  • Chris Evans RB | CIN

Bengals' Chris Evans: Iffy for Sunday

Evans (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.

Evans sustained a knee injury during Cincinnati's Week 9 win over the Panthers, but he was ultimately given some extra time to recover with the team's Week 10 bye. The 25-year-old practiced in a limited fashion in each of the Bengals' sessions heading into Sunday's contest versus Pittsburgh, but if he's eventually ruled out this weekend, Trent Taylor would be the likely candidate to handle kick returns.

  • Commanders' Jonathan Williams: Week 11 status up in the air

Williams (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Williams has been dealing with a lingering knee issue that's caused him to miss four out of Washington's last five contests, but he's since logged full sessions in each of the team's practices heading into Sunday's matchup versus Houston. While the 28-year-old's availability remains unknown for certain, it appears that he'll be able to continue operating in his usual role as a special-teams contributor in Week 11.

  • Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Expected to suit up vs. Vikings

Coach Mike McCarthy said Friday he expects Elliott (knee) to play versus Minnesota on Sunday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Elliott is coming off back-to-back limited practice sessions, and while he still could carry an injury tag into Sunday's contest, it appears the Cowboys expect to have him back in action for the first time since Week 7. Tony Pollard has thrived in a lead role, with 100-plus rushing yards in both of Dallas' last two games, so it'll be worth monitoring whether Elliott is feeling any lingering effects from his Grade 2 MCL sprain. Elliott has said he plans to wear a brace on his right knee, and the Cowboys next will have to look ahead to a short week before taking on the Giants on Thanksgiving Day.

  • AJ Dillon RB | CAR

Packers' AJ Dillon: Limited to seven touches in loss

Dillon had six carries for 13 yards and one reception for 10 yards in Thursday's 27-17 loss to the Titans.

Dillon played about as many snaps as he is averaging on the season in Thursday's contest, but he wound up finishing with fewer than 10 touches for the third time in his last seven appearances. Since the start of that stretch, he has averaged just 42.3 yards from scrimmage per game and has not found pay dirt, so he has provided little assistance for those including him in fantasy lineups.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Packers' Aaron Jones: Posts 60 total yards in loss

Jones rushed 12 times for 40 yards and secured six of seven targets for 20 yards in the Packers' 27-17 loss to the Titans on Thursday night. He also recorded a two-point conversion catch and committed a fumble recovered by Green Bay.

Jones unsurprisingly had a tough time against the Titans' stalwart road run defense, which came into the game allowing an average of 60 rushing yards per away contest. However, he did manage to put together a serviceable performance thanks to his pass-catching contributions and two-point conversion grab, with his reception total his second-highest of the season. Jones will attempt to get his production on the ground back up to his standards in a potentially favorable Week 12 matchup on the road against the Eagles' inconsistent rush defense a week from Sunday night.

  • Derrick Henry RB | BAL

Titans' Derrick Henry: Hefty workload in win

Henry rushed 28 times for 87 yards and a touchdown, brought in both targets for 45 yards and completed two pass attempts for four yards and a touchdown in the Titans' 27-17 win over the Packers on Thursday night.

Dontrell Hilliard was the only other back to register a carry for the Titans on the night, and he logged exactly one rush attempt. That equated to a particularly busy night for Henry, who'd logged just a combined 36 carries in the previous pair of games. Henry also made impressive contributions through the air as both a passer and receiver, throwing a three-yard jump touchdown pass to Austin Hooper just past the halfway point of the third quarter and recording a 42-yard reception as well. Henry crossed the 1,000-yard mark on the ground for the fourth time in the last five seasons with Thursday's effort, and his next chance to build on his already impressive numbers comes in a Week 12 home battle against the Bengals a week from Sunday.

  • Ameer Abdullah RB | JAC

Raiders' Ameer Abdullah: Returns to practice Thursday

Abdullah was a full participant in practice Thursday, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.

Abdullah sat out practice due to an illness Wednesday, but he was back on the field Thursday. His ability to practice without limitations suggests that the veteran ball carrier should be good to go for Sunday's clash against Denver. Though he has yet to log a carry this season, Abdullah has seen at least 14 snaps each of the past three weeks and has caught nine passes for 69 yards over that span.

  • Gerrid Doaks RB | HOU

Gerrid Doaks: Let go from Texans' practice squad

The Texans cut Doaks from their practice squad Thursday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Doaks, a 2021 seventh-round draft pick of the Dolphins, joined Houston's practice squad in early September. The 24-year-old is now slated to search elsewhere for an opportunity to make his NFL debut.

  • Chiefs' Jerick McKinnon: Another limited practice

McKinnon (hamstring/shoulder) remained limited at practice Thursday.

McKinnon now has logged back-to-back limited sessions, so the running back presumably will need to practice fully Friday in order to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday night's game against the Chargers. If he's available for the contest, McKinnon would be in line to continue to work in a change-of-pace/pass-catching role in Kansas City's Week 11 backfield behind starter Isiah Pacheco.

  • Gus Edwards RB | LAC

Ravens' Gus Edwards: Stays limited in practice

Edwards (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Thursday.

Coming out of the Ravens' Week 10 bye, Edwards hasn't completely moved past the right hamstring injury that sidelined him for the team's Week 9 win over the Saints. At this stage of the week, Edwards at least appears to be on a path to suiting up Sunday against the Panthers, as he's now practiced in a limited fashion on consecutive days. He still may need to upgrade to full activity Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
