  • Bo Nix QB | DEN

Broncos' Bo Nix: More comeback magic in Week 9

Nix completed 18 of 37 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 18-15 win over the Texans. He added 36 rushing yards on three carries.

The Broncos didn't score their first points until late in the second quarter against a tough Houston defense, on Nix's 30-yard toss to Courtland Sutton, and they trailed 15-7 heading into the fourth, but the second-year QB found a way to get it done in the clutch yet again. After finding RJ Harvey for a 27-yard TD early in the final frame and adding a two-point conversion to Troy Franklin, Nix set up the game-winning field goal with his legs on runs of 25 and nine yards in the final minute of the game. Nix will take a 17:6 TD:INT through nine starts into a Week 10 clash with the Raiders.

  • Joe Flacco QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Flacco: Career day in wild loss

Flacco completed 31 of 47 passes for 470 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions while adding one rush for minus-1 yard in the Bengals' 47-42 loss to the Bears on Sunday. He also lost a fumble and threw a two-point conversion pass.

Listed as questionable coming in due to a shoulder injury, Flacco ironically finished the offensive showcase with a career-high passing yardage total that comfortably exceeded his previous best of 389. The veteran quarterback got it done with plenty of efficiency while averaging 10.0 yards per attempt and facilitating 100-yard performances for top wideouts Tee Higgins, who also caught two of Flacco's touchdowns, and Ja'Marr Chase. Flacco appeared to have authored a miraculous comeback with his two final scoring tosses of the day to Noah Fant (23 yards) and Andrei Iosivas (nine yards), but Chicago answered with a 58-yard touchdown by Colston Loveland to escape with the victory. Despite the disappointing outcome Sunday, Flacco has provided a significant spark for Cincinnati's air attack and already has a pair of 300-yard efforts in the four games he's started heading into a Week 11 road matchup against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 16 following the Week 10 bye.

  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Can't find end zone in Week 9 loss

Love completed 26 of 37 passes for 273 yards and an interception in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Panthers. He added one yard on his only carry.

While Love saw plenty of pass volume he wasn't able to get the ball into the end zone for the first time in 2025, with Josh Jacobs punching in Green Bay's only TD of the afternoon. Those struggles may have stemmed in large part from the loss of Love's favorite target, as tight end Tucker Kraft (knee) left the game in the third quarter and didn't return. Rookie wideout Matthew Golden (shoulder) was also knocked out of the game early in the third quarter, further depleting his downfield options. The Packers still have some depth at WR, especially if Dontayvion Wicks (calf) returns soon, but Love could be facing some extra obstacles in Week 10 against the Eagles.

  • Falcons' Michael Penix: Throws three TDs to London

Penix (knee) completed 22 of 37 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Patriots.

Penix posted a new career high with three touchdown passes in his return from a one-game absence due to a knee injury. All three were thrown to Drake London, who returned from a one-game absence of his own due to a hip injury. They connected for a one-yard touchdown in the first quarter, a two-yard touchdown in the second and an eight-yard score in the third. Seventeen of Penix's 22 completions went to either London or Bijan Robinson. Penix will likely continue to lean heavily on those two playmakers in Week 10 against the Colts in Berlin.

  • Mac Jones QB | SF

49ers' Mac Jones: Accurate start in Week 9 win

Jones completed 19 of 24 passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Giants. He added four rushing attempts for four yards and lost a fumble.

Jones connected on all 14 of his first-half pass attempts for 143 yards, including touchdown passes of five yards to Christian McCaffrey and 11 yards to Jauan Jennings, but the quarterback lost a fumble in the final minute before halftime for the lone blemish of an otherwise spotless half. His first pass of the second half landed incomplete as Jones' accuracy diminished significantly, but the 49ers maintained a double-digit lead the entire second half to improve to 6-3, including 5-2 in games started by Jones. Brock Purdy (toe) has been inching closer to returning, so Jones' run as the starter could come to a close in Week 10 against the Rams.

  • J.J. McCarthy QB | MIN

Vikings' J.J. McCarthy: Three total TDs in upset win

McCarthy completed 14 of 25 passes for 143 yards with two touchdowns and one interception while adding nine rushes for 12 yards and another score in the Vikings' 27-24 win over the Lions on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered.

The second-year signal-caller made his return from a five-game absence and delivered a significant upset in a difficult road environment. McCarthy's final stat line wasn't exactly scintillating, yet it was still fantasy-friendly thanks to his 10- and seven-yard touchdown passes to Justin Jefferson and T.J. Hockenson in the first half, as well as his own nine-yard rush with just over six minutes remaining in the third quarter. McCarthy flashed encouraging chemistry with both Jefferson and Jordan Addison, and he'll head into a Week 10 home showdown against the Ravens with plenty of momentum.

  • Bryce Young QB | CAR

Panthers' Bryce Young: Leans on run game at Lambeau

Young completed 11 of 20 passes for 102 yards and an interception in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Packers. He added nine rushing yards on two carries.

The third-year QB returned from a one-game absence due to an ankle injury but failed to produce at least one touchdown, either through the air or on the ground, for the first time in 2025. Instead, the Panthers' offense leaned heavily on Rico Dowdle out of the backfield, leaving Young to be little more than a game manager. Young will take an 11:6 TD:INT through eight starts into what should be a more favorable matchup in Week 10 against the Saints.

  • C.J. Stroud QB | HOU

Texans' C.J. Stroud: Not returning to Sunday's contest

Stroud (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Before sustaining a concussion and being replaced by Davis Mills, Stroud completed six of his 10 pass attempts for 79 yards and carried twice for 12 yards. Stroud will now look to clear concussion protocol ahead of next Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

  • Rams' Stetson Bennett: Emergency QB3 for Week 9

Bennett (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Rams' emergency third quarterback against the Saints on Sunday.

As the emergency third quarterback, Bennett is prohibited from playing Sunday unless both Matthew Stafford and Jimmy Garoppolo leave due to injury, illness or ejection.

  • C.J. Stroud QB | HOU

Texans' C.J. Stroud: Exits Sunday's game

Stroud, who was forced out of Sunday's game against the Broncos, is being evaluated for a possible concussion.

Prior to exiting the contest, Stroud had completed six of his 10 pass attempts for 79 yards and carried twice for 12 yards. In his absence, Davis Mills is in at quarterback for the Texans.
