Trubisky completed eight of 16 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown while adding four scrambles for 32 yards and losing one of two fumbles in Sunday's 27-24 overtime win at Baltimore.

Trubisky produced just 29 passing yards in the first half but almost matched that total on a third-quarter touchdown pass to Dion Sims from 27 yards out. While he was able to lead Chicago to victory over a Ravens team with an equally inept passing game, Trubisky doesn't seem close to being a reliable fantasy option at this point -- outside of perhaps some two-quarterback leagues -- given his lack of weapons and volume in Chicago's run-first offense.

Stafford completed 25 of 52 passes for 312 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 52-38 loss to the Saints.

Who would have thought that the struggling New Orleans pass defense would be the cause of Stafford's first multi-interception game of the season? Stafford had gone four consecutive games without a pick. A large part of the problem can be found in the pace of the game as New Orleans led by three scores at the half and all three of Stafford's interceptions came afterward. Stafford has been at his best this season when he is able to distribute the ball and not force the issue. This should be a blip on the radar, but expect another tough test against Pittsburgh's zone-blitzing scheme, which has been among the stingiest defenses in the league, next week.

Hoyer was replaced as the 49ers' starting quarterback for C.J. Beathard after Sunday's 26-24 loss at Washington.

When he got the hook during the second quarter, Hoyer was 4-for-11 passing for 34 yards. Meanwhile, C.J. Beathard led the 49ers to scores on four of his seven drives, completing 19 of 36 passes for 245 yards, one touchdown and one interception. With Hoyer expected to don a hat and clipboard moving forward, he's free to jettison in most formats.

Cousins completed 25 of 37 passes for 330 yards, two touchdowns, and a pick in Sunday's 26-24 win over the 49ers. He added 26 yards and a touchdown on four carries.

Cousin showed off his wheels late in the fourth quarter, keeping a zone-read and hustling around the edge for a seven-yard score to put Washington up by two scores. It was the second time in three games that Cousins has accounted for three touchdowns and he has posted a quarterback rating of above 95 in four consecutive games after Week 1's dud against the Eagles. He gets his chance for revenge next week when Washington plays in Philadelphia on Monday night.

Winston was forced out of Sunday's game against the Cardinals with a shoulder injury, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Prior to his exit from the game, Winston had completed five of 10 passes for 61 yards. He was replaced at quarterback by Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Beathard completed 19 of 36 passes for 245 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 26-24 loss to Washington. After the game, head coach Kyle Shanahan called Beathard the 49ers' starting quarterback, Matt Barrows of The Sacramento Bee reports.

After San Francisco failed to move the ball at least 25 yards in the team's first four offensive drives, Beathard came in for Brian Hoyer and came close to leading a comeback from a 14-0 deficit, including a 75-yard touchdown drive on his second possession under center. Beathard's stats took a bit of a hit at the very end of the game when he forced a ball down field with the 49ers in desperation mode, but he still finished with a higher quarterback rating than Brian Hoyer has posted in four of his six starts. Moreover, San Francisco scored more in a little over a half with Beathard than in four of its first five full games. The 49ers are now winless and seem on the verge of potentially competing for Kirk Cousins or drafting a quarterback early next offseason. It makes sense to see what they have in their rookie -- who Shanahan has notably compared to Cousins -- as opposed to hobble down the stretch with Hoyer.

Mariota (hamstring) is reportedly in line to suit up for Monday's game against the Colts, according to Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone.

Given that the QB has been portrayed as game-time decision for the contest, those inclined to wait it out until Monday on Mariota are still advised to confirm his status before the Titans' 8:30 ET kickoff. If Mariota does indeed draw Monday's start, Matt Cassel would revert to his backup QB role, while the Colts are set to counter with Jacoby Brissett with Andrew Luck still sidelined.

Rodgers broke his collarbone Sunday at Minnesota and may miss the rest of the season.

Rodgers sustained the injury on a hit from Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr, landing awkwardly on his right arm in the process. With a diagnosis confirmed, Rodgers is a prime candidate to land on injured reserve in the coming days. While Brett Hundley will finish out the contest and likely be named the starting quarterback moving forward, the Packers will also do their due diligence in restocking the position, either via trade or free agency.

The Packers initially labeled Rodgers as questionable to return after he exited in the first quarter with a right shoulder injury when he was driven hard into the ground, but upon evaluating the quarterback in the locker room, team trainers determined he wasn't fit to return. Following halftime, Packers head coach Mike McCarthy was unwilling to provide any further updates on Rodgers' status beyond ruling the two-time MVP out for the contest, but Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports the team fears that Rodgers suffered a broken collarbone. He previously sustained that injury during the 2013 season, missing seven games.
