Joe Mixon RB | HOU
Bengals' Joe Mixon: Hits century mark, gets TD in loss
Mixon racked up 111 rushing yards and a touchdown on 26 carries, adding five receptions for 27 yards during Sunday's 26-21 loss to the Chargers.
Mixon tore up a Chargers front seven that stymied star running backs David Johnson and James Conner to a combined 3.84 yards per carry and five receptions for 30 yards over its two most recent outings preceding Sunday. The second-year back didn't get the memo, as he rushed for five or more yards on eight of his 26 attempts en route to his second 100-yard rushing performance of 2018. He continues to provide considerable returns as a pass catcher as well, catching all 14 of his targets over the past three weeks for 106 yards. Week 15 brings a matchup against an Oakland defense that's tied for the most rushing yards surrendered to opposing backs this season with 1,595.

Damien Williams RB | ARI
Chiefs' Damien Williams: Scores twice in OT win
Williams accounted for 14 yards and one touchdown on eight carries, adding four catches for 16 yards and a receiving score during Sunday's 27-24 win against Baltimore.
This was a fulfilling Sunday for Williams, who notched his first multi-touchdown game since Week 8 of the 2016 season as Kansas City picked up an overtime victory over Baltimore to remain in control of the AFC's No. 1 seed. Starting running back Spencer Ware (hamstring/shoulder) was banged around as the game wore on, forcing the Chiefs to lean on Williams more in the second half (7:6 carries split in favor of Ware in the second half, compared to a 8:2 ratio in the opening half). Ware's status merits attention entering Week 15, especially as Kansas City prepares for a crucial Thursday Night showdown against the 10-3 Chargers. Lingering injuries and a quick turnaround time could limit Ware's workload at the least, opening up flex consideration for Williams against the Chargers' top-12 rush defense (104 yards allowed per game).

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
49ers' Jeff Wilson: Just under 100 total yards in win
Wilson rushed 23 times for 90 yards and brought in one of two targets for six yards in the 49ers' 20-14 win over the Broncos on Sunday. He also fumbled once, but it was recovered by the offense.
Wilson took advantage of his lead-back role, absorbing all but two of the carries afforded to running backs and consistently moving the chains. The undrafted rookie didn't have anywhere near the level of involvement in the passing game that his prolific eight-reception performance in Week 13 might have foreshadowed, but he appears to be a highly viable alternative to Matt Breida (ankle) if the latter is sidelined once again in Week 15 versus the Seahawks.

Austin Ekeler RB | WAS
Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Excels in Week 14, but injured late
Ekeler totaled 94 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in Sunday's victory over the Bengals, but he also suffered an unspecified injury attempting to field an onside kick late in the game, Eric D. Williams of ESPN.com reports.
Ekeler fared far better in his second start in place of an injured Melvin Gordon (knee), averaging a respectable 4.4 YPC and finding paydirt after accumulating just 43 yards from scrimmage Week 13. However, his day ended on a down note, as he needed to head to the medical tent after being injured late. The team didn't clarify what type of setback he's dealing with, but plenty of eyeballs will focus on the Chargers backfield this week with Ekeler's status in question and Gordon potentially returning to action.
-
Zach Zenner RB | NO
Lions' Zach Zenner: Impressive in Arizona
Zenner rushed 12 times for 54 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 17-3 victory over Arizona.
While he wasn't targeted in the passing game, Zenner was easily Detroit's most effective option in the run game. He ultimately gained nearly 20 more yards than LeGarrette Blount despite seeing the same number of carries. Zenner caught 18 balls for 196 yards for the Lions in 2016, so he has the capability to contribute in the passing game if he continues to see this kind of playing time, but that opportunity may not come if Kerryon Johnson (knee) is able to return to the lineup this week.
-
Marlon Mack RB | ARI
Colts' Marlon Mack: Finds end zone in win
Mack rushed 14 times for 33 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-21 win over Houston.
Mack had a tough day all around and was unable to catch his lone target. However, he got the Colts on the board with a 4-yard rush for a touchdown in the second quarter. After back-to-back 100-yard efforts with scores in Weeks 8 and 9, the South Florida product has surpassed 35 rushing yards just twice in five games since. He'll try to reverse that trend at home Week 15 against Dallas.

Corey Clement RB | ARI
Eagles' Corey Clement: Won't return Sunday
Clement (knee) has been ruled out of Sunday's game in Dallas.
Clement had another player roll onto his right leg, with his injury eventually clarified as to his knee, according to Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal. Well before he was ruled out, Clement was seen on the sideline in sweats and with a brace on the knee, per Zach Berman of The Philadelphia Inquirer. The severity of the injury is unknown, but the Eagles should clarify Clement's health in due time. With Clement sidelined, the backfield has been whittled down to Josh Adams, Darren Sproles and Wendell Smallwood.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Packers' Aaron Jones: Explodes in second half
Jones had 17 carries for 78 yards and a touchdown while catching all three targets for 28 yards in Sunday's win over the Falcons.
Jones was a non-factor in the first half with three carries for seven yards, but he erupted out of the gate after halftime. The big play for the second-year running back came on 29-yard touchdown run in the third quarter that pushed the Packers' lead to 34-7. Jones' first-half usage remains a slight cause for concern, but his heavy touches in the second half -- as he tied his highest carry total of the season -- led to a productive day overall. The 24-year-old has a difficult matchup against the Chicago defense next week, which entered Week 14 ranked second in YPC (3.7) and yardage allowed per game (85.8).

Brandon Bolden RB | LV
Dolphins' Brandon Bolden: Burns old squad twice
Bolden rushed twice for 60 yards and two touchdowns and didn't net any yards on his sole reception in the Dolphins' 34-33 win over the Patriots on Sunday.
It's hard to say whether it was an intentional dig at Patriots coach Bill Belichick, but Bolden was coincidentally a pivotal part of the offense for a brief portion of the first half and incredibly found pay dirt on his only two carries. The veteran had toted the ball only once all season prior to Sunday, as his utility primarily comes on special teams. Despite his surprising success Sunday, it's difficult to envision Bolden having much of a consistent week-to-week role in a rushing attack that already typically caps the touches of the top duo of Kenyan Drake and Frank Gore.

Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Facing competition from Dixon
Edwards took 16 caries for 67 yards in Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to the Chiefs.
Though still effective in his role as the Ravens' lead back, Edwards finished with four-week lows for both carries and rushing yards while once again failing to catch a pass. Kenneth Dixon was ultimately more productive with less work, taking eight carries for 59 yards and a touchdown and adding one catch for 21 yards. Between his lack of pass-catching contribution and Dixon's recent emergence, Edwards makes for a risky play in Week 15 against the shaky Tampa Bay defense, though his role does also come with a reasonable weekly ceiling.
