  • Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Scores two TDs in loss

Elliott rushed 19 times for 81 yards and two touchdowns and secured two of five targets for 12 yards in the Cowboys' 31-24 loss to the Bears on Thursday.

Elliott's play was a bright spot in the Cowboys' third straight defeat, although game script eventually served to cap his volume overall. The Pro Bowler has now logged a sub-20-carry workload in three of his past four games, and he hasn't eclipsed the 100-yard mark since Week 9 versus the Giants. Elliott does continue seeing multiple targets in the passing game on a regular basis, and he'll look to be get back to more robust volume in the ground attack in another tough matchup against the Rams in Week 15, a week from Sunday.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Packers' Aaron Jones: Tended to ankle issue Week 13

While Jones hasn't appeared on the Packers' Week 14 injury report, he dealt with some "sharp ankle pain" during this past Sunday's 31-13 win against the Giants, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Jones spent some time on the sideline Sunday but noted Thursday that the discomfort dissipated by the end of the contest. He even underwent an MRI earlier this week, which revealed no cause for concern. Meanwhile, fellow running back Jamaal Williams was limited at Thursday's practice due to a knee issue. If Williams has to take a step back this Sunday versus the Redskins, Jones could serve in more of a bell-cow role out of the Packers' backfield.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Not available Thursday

Pollard (ankle) is listed as inactive Thursday at Chicago, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Pollard ended Week 14 prep in a precarious position, being held out Tuesday and Wednesday due to an ankle injury. Despite the Cowboys not bolstering the backfield prior to kickoff, the team has opted to keep Pollard in street clothes. As a result, FB Jamize Olawale is the only back available to the offense aside from workhorse Ezekiel Elliott.

  • Royce Freeman RB | CHI

    Broncos' Royce Freeman: Practicing fully

Freeman (ribs) practiced fully Thursday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.

Freeman -- who logged five carries for 11 yards and caught all four of his targets for an additional 13 yards last weekend -- is thus good to go for Sunday's game against the Texans, but he's only an option in deeper fantasy formats these days, with his touches down over his last four outings and Phillip Lindsay having handled the bulk of the team's backfield work in that span.

  • Packers' Jamaal Williams: Comes down with knee injury

Williams was limited at Thursday's practice due to a knee injury.

Mid-week additions to the practice report can be worrisome developments, which is what has befallen Williams after no listing on Wednesday's edition. Consequently, his status will be one to watch as the week goes on. Aside from lead back Aaron Jones, the Packers' other options at running back are rookie Dexter Williams and waiver pickup Tyler Ervin.

  • Derrick Henry RB | BAL

Titans' Derrick Henry: Listed as limited Thursday

Henry (hamstring) logged a limited practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

The Titans' top back didn't practice Wednesday, so his return to practice Thursday suggests that he'll be a go Sunday against the Raiders. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Henry heads into that contest listed as questionable, or minus a Week 14 injury designation.

  • Marlon Mack RB | ARI

Colts' Marlon Mack: Returns to full practice

    Mack (hand) practiced fully Thursday.

Mack was limited Wednesday, so his full participation Thursday suggests that he'll suit up Sunday against the Buccaneers, barring any setbacks. Friday's final Week 14 injury report will reveal whether the running back -- who hasn't played since Week 11 -- will be listed as questionable, or free of an injury designation heading into the weekend.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Logs limited practice

Cook (chest) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Despite having his reps capped for the second straight day, the running back remains optimistic that he'll be able to play Sunday against the Lions, with coach Mike Zimmer also supporting that notion, per Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Even if Cook ultimately gains clearance to suit up this weekend, the Vikings could choose to act conservatively with his workload, given his injury history along with the fact that Minnesota is a double-digit favorite in Week 14 while hosting a 3-8-1 Lions squad that's down to its third-string quarterback in David Blough.

  • Derrick Henry RB | BAL

Titans' Derrick Henry: Back at practice

Henry (hamstring) returned to practice Thursday, Erik Bacharach of The Tennessean reports.

Henry sat out Wednesday's session, so his return to practice, in any capacity, bodes well for his chances of playing Sunday against the Raiders. We'll revisit his status later Thursday to relay whether the running back was listed as a limited or full participant.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Not present for practice

Jacobs (shoulder) wasn't spotted at the portion of Thursday's practice that was open to the media, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

Jacobs is slated to go down as a non-participant in practice for the second straight day, a development that creates more concern about his status for Sunday's game against the Titans than compared to previous weeks. The rookie admitted earlier this week that he's been playing through a fractured right shoulder since the Raiders' Oct. 20 loss to the Packers, but the injury didn't seem to hamper his effectiveness in the following six games, as he racked up 507 yards (4.7 per carry) and three touchdowns over that stretch. The Raiders will presumably see what Jacobs is able to do during their final practice session of the week Friday before commenting on his availability for the game with Tennessee.
