Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Browns' Jacoby Brissett: Rushing touchdown in losing effort
Brissett completed 21 of 35 pass attempts for 234 yards and an interception while adding 16 yards and a touchdown on five carries in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Atlanta.
Brissett was able to bolster a lackluster passing effort with an impressive scramble for a touchdown. The veteran fill-in has done a commendable job through four weeks, completing 65 percent of his passes with a 4:2 TD:INT ratio while leading Cleveland to a 2-2 record. Brissett leaves a lot to be desired from a fantasy perspective, especially heading into a tough matchup against the Chargers' ferocious pass rush next Sunday.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Produces three TDs in Sunday's win
Murray completed 23 of 32 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 26-16 win over the Panthers. He added 26 rushing yards and a TD on 12 carries.
The Cardinals headed into halftime down 10-3, but Murray led a big second-half comeback, hitting Zach Ertz and Marquise Brown for scores between his own four-yard rushing touchdown. Murray's still having trouble stretching the field -- Sunday's 6.5 yards per attempt was his best showing in that category this season -- but he'll take a 5:2 TD:INT into a Week 5 clash with the undefeated Eagles.
-
Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Lights up Texans
Herbert completed 27 of 39 passes for 340 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Texans.
Herbert remained on the injury report due to fractured rib cartilage for much of the week, though he showed no sign of pain against the Texans. He threw multiple touchdowns for the third time this season, including an 18 yard-toss to Gerald Everett and a 14-yard completion to Austin Ekeler. Ekeler finished off two drives on the ground, which cost Herbert a bigger performance. Nevertheless, he showed the continued ability to hit for big plays -- even in the absence of Keenan Allen (hamstring) -- highlighted by a 50-yard completion to Mike Williams.

Trevor Lawrence QB | JAC
Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Turns ball over five times in loss
Lawrence completed 11 of 23 pass attempts for 174 yards, two touchdowns, one interception and four lost fumbles in Sunday's 29-21 loss to Philadelphia.
Lawrence got off to blazing start with two quick touchdowns to put his team up 14-0 in the first quarter. That's where the positive reviews end for the sophomore quarterback, as he was figured out by the Eagles' defense from there on out and watched the game literally slip from his hands, losing a career-high four fumbles. The 22-year-old appeared to be figuring things out over the last couple of weeks, but Sunday's backslide brings his season average back down to 236.5 passing yards per game with an 8:6 TD:TO ratio. Lawrence will get an opportunity to redeem himself next Sunday in a soft matchup against the Texans.

Zach Wilson QB | NO
Jets' Zach Wilson: Catches, throws TDs in season debut
Wilson completed 18 of 36 passes for 252 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 24-20 win over Pittsburgh. He added 15 rushing yards on two attempts and a two-yard touchdown catch.
Just as we all predicted, Wilson caught a touchdown before throwing one, as he secured a two-yard touchdown pass from Braxton Berrios on a trick play to give New York a 10-0 lead in the second quarter. Wilson cost the Jets a chance at points just before halftime, though, as he threw a third-down interception with New York in field-goal range. His third-quarter interception set up a go-ahead Steelers touchdown, but Wilson made amends with a five-yard touchdown pass to Corey Davis in the fourth to cut the Jets' deficit to 20-17. Wilson then led a game-winning drive capped by a Breece Hall rushing touchdown in the final minute. The second-year quarterback will need to cut down on the errors moving forward, but the win gives him and the Jets some momentum heading into a Week 5 home game against the Dolphins.

Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Giants' Tyrod Taylor: Concussion confirmed
Taylor suffered a concussion during Sunday's 20-12 win against the Bears, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Taylor entered for a banged-up Daniel Jones (ankle) in the fourth quarter, throwing an interception on his first drive before taking a helmet-to-helmet hit on the second possession. He proceeded to be examined for a head injury, and a concussion has been confirmed in the meantime. The Giants take on the Packers in London next Sunday, but it's unclear if Taylor will be Jones' backup, let alone if both players will be available. Currently, the only other quarterback on the roster is practice-squad member Davis Webb.

Jalen Hurts QB | PHI
Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Saves poor passing game with TD
Hurts completed 16 of 25 pass attempts for 204 yards and an interception, adding 38 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries in Sunday's 29-21 win over Jacksonville.
Hurts struggled from the pocket against the Jaguars' pass rush, resulting in his second game with zero passing touchdowns through four weeks. Luckily for his fantasy managers, the dual threat was able to offset a poor passing game with his fourth rushing touchdown. The 24-year-old's ability as a rusher has complemented his improved passing this season (67 completion percentage and 280.0 passing yards per game). Hurts will look to keep the Eagles undefeated in a matchup against the Cardinals -- which have allowed 281.0 passing yards per game to date -- next Sunday.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Patriots' Brian Hoyer: Won't return Sunday
Hoyer (head) won't return to Sunday's game against the Packers.
It remains to be seen if Hoyer will be placed in the NFL's concussion protocol, but his status will need to be monitored ahead of next weekend's contest against the Lions. With Mac Jones (ankle) inactive versus Green Bay, Bailey Zappe is slated to remain at QB for the Patriots for rest of the day Sunday.
-
Cooper Rush QB | BAL
Cowboys' Cooper Rush: Another solid showing
Rush completed 15 of 27 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns against Washington on Sunday. He also rushed twice for seven yards.
While Rush's modest pass attempt volume is reflective of his game-manager limitations, he continues to play very clean football and makes the throws he needs to. CeeDee Lamb (six catches for 97 yards and one touchdown on eight targets) was highly effective, and Rush conducted two of Dallas' biggest plays in the game with a 45-yard pass to Noah Brown and a nine-yard touchdown to Michael Gallup. Although Dak Prescott (thumb) might return in Week 5, at the very least Rush has shown the Dallas offense can remain functional under his leadership.

Jared Goff QB | DET
Lions' Jared Goff: Elite numbers in Week 4 loss
Goff completed 26 of 39 passes for 378 yards with four touchdowns and one interception and added one yard on his sole rush attempt during the Lions' 48-45 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. He also recorded a two-point conversion rush and completed a two-point conversion pass.
Goff's eye-popping stat line is all the more impressive when considering the veteran quarterback took the field without D'Andre Swift (shoulder), Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) and DJ Chark (ankle). Goff adapted extremely well as the game went on, focusing heavily on tight end T.J. Hockenson, whom he hit for eight of his completions, 179 of his yards plus 32- and four-yard scoring tosses along with the two-point conversion pass. Goff also connected with Josh Reynolds and Justin Jackson for three- and two-yard touchdown passes, respectively, in the fourth quarter to keep the never-say-die Lions within striking distance, but the wild rally from a 31-15 deficit fell short when an onside kick following the Jackson TD was recovered by the Seahawks. Goff's yardage total was easily a season high, while his quartet of touchdown throws tied his Week 2 tally against the Commanders. Goff will naturally hope to have at least some of his missing weapons back for a tough Week 5 road trip to New England.
