Sanders is expected to serve as the Eagles' lead running back Sunday against the Patriots with Jordan Howard (shoulder) not expected to play, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The Eagles are listing Howard as questionable for the contest, but he's expected to be included among the team's seven inactives, which will be released 90 minutes prior to the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. With Howard out of the picture this week, Sanders should be in store for his heaviest snap count to date after playing no more than 54 percent of the Eagles' offensive plays in any of the team's first nine contests. Though Sanders is averaging a strong 4.4 yards per carry this season and profiles as the Eagles' best pass catcher out of the backfield, it's worth noting that coach Doug Pederson has historically been reluctant to depend solely on one running back to carry the load. Boston Scott and the newly signed Jay Ajayi will both be active Sunday and may have supporting roles behind Sanders in Pederson's game plan.

Breida (ankle), who is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, isn't in line to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The doubtful designation already made it unlikely that Breida would suit up Sunday, and Schefter's latest report only adds further credence to that notion. Even if Breida isn't inactive Sunday -- the 49ers' long injury list means that they may not have room for all their hurt players on the seven-man inactive list -- don't expect him to dress for the contest.

Harris (hamstring) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Harris was originally considered questionable after suffering the injury at Friday's practice, but the team apparently didn't like what it saw Saturday. The 22-year-old was a candidate to be inactive if healthy, so his absence is unlikely to impact the offense.

Kelly was waived by the Rams on Saturday.

While Kelly was active for three games with the Rams this season, he saw just four offensive snaps total and ultimately his status on the 53-man roster was a tenuous one. The 2018 sixth-round pick could be a candidate for the practice squad should he pass through waivers.

Williams (personal) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Chargers.

Williams did not practice Friday or Saturday, but the running back is traveling with the team to Mexico City and is expected to play according to Adam Teicher of ESPN.com. While it remains a mystery as to why Williams has been unable to practice, reports at least right now seem to indicate nothing should impact his status for Monday, although fantasy owners would be wise to monitor his status leading up to the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

Williams (non injury-related) is again not with the Chiefs for Saturday's practice due to personal reasons but is expected to travel with the team to Mexico for Monday's matchup with the Chargers, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.

Both of Williams' absences this week have been excused, so his availability for Monday night's game does not appear to be in jeopardy. The Chiefs' final injury report, which has yet to come out, will presumably confirm that notion.

Bawden (foot) has been added to the Lions' injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Bawden is the only fullback on the Lions' roster, so they would presumably go with more single-back formations should he ultimately be unable to go. Clarity on his status will come closer to Sunday's kickoff.

Montgomery (ankle) will be a game-time decision Sunday night against the Rams, Nathan Smith of the Bears' official site reports. "It was good to get him back out there and just kind of see where he's at," coach Matt Nagy said after Friday's practice. "He's gonna end up being a game-time decision for us."

Montgomery was held out of Thursday's practice after he injured his ankle Wednesday. The return to a limited session Friday sets him up as truly questionable, with Tarik Cohen and Ryan Nall the alternate options in Chicago's backfield. An 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff creates issues for fantasy managers, and there's no assurance of a full workload even if Montgomery ends up playing. It's a brutal matchup in any case, with the Rams limiting backs to 3.6 yards per carry (fourth-best) and allowing the 10th-fewest fantasy points to the position.

Mostert (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Mostert followed the same routine last week, logging limited practice participation before the 49ers listed him as questionable on their final injury report. He ended up playing in a 27-24 loss to Seattle, taking six carries for 28 yards and one reception for seven yards. With Matt Breida (ankle) listed as doubtful for Week 11, it appears Mostert will handle the No. 2 backfield role behind Tevin Coleman. All eyes will be on the 49ers' inactive list approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff, with George Kittle (knee/ankle) also listed as doubtful and both Emmanuel Sanders (ribs) and Dante Pettis (groin) considered questionable. Any skill-position players that end up playing could see extra carries and/or targets, Mostert included.

Breida (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Breida wasn't able to practice this week after an ankle sprain forced his early exit from Monday's 27-24 loss to the Seahawks. There isn't any reason to think he'll play against Arizona, but it's at least worth noting that the 49ers listed him as "doubtful" rather than "out." Tevin Coleman should lead the backfield San Francisco backfield in Week 11, with Raheem Mostert (knee) second through the rotation if he's able to play through his own "questionable" tag. If not, Jeff Wilson will step in as the No. 2 running back.
