Drake will likely be in store for a heavier workload Sunday against the Eagles in the event Chase Edmonds (ankle) -- who is considered a game-day decision -- isn't available to play, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports.

When both Drake and Edmonds have been available this season, the Cardinals have favored a two-pronged approach to the backfield, with the former serving as the team's top ballcarrier and the latter representing the preferred pass-catching option. Edmonds' balky ankle may force the Cardinals to deviate from that plan, however, potentially opening the door for Drake to serve as a true bellcow for the first time all season. If that's the case, Drake should have a clear path to 20-plus touches, as the Cardinals' other depth options at the position -- Jonathan Ward, Eno Benjamin and practice-squad player D.J. Foster -- have combined to play just eight offensive snaps this season and don't appear to be serious threats to steal work. Those contemplating using Drake in DFS contests or in season-long leagues will want to keep an eye on Edmonds' status, which should gain clarity when Arizona releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff.

Henry (non-injury-related) doesn't carry a designation for Sunday's game against the Lions after practicing fully Friday,Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.

Henry was added to the Titans' practice report Thursday after logging a limited session, but he faced no restrictions Friday. That paves the way for Henry to headline Tennessee's backfield this week versus a beatable Detroit run defense that has allowed an average of 132.8 rushing yards per game to date.

Mostert (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Dallas, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Mostert underwent an MRI at the beginning of the week and was held out of practice Wednesday. He apparently made good progress in his recovery from the ankle issue, so he's expected to get the Week 15 start, presumably continuing to split backfield work with Jeff Wilson. He'll benefit from an excellent matchup, as the Cowboys have surrendered a league-worst 5.1 yards per carry.

Edmonds (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Philadelphia, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com suggests Edmonds could be a game-time decision, while Urban reports that the team could make a call on his status after the running back works out Saturday. Of course, the Cardinals won't necessarily broadcast their decision to the public even if they know ahead of time, so a clear read on Edmonds' status may not come until the team releases its inactive list approximately 90 minutes before the 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. Kenyan Drake likely would take on extra work if Edmonds were to miss the game, while Jonathan Ward, Eno Benjamin and D.J. Foster would be the candidates for backup work.

Robinson (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

The rookie practiced with no limitations Friday and is good to go for Sunday's contest. Robinson has routinely handled huge snap counts out of the Jacksonville backfield this season, and there's no reason to expect that to change much over the final three games.

Taylor (quadriceps) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Dolphins.

Taylor hasn't played since Week 3. He was a limited participant in practice all week, but that's been a consistent theme lately with no effect on his game status. If he's able to suit up, he'll simply add depth in the backfield behind Damien Harris (ankle) and James White (foot), both of whom are also questionable.

Conner (quad) returned to practice Friday in a limited fashion, Brian Batko of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The activity is a step in the right direction for the Steelers' lead back, after he sat out Thursday's practice. Saturday's injury report will reveal whether Conner approaches Monday's game against the Bengals with an injury designation. If Conner ends up sitting out Week 15, Benny Snell and Jaylen Samuels would be the next men up for touches and snaps out of the Pittsburgh backfield.

Harris (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins after being limited at practice both Thursday and Friday.

Harris and fellow running back James White (foot) are among the 14 New England players listed as questionable this week, though added context with regard to who's in and who's out should arrive once the Patriots announce which players won't travel with the team to Miami. At this point, a Week 15 absence from Harris would be surprising, but if he's out or limited at all Sunday, Sony Michel would be in line for added touches.

The Dolphins list Ahmed (shoulder) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

After the shoulder injury sidelined him for the past three games, Ahmed turned in a trio of limited practices this week en route to receiving the questionable designation. Prior to getting hurt, Ahmed had been working as Miami's lead back, but his role for Week 15 is unsettled for now, given his uncertain status for the contest in addition to the fact that he's been sidelined for much of the past month. Myles Gaskin (illness) isn't on track to return from the reserve/COVID-19 list this week, so the Dolphins would be forced to rely on the trio of DeAndre Washington, Matt Breida and Patrick Laird if Ahmed is forced to miss a fourth straight game.

Jones (finger) isn't expected to play in Sunday's game against the Falcons, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Despite undergoing surgery Tuesday on his fractured left pinkie finger, Jones might have been in good shape to play this week, but he now faces a second obstacle to overcome after he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday. Coach Bruce Arians said he's preparing Leonard Fournette for the Week 15 start, with LeSean McCoy, Ke'Shawn Vaughn and Kenjon Barner on hand as the other backfield options. After Sunday, the Bucs will be working on an abbreviated schedule Week 16 as they prepare for a Saturday game in Detroit on Dec. 26.
