  • Damien Harris RB | BUF

    Patriots' Damien Harris: Inactive Saturday

Harris (thigh) is inactive for Saturday's game against the Bengals.

With Harris -- who last saw game action in Week 12 -- still unavailable, Rhamondre Stevenson will continue to pace the Patriots' backfield Saturday as long as his ankle holds up, with rookies Pierre Strong and Kevin Harris on hand to work in complementary roles. Harris' next chance to see game action will arrive in Week 17 against the Dolphins.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Suiting up Week 16

Walker (ankle/back) is active for Saturday's game against the Chiefs.

Though Walker sat out practices Tuesday through Thursday due to his pair of injuries and ended up taking a questionable tag into the weekend, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll indicated the running back would play Saturday. Carroll's prediction will ultimately come to pass after Walker avoided the inactive list, but it's unclear if the rookie will be limited to any degree while he's still banged up. After sitting out the Seahawks' Week 14 loss to the Panthers, Walker didn't have any major restrictions with his workload in the Week 15 loss to the 49ers, as he accounted for 79 yards on 16 touches (12 carries, four receptions) while taking on a 75 percent snap share.

  • Chris Evans RB | CIN

    Bengals' Chris Evans: Inactive Saturday

Evans (coach's decision) is inactive for Saturday's matchup with the Patriots.

With Joe Mixon, Samaje Perine and Trayveon Williams ahead of him on the depth chart and active, Evans will again be a healthy scratch for the Bengals. The 25-year-old has suited up just four times this season and has not suited up since Week 13.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Still on track to play Saturday

Walker (ankle/back), who is listed as questionable for Saturday's game at Kansas City after not practicing in any capacity this week, is still expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told reporters as much Thursday, but it didn't stop Seattle from elevating two running backs (Godwin Igwebuike and Wayne Gallman) from the practice squad Friday. With Rapoport relaying that Walker is still on pace to play, however, it's possible that the addition of Gallman may have been in anticipation of an absence from DeeJay Dallas (ankle), who is also listed as questionable. Igwebuike, meanwhile, appears to have established himself as Seattle's top kickoff returner and might have been summoned from the practice squad even if both Walker and Dallas approached the weekend without designations. Regardless, fantasy managers planning on using Walker this week will still want to confirm that he isn't included on Seattle's inactive list, which will be released 90 minutes prior to the 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Damien Harris RB | BUF

    Patriots' Damien Harris: Game-time call

Harris (thigh) who is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Bengals, is viewed as a game-time decision for the contest, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Rapoport adds that Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) is likely to be available versus Cincinnati, while the status of Harris -- who last saw game action in Week 12 -- could hinge on how he feels in warmups. Fortunately for those considering either of the two running backs in Week 16 lineups, the Patriots kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Likely to face Bengals

Stevenson (ankle), who is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Bengals, is likely to play in the contest, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

While Stevenson appears to be trending toward being available in Week 16, Rapoport adds that Damien Harris (thigh) is viewed as more of a game-time decision. Either way, the status of the two running backs will be determined before the first wave of games Saturday, with the Patriots kicking off at 1 p.m. ET.

  • 49ers' Elijah Mitchell: On track in recovery

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said that Mitchell (knee) is on track with his recovery from an MCL sprain, according to David Lombardi of The Athletic.

Lombardi also added that Mitchell is expected to occupy the 49ers' final IR spot (with a designation to return) following Javon Kinlaw's (knee) recent activation from injured reserve. The 24-year-old's initial timetable was expected to be 6-8 weeks, so he is still likely to miss the rest of the regular season, but a return for the start of San Francisco's playoff run seems possible. Mitchell was performing well in a complementary role behind Christian McCaffrey before getting hurt, so expect him to reclaim that role when he is healthy enough to return.

  • Broncos' Latavius Murray: Says he's ready to play Sunday

Murray (foot), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, indicated after returning to a limited practice Friday that he's ready to play in the contest, Parker Gabriel of the Denver Post reports.

It's still worth verifying Murray's status ahead of Sunday's 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff, but if the running back is able to play this weekend, he'd be in line to continue pace Denver's backfield on the heels of carrying 24 times for 130 yards and a touchdown and catching one pass for 12 yards in his team's Week 15 win over the Cardinals. Also in the Broncos' backfield mix versus Los Angeles will be Marlon Mack and quite possibly Chase Edmonds (ankle), who is a candidate to come off IR.

  • Titans' Jonathan Ward: Bumped up to active roster

The Titans elevated Ward from their practice squad to the active roster Friday ahead of Saturday's matchup against Houston, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.

Ward was signed to the Titans' practice squad Tuesday and will be elevated to the active roster for his first game with Tennessee. He played primarily on special teams during five contests with the Jets to begin the season and figures to garner a similar role for the Titans in Week 16.

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Questionable for Sunday

Wilson (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers after practicing in a limited fashion this week, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

That Wilson was able to practice all week, albeit in a limited fashion, suggests the running back has a chance to return to action Sunday after being inactive this past Saturday against the Bills. If that happens, Wilson would be in line to reclaim his role in a Miami backfield that was led effectively by Raheem Mostert (17 carries for 136 yards) in Week 15, a context that would make Wilson a risky fantasy option versus Green Bay.
