  • Royce Freeman RB | CHI

Rams' Royce Freeman: Leads backfield with 17 carries

Freeman rushed 17 times for 73 yards and was not targeted as a receiver in Sunday's 17-16 win over Seattle.

Freeman handled the bulk of early down work for the Rams while Darrell Henderson worked out of passing formations Sunday. The latter did vulture a one-yard touchdown run away from Freeman, which could have boosted the replacement starter's fantasy results from good to great. Freeman is averaging 53.8 rushing yards but no receptions in four games in the absence of injured starter Kyren Williams (ankle). The Rams expect to welcome Williams back in Week 12 against the Cardinals, which figures to push Freeman back down the depth chart.

  • Rachaad White RB | WAS

Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Scores for third straight game

White carried the ball nine times for 30 yards and a touchdown and caught six of seven targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 27-14 loss to the 49ers.

The second-year running back was held to his lowest yardage total from scrimmage since Week 6, but White salvaged his day with a one-yard TD plunge early in the fourth quarter. He's found the end zone in three straight games, scoring three rushing TDs and a receiving TD over that stretch, and White could keep rolling in Week 12 against a Colts defense that allowed 12 total touchdowns to RBs in 10 games prior to its bye.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Lead back after starter exits

Charbonnet had 15 carries for 47 yards and six receptions on as many targets for 22 yards after taking over as lead back following Kenneth Walker's (oblique) early departure in Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Rams.

Walker recorded just five touches before leaving Sunday's contest with what is now being described as a "legit" injury to the starter's oblique, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Charbonnet was already seeing his role increase gradually while playing alongside Walker this season, so it wasn't too surprising to see head coach Pete Carroll primarily use the rookie to replace Walker's 20-plus touches. Charbonnet wound up touching the ball 21 times Sunday, which smashed the previous high of 10 he tied last week against Washington. Early reports indicate that Walker could miss some time, starting with Thursday's division matchup against the 49ers. If that holds true, Charbonnet's fantasy stock would receive a major boost for as long as Walker is out. The 22-year-old is averaging 4.9 yards per carry and 5.4 yards per reception through nine games as a backup this season.

  • Kareem Hunt RB | KC

Browns' Kareem Hunt: Touchdown streak ends

Hunt rushed the ball 12 times for 36 yards in Sunday's 13-10 win over the Steelers.

Hunt saw an exactly even split in carries with Jerome Ford and was the more productive of the duo on a yards-per-carry basis. However, Hunt was on the sideline for the Browns' only touchdown of the game, which ended his five-game touchdown streak. Overall, Hunt has fewer than 50 rushing yards in all but one game this season, so he's reliant upon finding the end zone to deliver fantasy-relevant stat lines.

  • Najee Harris RB | LAC

Steelers' Najee Harris: Finds little rushing room

Harris rushed the ball 12 times for 35 yards in Sunday's 13-10 loss to the Browns. He added one reception for one yard.

Harris led the Pittsburgh backfield in touches, narrowly seeing more opportunities than Jaylen Warren. However, Harris couldn't find much room to operate, as he was held below 50 rushing yards for the third time in his last eight games. Harris remains a safe option from a volume perspective, but his fantasy value largely comes down to his ability to find the end zone.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Could miss time with oblique strain

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said after Sunday's 17-16 loss to the Rams that Walker suffered a "legit" oblique strain during the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Walker is in danger of missing additional game action after exiting the Week 11 loss, especially with the Seahawks facing a short week of prep time leading up to Thursday's home game against the 49ers. Zach Charbonnet took on the majority of the running back reps after Walker's exit Sunday, but DeeJay Dallas could also see an uptick in opportunities for the duration of Walker's absence.

  • Bears' Roschon Johnson: Six carries as Foreman exits early

Johnson rushed six times for 30 yards and wasn't targeted in Sunday's 31-26 loss to the Lions.

Johnson had as many carries as D'Onta Foreman (ankle), who exited in the third quarter, but Khalil Herbert led the Bears with 16 rushing attempts after missing the previous five games due to a high-ankle sprain. Herbert had just 35 rushing yards, and between Herbert's inefficiency and the uncertainty over Foreman's availability, Johnson has a chance to see a larger workload in Week 12 against the Packers.

  • Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR

Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Highly efficient outing Sunday

Hubbard rushed 10 times for 57 yards and brought in both targets for eight yards in the Panthers' 33-10 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.

Hubbard logged one less carry than backfield mate Miles Sanders, who saw a notable resurgence in rushing work Sunday, but the former outgained his teammate by seven yards on the ground. Hubbard has seen double-digit rush attempts in four of the last five games, falling just one short of doing so in Week 10 as well. Therefore, despite Sanders' reintegration into the ground attack, Hubbard should retain a significant role in a Week 12 road battle against the Titans.

  • Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET

Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Extends TD streak to four games

Gibbs rushed eight times for 36 yards and a touchdown while catching all six of his targets for 59 yards in Sunday's 31-26 win over the Bears.

Gibbs got the Lions on the board in the second quarter with a two-yard rushing touchdown. That was the fifth rushing touchdown in the last four games for the 2023 first-round pick after Gibbs opened his career with a four-game touchdown drought. Gibbs will look to extend his touchdown streak to five games on Thanksgiving against the Packers as part of Detroit's one-two punch in the backfield alongside David Montgomery.

  • Miles Sanders RB | DAL

Panthers' Miles Sanders: Reintegrated into ground attack

Sanders rushed 11 times for 50 yards and brought in his only target for two yards in the Panthers' 33-10 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.

Sanders logged one more carry than backfield mate Chuba Hubbard, shouldering a rushing workload that qualified as his highest since Week 4 in the process. Sanders had seen just two carries in two of the previous three games, making his sudden surge in touches all the more noteworthy. While Sanders performed reasonably well with the opportunity, Hubbard averaged an even more efficient 5.7 yards per carry on his 10 attempts, so what the division of labor between the two will be in a Week 12 road matchup against the Titans is anyone's guess.
