  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Chance to play Week 13

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Friday that the team hopes Walker (oblique) will be able to suit up Week 13 against the Cowboys, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Carroll added that Walker is unlikely to do much in practice prior to the matchup with Dallas, which will be Seattle's second consecutive Thursday game. Walker sat out the 31-13 loss to San Francisco on Thanksgiving Day after hurting his oblique in the team's Week 11 los to the Rams. Zach Charbonnet started in place of Walker against the 49ers, but the rookie produced just 58 scrimmage yards on 18 touches in his first NFL start. Even if Walker ends up being available versus Dallas, he's unlikely to be cleared until shortly prior to game time based on Carroll's comments.

  • Chase Brown RB | CIN

Bengals' Chase Brown: Questionable after full practices

Brown (hamstring) is still on injured reserve but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Brown will need to be activated from injured reserve by 4 p.m. ET on Saturday to play Sunday. The rookie running back had his 21-day window to return from injured reserve opened Monday and subsequently participated fully in all three of Cincinnati's practices. If he's activated for Sunday's game, Brown could split the opportunities behind Joe Mixon with Trayveon Williams and Chris Evans in a Bengals offense that may become more run-heavy after Joe Burrow's season-ending wrist injury.

  • Dameon Pierce RB | PHI

Texans' Dameon Pierce: Takes questionable tag into Sunday

The Texans list Pierce (ankle) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Though Pierce has missed the Texans' last three games and is taking a designation into Sunday, he appears on track to play after he was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday and Friday. Assuming Pierce is cleared ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, he could be relegated to sharing work out of the backfield with Devin Singletary, who averaged 4.4 yards on 65 rushing attempts while catching five passes for 17 yards and scoring twice while operating as Houston's lead back the past three weeks. Pierce, meanwhile, is averaging just 3.0 yards per carry over seven appearances this season, with his lack of efficiency costing him playing time even before he sustained the ankle injury. Given the uncertainty of what his workload might look like Sunday, Pierce doesn't profile as an appealing option in fantasy lineups for Week 12.

  • D'Andre Swift RB | CHI

Eagles' D'Andre Swift: Cleared to face Bills

Swift (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Swift and WR A.J. Brown both avoid the final injury report after upgrading to full practice participation Friday. While his role doesn't come with a lot of goal-line touches, Swift has been unchallenged as Philadelphia's lead runner for more than two months now and hasn't missed a single game.

  • D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE

Bears' D'Onta Foreman: Turns in limited practice

Foreman (ankle/shin) was a limited participant in Friday's practice.

While the Bears held a walk-through workout Thursday for their first Week 12 practice, Foreman was estimated as a non-participant, but he was able to get back on the field in some capacity for a more traditional practice session Friday. If Foreman can maintain limited activity Saturday or upgrade to full participation, he should have a good chance at being available Monday against the Vikings. The right ankle injury knocked Foreman out early in the Bears' Week 11 loss to the Lions, enabling Khalil Herbert to pace the backfield with 16 carries in his return from a five-game stint on injured reserve. Herbert gained just 35 yards on his 16 carries, however, so he might not have done enough to separate himself from Foreman in the battle for lead ball carrier duties. If both Foreman and Herbert are available Monday, it would be difficult to gauge which of the two might be in line for the bigger workload on the ground.

  • Chiefs' Jerick McKinnon: Out this week

McKinnon (groin) won't play Sunday against the Raiders, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.

With McKinnon sidelined Week 12, Clyde Edwards-Helaire will likely step in as the top backup to starting running back Isiah Pacheco, while La'Mical Perine and Deneric Prince are candidates to be elevated from the practice squad to add depth to the backfield. McKinnon will target a potential return to action Dec. 3 against the Packers.

  • De'Von Achane RB | MIA

Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Won't play Friday

Achane (knee) is inactive for Friday's game against the Jets.

Achane approached the contest listed as questionable, but he'll sit out on a short week after the knee issue flared up just three snaps into his return from a four-game absence in this past Sunday's win over the Raiders. In Achane's absence, Raheem Mostert is in line to lead Miami's backfield Friday, with Jeff Wilson on hand to provide support and Darrynton Evans available as a third option out of the backfield. Achane will now target a potential return to action Dec. 3 against the Commanders.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Should remain lead back sans Achane

Mostert is expected to serve as the Dolphins' clear lead back Friday against the Jets while De'Von Achane (knee) is inactive for the contest.

In the three games before Achane landed on injured reserve Oct. 11, he and Mostert had been splitting work out of the backfield. Mostert proceeded to see more than 50 percent of the snaps on offense and averaged 13.8 touches while Achane was sidelined over the subsequent four contests, and he then handled a 78 percent snap share and 22 carries - both season highs - with Achane being limited to just three snaps in his return to action in this past Sunday's win over Las Vegas. With Achane back on the sideline for Week 12 and with another running back in Salvon Ahmed (foot) ruled out for the season, Jeff Wilson should step in as the Dolphins' No. 2 option after being inactive last week. Mostert still appears likely to dominate the backfield work for as long as Friday's contest remains competitive.

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Active Friday, likely as No. 2 back

Wilson is active and is expected to serve as the Dolphins' top backup running back behind starter Raheem Mostert in Friday's game against the Jets with De'Von Achane (knee) inactive for the contest.

In Achane's return from injured reserve during the Dolphins' Week 11 win over the Raiders, Wilson found himself inactive while Miami went with Mostert, Achane and Salvon Ahmed as its three running backs. However, with Ahmed suffering a season-ending foot injury in that contest and with Achane now sidelined for at least the Week 12 game after tweaking his knee in the team's win over Las Vegas, Wilson will re-enter the Miami backfield mix. Mostert is still expected to see the majority of the snaps and touches at running back Week 12, but while he was available for Weeks 7 through 9 during Achane's stint on IR, Wilson averaged 2.3 carries and 2.3 targets per contest. Given that the Dolphins enter Friday's contest as heavy favorites, Wilson could be in store for more touches than usual if Miami is able to establish a comfortable lead early on.

  • Packers' Patrick Taylor: Works as backup in win

Taylor had three carries for 11 yards and one reception for four yards in Thursday's 29-22 victory over the Lions.

With top running back Aaron Jones (knee) out for Week 12, Taylor operated as the backup behind AJ Dillon. Taylor and Dillon nearly split the snaps down the middle, but Dillon dominated the touches, recording 17 of them to Taylor's four. Taylor -- sandwiched around a stint on New England's practice squad -- has made five appearances for the Packers this season, but he hasn't accumulated more than 29 yards from scrimmage in any of them. It's unclear if Jones will miss more time, but even if he does, it will be tough to trust Taylor in fantasy lineups.
