Trey Benson RB | ARI
Cardinals' Trey Benson: No practice Thursday
Benson (knee) wasn't present at Thursday's practice, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.
The same can be said for fellow RB Emari Demercado, who hasn't practiced since sustaining a high-ankle sprain Week 11. It's unclear if Benson's sudden absence from practice is related to maintenance, but the situation now bears watching as he's in the second week since the Cardinals opened his practice window to return from injured reserve.

Emanuel Wilson RB | SEA
Packers' Emanuel Wilson: Joined by Jacobs again in Week 13
Wilson is poised to take a step back in the Packers backfield for Thursday's game at Detroit with Josh Jacobs (knee) active, Mike Spofford of the team's official site reports.
Wilson was Green Bay's lead runner in this past Sunday's win against the Vikings, racking up 28 carries for 107 yards and two touchdowns and gathering in both targets for 18 yards. When Jacobs was active for the first 10 games of the season, even Week 11 at the Giants, when Jacobs made an early exit due to the knee injury, Wilson topped out at 11 touches (three times), 87 total yards and one TD in a given contest. Assuming Jacobs is good for his normal workload, Wilson likely will fall back to single-digit touch territory.

Jacob Saylors RB | DET
Lions' Jacob Saylors: Suiting up for Thanksgiving clash
Saylors (back) is active for Thursday's Week 13 matchup versus the Packers.
Saylors has been managing a back issue for most of November, and it caused him to sit out Week 10 against Washington. However, he's been able to play each of the past two weeks, and he's continued to work as the lead kick returner for the Lions. That will likely be Saylors' primary role again Thursday, as he has logged just seven offensive snaps through 10 games this year.

Sione Vaki RB | DET
Lions' Sione Vaki: Cleared to play Thursday
Vaki (ankle) is active for Thursday's Thanksgiving matchup against Green Bay.
Vaki has been dealing with an ankle issue for the past two weeks and was deemed limited in all three of Detroit's practice walkthroughs this week. He's going to be able to suit up, though he probably won't see a lot of work on offense. Vaki has taken just two offensive snaps over five games this season, but he's also contributed on special teams, including as a kick returner.

Jerome Ford RB | WAS
Browns' Jerome Ford: Limited to open week
Ford (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Ford popped up on the injury report to open the week, dealing with an apparent hamstring injury. The running back played a season-low eight offensive snaps in the team's 24-10 win over the Raiders in Week 12, losing three yards on his only carry of the game. Ford will have two more chances to log a full practice before Sunday's matchup with the 49ers.

Craig Reynolds RB | NE
Craig Reynolds: Loses roster spot
Reynolds was waived by the Lions on Wednesday.
Reynolds had been a healthy scratch for each of Detroit's last two games. The team shuffled its roster to add needed tight end depth, leaving Reynolds as the odd-man out.

Kenneth Walker III RB | KC
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Limited Wednesday
Walker was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a glute injury, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Since the Seahawks' Week 8 bye, Walker has continued to be the 1A in the team's backfield over Zach Charbonnet over the last four contests. Walker has turned 61 touches into 343 yards from scrimmage and one TD during that span, while Charbonnet has notched 42 touches for 211 total yards and two TDs. Walker has a health concern to contend with this week, but he'll have two more chances to get back to full before Seattle potentially tags him with a designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Myles Gaskin: Returning to Seattle
The Seahawks re-signed Gaskin to their practice squad Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Gaskin will rejoin the team after being cut from the practice squad last week. The 28-year-old has yet to appear in a game this season but could be elevated for Sunday's matchup versus the Vikings, as George Holani (hamstring) is currently listed as doubtful.

Omarion Hampton RB | LAC
Chargers' Omarion Hampton: Back at practice, limited Wednesday
Hampton (ankle) was limited in his return to practice Wednesday, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Hampton, who last saw game action in Week 5 when he sustained a fractured ankle, was designated to return from IR on Tuesday, which has the running back trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders. Per Smith, Hampton's Week 13 availability presumably hinges on how he fares this week at practice, but for his part, the 2025 first-rounder is anxious to return to the lineup. "They haven't told me yet, but I'm waiting to find out. Whatever my doc says," Hampton noted Wednesday. "I want to, for sure. But it's whatever the doc says." In any case, in order for Hampton to be available versus Las Vegas, he'd need to be activated from IR by Saturday afternoon.

Cam Akers RB | SEA
Seahawks' Cam Akers: Signs with Seattle
The Seahawks signed Akers on Wednesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN reports.
Akers is headed to Seattle after being cut from Minnesota's practice squad last week. The 26-year-old carried the ball five times for 19 yards in three appearances with the Vikings. He should serve as the Seahawks' No. 3 running back for Sunday's matchup against his former team, as George Holani is doubtful with a hamstring injury.
