With Chris Olave (ankle) inactive and Michael Thomas (knee) still on injured reserve, Carr had to rely on some unheralded receiving options. Carr connected with Keith Kirkwood for a seven-yard touchdown in the first quarter before adding touchdown passes of 23 yards and one yard to tight ends Juwan Johnson and Jimmy Graham, respectively, in the second half. The three touchdown passes marked a new high for Carr in a Saints uniform. The 32-year-old quarterback will bring a 16:7 TD:INT into Thursday's road game against the Rams, though his ceiling will be capped if the Saints remain shorthanded in the receiving corps.

Mayfield completed 22 of 28 passes for 381 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Buccaneers' 34-20 win over the Packers on Sunday. He also rushed twice for minus-2 yards and lost a fumble.

Mayfield's stellar line tells the story of how effective the veteran signal-caller, who's been a pleasant surprise as Tom Brady's successor this season, was throughout the afternoon against a talented Packers secondary. Mayfield averaged a whopping 13.6 yards per attempt despite taking five sacks, and he connected with seven different pass catchers overall. However, he demonstrated outstanding chemistry with Chris Godwin in particular, with the veteran receiver accounting for 10 of Mayfield's completions, 155 of his receiving yards and 12 of his pass attempts. Mayfield hit Mike Evans (19 yards), Rachaad White (26 yards), Ko Kieft (two yards) and David Moore (52 yards) for his quartet of scoring tosses, and he's now thrown for multiple touchdowns in six of his last eight contests. Mayfield next sets his sights on the Jaguars' inconsistent pass defense in a Week 16 home matchup on Christmas Eve.

Tagovailoa completed 21 of 24 passes for 224 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 30-0 win over the Jets.

After the Dolphins took advantage of a couple short fields to get a rushing touchdown and a field goal, Tagovailoa helped them extend the lead to 17-0 with a 60-yard touchdown pass to Jaylen Waddle, who accounted for 142 of Tagovailoa's 224 passing yards. While Tagovailoa didn't light up the box score in Tyreek Hill's (ankle) absence, he avoided major mistakes while letting Miami's defense and running game lead the way. The starting quarterback took most of the fourth quarter off after his team built a 30-0 lead. Tagovailoa has thrown only one touchdown over the last two games with Hill banged up, so he'll hope to get his top target back in Week 16 against the Cowboys.

Wilson sustained a concussion during Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

When Wilson was initially ruled out from the contest and replaced by Trevor Siemian, the Jets cited a head injury as the cause for the QB's early exit. However, it has now been confirmed that Wilson suffered a concussion, which means that he'll have to progress through the NFL's five-step protocol in order to gain clearance to play ahead of next Sunday's game against the Commanders.

Lance (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Bills, according to Todd Archer of ESPN.com, but he'll still dress as the emergency quarterback.

Lance will once again operate as the team's No. 3 quarterback. Despite being inactive, he'll still technically suit up, but he'll only be allowed to enter the game if Dak Prescott or Cooper Rush get hurt.

Wilson exited late in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to a head injury and won't return to the contest, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

After taking home AFC Player of the Week honors in last Sunday's 30-6 win over the Texans, Wilson got off to a dismal start against Miami. He took four sacks and completed just four of 11 attempts for 26 yards and lost a fumble before heading to the locker room during the Jets' final possession of the first half. According to Jeff Darlington of ESPN, Wilson is not in concussion protocol, and CBS Sports' Tracy Wolfson relayed during the television broadcast that the quarterback's early exit was a result of him experiencing dehydration. Trevor Siemian led a scoreless drive to a close out the second quarter and was back on the field to begin the third quarter, so he looks poised to finish the game with Wilson sidelined. The Jets' plans at quarterback are unclear heading into Week 16, as Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) could attain medical clearance to return to action for the team's Dec. 24 game against the Commanders. However, since the Jets faced a 24-0 halftime deficit against Miami and will most likely drop to 5-9 on the season, New York may not activate Rodgers next week and could instead continue moving forward with either Wilson or Siemian at quarterback now that a postseason berth looks to be out of reach.

The Eagles officially list Hurts (illness) as questionable for Monday's game against the Seahawks.

Hurts wasn't able to practice Saturday after falling ill, but the Eagles declined to give him a designation upon the release of their final Week 15 injury report. However, with his illness worsening overnight, the Eagles have elected to downgrade his status as Monday's game approaches, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Hurts traveled separately from the team to Seattle and is still hopeful to play against the Seahawks, but the Eagles may wait and see how the 25-year-old is feeling in pregame warmups before making a call on his status prior to Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If Hurts is forced to miss his first game of the season or is available only as an emergency backup, veteran Marcus Mariota would be in line for the starting role.

Smith (groin) remains listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Eagles but appears to be facing an "uphill battle" to play, Jay Glazer reported on "Fox NFL Sunday."

According to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times, head coach Pete Carroll wasn't willing to volunteer much information about Smith's status for the matchup with the Eagles when he spoke to the media following the Seahawks' final practice of the week Saturday, beyond noting that the quarterback didn't experience any setbacks in his recovery from the groin injury he first suffered in a Dec. 7 practice. Even so, Smith never advanced beyond limited participation this week, and it's possible that the groin injury is still compromising his mobility to some degree. The Seahawks seem to be viewing Smith as a true game-day decision for Monday, though Glazer's report suggests that the signal-caller may be trending toward a second consecutive missed game. If that ends up being the case, Drew Lock would be in store for another start under center for Seattle.

The Eagles have downgraded Hurts to questionable for Monday's game in Seattle after the quarterback's recovery from an illness worsened overnight, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Hurts, who initially didn't carry a designation for the contest, still hopes to play Monday and is traveling to Seattle separately from the team, according to Schefter. Either way, Hurts' status will need to be monitored closely ahead of Monday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff. If Hurts is unavailable Monday, Marcus Mariota would be in line to start in his place.

Bridgewater said in an interview with Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press posted Saturday that he plans to retire after the 2023 season.

After joining Detroit on a one-year, $3 million deal this offseason, Bridgewater has seen light usage behind starting quarterback Jared Goff. The 31-year-old's lone appearance of the season came back in Week 5, when he took three snaps at the tail end of a win over Carolina. Barring Goff missing time due to injury over the final three games or getting rested in Week 18 if the Lions' playoff position is solidified, Bridgewater looks as though he may have already seen the last of his extended NFL action. Since entering the league as a first-round pick of the Vikings in 2014, Bridgewater has completed 66.4 percent of his passes for 15,120 yards, 75 touchdowns and 47 interceptions while adding 844 yards and 11 scores on the ground across 79 career games with Minnesota, New Orleans, Carolina, Denver, Miami and Detroit.
