Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Bills' Devin Singletary: Solid but outpaced by Cook
Singletary rushed 13 times for 51 yards and a touchdown and failed to bring in either of his two targets in the Bills' 24-10 win over the Patriots on Thursday night.
Singletary still enjoyed a solid night overall from a fantasy perspective thanks in large part to his one-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter, his fourth rushing score in the last three games. However, it's worth noting rookie backfield mate James Cook logged one additional carry and 13 more yards, and he also posted a 6-41 line through the air on six targets. Therefore, it will be interesting to see how the division of labor shapes up in a Week 14 home divisional showdown against the Jets a week from this coming Sunday.

Rhamondre Stevenson RB | NE
Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Game script curtails opportunity
Stevenson rushed 10 times for 54 yards and brought in six of eight targets for 24 yards in the Patriots' 24-10 loss to the Bills on Thursday night. He also fumbled once but recovered.
Stevenson was in line for an expanded workload with Damien Harris (thigh) inactive, but that never quite materialized thanks to the Bills building a 21-7 lead by halftime. The second-year pro still had a robust presence in the passing game as has recently been the norm, posting at least six catches for the third straight game and fifth time in the last six contests overall. Disappointing as his night was on the ground relative to pregame expectations, Stevenson's rushing yardage tally was actually his highest since Week 9. The 2021 fourth-round pick could be back to working in a split backfield in a Week 14 Monday night road matchup against the Cardinals on Dec. 12 if Harris gets healthy over the extended time ahead of that contest.

James Cook RB | BUF
Bills' James Cook: Career-best game Thursday
Cook rushed 14 times for 64 yards and secured all six targets for 41 yards in the Bills' 24-10 win over the Patriots on Thursday night.
Cook ended up as the surprise leader in rush attempts and rushing yardage on the night for the Bills while also checking in second in receptions. The rookie outpaced Devin Singletary by one carry and 13 rushing yards, and Cook also drew four more targets than his backfield mate, who didn't bring in either of his two looks. Whether Thursday night's usage is a harbinger of things to come down the stretch remains to be seen, but it's worth noting Cook does now have double-digit rush attempts in two of his last three games heading into a Week 14 home divisional showdown against the Jets a week from Sunday.

Travis Homer RB | PIT
Seahawks' Travis Homer: Remains sidelined Thursday
Homer (illness/knee) did not participate in the Seahawks' practice Thursday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Homer missed his second practice in a row after popping up with an illness that is making the rounds in Seattle's locker room ahead of Week 13. The 24-year-old was one of eight Seahawks players to not practice due to the ailment, but he'll still have one more chance to improve his status before Friday's final injury report. With Tony Jones (illness) also sidelined Thursday, DeeJay Dallas could stand to see increased usage if he ends up as the only available running back behind starter Kenneth Walker.

Cam Akers RB | SEA
Rams' Cam Akers: Still not practicing
Akers (illness) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Akers has yet to mix into drills during Week 13 prep as he contends with an illness. His status at Friday's session thus will be something to watch for, as another DNP could put him in danger of sitting out Sunday against the Seahawks. If he's able to suit up this weekend, Akers likely would be the Rams' No. 2 running back after he handled a 30 percent share of snaps to Kyren Williams' 70 percent this past Sunday at Kansas City.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Logs limited practice Thursday
McCaffrey (knee) went down as a limited participant at Thursday's practice, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Coach Kyle Shanahan relayed Monday that McCaffrey was dealing with knee irritation, which didn't allow him to practice Wednesday. In his return to drills Thursday, McCaffrey caught passes from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and also appeared to sprint at full speed, per David Lombardi of The Athletic. Afterward, McCaffrey told Matt Barrows of The Athletic that he feels "great" and expects to suit up Sunday versus the Dolphins. However, based on his limited listing on the 49ers' second Week 13 injury report, McCaffrey still has a bit more to do to be available this weekend, which may be confirmed as soon as Friday.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Limited practice Thursday
Jacobs (calf) was limited at practice Thursday, Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee reports.
Back-to-back limited listings bode well for Jacobs' chances of being available for this weekend's game against the Chargers. However, the Raiders' top back will probably need to log a full practice Friday in order to avoid approaching Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET contest minus a Week 13 injury designation.
-
Benny Snell RB | DET
Steelers' Benny Snell: Dealing with injury
Snell (knee) was listed as a limited participant on the Steelers' injury report Thursday, per Mike DeFabo of The Athletic.
Snell appears to have picked up a knee issue at some point during practice, as he popped up on the Week 13 injury report for the first time Thursday. The third-string running back also logged a season-high 12 rushes for 62 yards and a touchdown with Jaylen Warren (hamstring) inactive and Najee Harris (abdomen) forced out during Monday's win versus the Colts. While the nature of this injury is still unclear, Snell will have one more practice to return to full participation, or else he could be in jeopardy of missing Sunday's contest versus Atlanta.
-
AJ Dillon RB | CAR
Packers' AJ Dillon: Stays limited Thursday
Dillon (quadriceps) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Both Dillon and Aaron Jones (shin/glute) are operating under caps on their practice reps to begin Week 13 preparations. There's a chance Friday's injury report clears up the situation, and if the status quo remains between the duo Sunday at Chicago, Dillon would be the No. 2 option behind Jones, the starter.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Logs another limited practice
Mostert (knee) remained limited at practice Thursday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Mostert, who missed the Dolphins' Week 12 win over the Texans, now has logged back-to-back limited sessions and is trending toward a return to action Sunday against the 49ers. The running back presumably will need to practice fully Friday, however, in order to head into the weekend minus an injury designation.
