. We may not have another update until Wednesday when the Colts need to release their initial Week 10 injury report.

Kenjon Barner RB | TB
Patriots' Kenjon Barner: Limited role Sunday night
Barner was on the field for three of a possible 71 snaps on offense in Sunday night's 31-17 win over the Packers.
Despite the fact that Sony Michel remained out Sunday with a knee injury, Barner saw just one carry for four yards in the game. Meanwhile, James White logged 12 carries for 31 yards and versatile wideout Cordarrelle Patterson ran 11 times for 61 yards and a TD. Barner is strictly a depth option at this time and off the fantasy radar.

Jacquizz Rodgers RB | NO
Buccaneers' Jacquizz Rodgers: Complementary role in Week 9 loss
Rodgers rushed twice for 14 yards and brought in two of three targets for minus-4 yards in the Buccaneers' 42-28 loss to the Panthers on Sunday.
With Ronald Jones II (hamstring) out of action Sunday, Rodgers once again served as Peyton Barber's primary backup. The veteran actually generated the Bucs' longest run of the day (15 yards), and he's now logged at least one carry in three straight games. However, Rodgers' role will continue to be capped in similar fashion to Sunday unless an injury were to strike Barber.
-
Jamaal Williams RB | NO
Packers' Jamaal Williams: Racks up 54 yards from scrimmage
Williams had seven carries for 34 yards and two receptions for 20 yards in Sunday's loss to the Patriots.
Williams made the most of his touches and put up his most yards from scrimmage since Week 2, but his overall output still did not do much for fantasy players. The Packers used just two running backs Sunday following the trade of Ty Montgomery last week, but Williams worked as the clear No. 2 option behind Aaron Jones, who totaled 43 snaps to Williams' 31 and also clearly topped Williams in all of touches (16), carries (14) and yards from scrimmage (86).
-
Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Redskins' Samaje Perine: Gets four touches
Perine took two carries for 20 yards and caught two of three targets for eight yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to Atlanta.
Perine was active for just the third time all season, handling a 22 percent snap share behind Adrian Peterson (46 percent) and Kapri Bibbs (30 percent). There isn't much cause for optimism moving forward, as all of Perine's targets and carries came on the meaningless final drive in a blowout. He'll have a tough time staying involved Week 10 at Tampa Bay.

Cordarrelle Patterson RB | PIT
Patriots' Cordarrelle Patterson: Leads team in rushing
Patterson carried the ball 11 times for 61 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-17 win over the Packers. He added seven yards on his lone reception.
Sony Michel (knee) wasn't able to suit up, allowing Patterson to receive double-digit carries for the second consecutive week. The former wide receiver has adapted well to his new role, averaging 4.7 yards per carry over the last two games without coughing up a fumble. If Michel is unable to go against the Titans on Sunday, expect Patterson to fill his between-the-tackles role while James White handles the bulk of receiving duties out of the backfield.
-
Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Packers' Aaron Jones: Leads backfield
Jones ran for 76 yards on 14 carries and brought in two of four targets for 10 receiving yards in Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Patriots.
Jones did lose a costly fumble in the third quarter, but otherwise had an effective day on the ground. It took head coach Mike McCarthy a little longer than expected to make the 23-year-old the leading back in Green Bay, but it appears he has come to his senses over the past couple of weeks, giving Jones more carries than Jamaal Williams (seven carries for 34 yards) for the second straight game. Ty Montgomery's abrupt trade last week removed another mouth to feed in this backfield, and Jones immediately saw his highest target count of the year as a result. The hard-runner's stock is already on the rise heading into Sunday's matchup with the Dolphins, and an increase in usage in the passing game could lead to a strong second half overall.

Austin Ekeler RB | WAS
Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Rarely used despite win
Ekeler carried the ball three times for 21 yards and also caught one of his two targets for 13 yards in the 25-17 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
This marked another disappointing outing for Ekeler, but this time the second-year player wasn't the main back as Melvin Gordon (hamstring) handled the majority of the touches out of the backfield. After recording 13 receptions in the first four weeks of the season, Ekeler has totaled just seven in the four subsequent weeks and appears to have fallen out of favor in the passing game. He's still worth rostering in most formats, but with the majority of teams done with their bye weeks next week, Ekeler's value might be higher for owners who also lay claim to Gordon.

Melvin Gordon RB | BAL
Chargers' Melvin Gordon: Rushes for 100 yards, touchdown in win
Gordon carried the ball 16 times for 113 yards and a touchdown, and also caught one of his four targets for 10 yards in the 25-17 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
Gordon didn't appear to be fazed by a hamstring injury that caused him to miss a Week 7 contest in London against the Titans, bursting for three carries of 20 yards or more throughout Sunday's game. Gordon surprisingly only recorded one reception given he had caught at least two passes in every other game this season, but that could be attributed to the team's reliance on intermediate crossing routes, which seemed to be open all afternoon. Easily one of the top fantasy options on a weekly basis, Gordon should have another strong outing against the Raiders next week.
