  • Kenyan Drake RB | GB

Ravens' Kenyan Drake: Paces Ravens backfield Sunday

Drake had seven carries for 29 yards along with two catches for 17 yards in Sunday's win over the Broncos.

Drake paced the backfield in snap share at 47 percent and was the team's most effective running back overall, out-rushing Gus Edwards by 17 yards on just one more carry. The offense shifted after Lamar Jackson went out with a knee injury and backup Tyler Huntley ultimately led the team in rushing. Though Drake was the top back Sunday, Edwards could continue to push for the lead role as he gets closer to 100 percent.

  • Giants' Gary Brightwell: Limited to return duties

Brightwell did not log any offensive snaps in Sunday's 20-20 tie with Washington, but he gained 44 yards on two kick returns.

Brightwell entered the weekend with a questionable tag due to an illness. He was ultimately able to play against Washington but did not garner any snaps on offense for the first time since Week 10. Brightwell had seen his most action of the campaign on Thanksgiving, totaling 31 yards on five carries and 18 yards on two catches against Dallas. He's yet to log more than 10 offensive snaps in any game this season, and his value to the Giants is primarily as a kick returner.

  • 49ers' Tyrion Davis-Price: Doesn't see field Sunday

Davis-Price did not see the field on offense or on special teams in Sunday's 33-17 win over the Dolphins.

Davis-Price figured to be in the mix for snaps behind Christian McCaffrey on Sunday, but it was Jordan Mason (8-51-0) who took over Elijah Mitchell's (knee) backup spot while maintaining his usual role on special teams. The 2022 third-round pick has struggled to find his way onto the field despite the 49ers having a multitude of injury problems at the running back position this season. For fantasy managers that stashed Davis-Price in hopes he could have a role in San Francisco, it's probably safe to move on ahead of Sunday's tilt against the Buccaneers.

  • Bengals' Trayveon Williams: Minimal offensive role

Williams had just one carry for three yards in Sunday's win over the Chiefs, playing 10 offensive snaps.

Williams was still involved on special teams, returning two kicks for 27 yards, but he took a step back from the previous week when he was more involved against the Titans. If Joe Mixon (concussion) returns as expected this week, Williams might be relegated to special teams only duty.

  • Rachaad White RB | WAS

Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Game-winning TD in comeback win

White rushed nine times for 28 yards and secured six of eight targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 17-16 win over the Saints on Monday night. He also lost a fumble.

White and the returning Leonard Fournette split the work nearly evenly on the ground, with the latter logging one additional carry. In turn, the rookie drew one more target than his veteran teammate, gained nine more receiving yards on the same number of catches and also recorded the game-winning touchdown on a six-yard grab with three seconds remaining. White's level of involvement with Fournette available is encouraging from a fantasy perspective, but both backs could struggle to provide meaningful production against the 49ers' league-best run defense in Week 14.

  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Stifled in Week 13 loss

Kamara tallied 12 carries for 26 yards and caught two of three targets for 11 yards during Monday's 17-16 defeat versus the Buccaneers.

Kamara continued to underperform expectations, averaging less than four yards per carry for the sixth game in a row. While the five-time Pro Bowler was limited by three of the league's best rushing defenses in his previous three outings, he did not manage to break a run longer than five yards against a Buccaneers defense that allowed 4.6 yards per carry coming into Week 13. Kamara also posted his worst receiving stat line of the season despite quarterback Andy Dalton's solid performance Monday night. The running back has been forced to operate behind a banged-up offensive line recently, and this unit should have some time to recover during New Orleans' upcoming Week 14 bye.

  • Julius Chestnut: Returns to practice squad

Chestnut reverted to the Titans' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Chestnut received the promotion with Hassan Haskins (hip) out. He saw seven snaps on offense against the Eagles, which led to five carries for 13 yards, all occurring in garbage time. Depending on Haskins' status for Week 14 against the Jaguars, Chestnut could find himself back with the active roster.

  • Patrick Taylor: Back to practice squad

Taylor reverted to the Packers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Taylor saw his first carry of the season and took it for six yards in Sunday's win over the Bears. With Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon as the only running backs on the team's 53-man roster, it's likely Taylor will find himself on the field again in Week 15 against the Rams, as the Packers are on bye Week 14.

  • Titans' Julius Chestnut: Makes 2022 debut

Chestnut rushed the ball five times for 13 yards in Sunday's 35-10 loss to the Eagles.

Chestnut was elevated from the Titans' practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles and was active for the first time this season. He saw all of his work in garbage time, with Derrick Henry and Dontrell Hilliard both being rested at that point. Chestnut will revert back to the practice squad in the coming days but could serve as depth once again before the regular season concludes.

  • Rashaad Penny RB | CAR

Seahawks' Rashaad Penny: Still rehabbing, per Carroll

Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Penny (ankle) has yet to start running and remains in the midst of his rehab from a broken left fibula and high-ankle sprain, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Penny suffered the injuries back in Week 5 and underwent surgery to repair the fracture Oct. 12, getting a four-month recovery timetable at the time. That may have inched up, if only for a day, after he told Ian Furness of 93.3 KJR Seattle on Sunday that he may be able to suit up in the playoffs if the Seahawks play beyond Week 18. The comment comes in the wake of Travis Homer (knee) sitting out Week 13 with an illness and Kenneth Walker (ankle) and DeeJay Dallas (ankle) picking up health concerns in Sunday's 27-23 win at the Rams. With such a banged-up backfield, the situation could be such in mid-January that Penny has a chance to return, even it's premature.
