Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Active as expected Sunday
Winston (shoulder) is active for Sunday's Week 8 tilt against the Panthers, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
No surprise with this news, as Winston had turned in a full practice Friday after a pair of limited sessions to start the week. He threw for 384 yards and three touchdowns last Sunday just seven days removed from originally suffering the injury in Week 6, so fantasy owners shouldn't hesitate to deploy him versus Carolina on Sunday.

Teddy Bridgewater QB | DET
Vikings' Teddy Bridgewater: Could suit up Week 10
The Vikings could activate Bridgewater (knee) from the Physically Unable to Perform list to suit up in the team's Week 10 game against the Redskins, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Following Sunday's game against the Browns in London, the Vikings will head into a bye week, giving Bridgewater some extra time to practice and regain confidence in the health of his surgically repaired left knee. Per Rapoport, the Vikings still consider Bridgewater as their franchise quarterback, despite the devastating knee injury he suffered in training camp last year having created a significant setback in his development. If Bridgewater impresses during practices, he could eventually unseat Case Keenum as the Vikings' starting quarterback. Sam Bradford started 15 games in 2016 and has made two appearances in 2017, but he continues to deal with persistent knee pain and doesn't have a timetable for returning to the field.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Expected to play Sunday
Winston (shoulder) will start at quarterback Sunday against Carolina, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Still nursing an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder, Winston was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday before turning in a full practice Friday. He's listed as questionable on the Buccaneers' official injury report. However, this report, though not official, adds to the favorable outlook that he'll play.

Paxton Lynch QB | PIT
Broncos' Paxton Lynch: Unlikely to suit up Monday
Lynch isn't expected to suit up for Monday's game against the Chiefs, Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post reports.
Lynch came back from a right shoulder injury earlier this week, but his projected absence seems to be more related to his position on the depth chart than anything else.

Paxton Lynch QB | PIT
Broncos' Paxton Lynch: Listed as full practice participant
Lynch (right shoulder) was listed as a full practice participant Friday. "He's done a nice job," offensive Coordinator Mike McCoy noted Friday of the QB's progress. "He's been excited. He's been trying to get out [on the field] as soon as he can. He's excited to get back out here with his teammates and do everything, so I'm happy with where he's at right now."
The full practice session confirms that Lynch is making strides toward a return to game availablity, but he'll still probably end up with an injury designation upon the release of the Broncos' final Week 8 injury report in advance of Monday night's game against the Chiefs, which is set to arrive Saturday. In any case, Trevor Siemian remains the Broncos' starting QB for the time being.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Closes week with full practice
Winston (shoulder) returned to practice Friday as a full participant but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
Still nursing an AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder, Winston was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday. He's on track to play through the injury for a second straight week, after throwing for 384 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Bills. The Bucs have been limiting Winston's practice workload to ensure he doesn't aggravate his shoulder issue.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Resumes throwing
Winston (shoulder) threw passes at Friday's practice, Roy Cummings of WFLA NewsChannel 8 reports.
The Buccaneers prevented Winston from throwing Wednesday or Thursday in order to let him rest his injured shoulder, but he was able to resume tossing passes Friday, and according to the report, "looked good" doing so. Winston's status for Week 8 may not ultimately be determined until Sunday, but he went through a similar practice routine last week and was able to play -- quite well at that -- so it seems clear he will be under center this week like he usually is.

Case Keenum QB | CHI
Vikings' Case Keenum: Starting again this week
Keenum will start at quarterback Sunday against the Browns.
Keenum will get another start this week with Sam Bradford (knee) out for the third straight contest. Keenum dealt with a chest injury that slowed him at Wednesday's practice, but he was able to practice fully the last two days and is not listed on the Vikings' final injury report, so he shouldn't be limited Sunday. He's held his own as the starting quarterback, but it remains to be seen if he will hold onto the job after this week, as both Bradford and Teddy Bridgewater (knee) could return to practice following the Vikings' Week 9 bye.
-
Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Vikings' Sam Bradford: Out again this week
Bradford (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.
Bradford was unable to take part in any portion of practice this week, so he will sit out for the third week in a row. It's not clear how close he is to returning to action, but he will get extra time to rest prior to the Vikings' next game with the team on bye Week 9. Case Keenum will be under center for the Vikings on Sunday.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Buccaneers' Jameis Winston: Gets in limited practice Thursday
Winston (shoulder) was limited in Thursday's practice, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
According to Jenna Laine of ESPN.com, Winston wasn't on the field for the portion of practice made available to the media, but he apparently put in a workout to some extent behind closed doors. However, as Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports, it's suspected that Winston was barred from throwing while he nurses a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder, as was the case heading into the Week 7 loss to the Bills. Winston ended up doing some throwing last Friday before suiting up in that contest, and it's expected a similar development will play out this week as he prepares for Sunday's matchup with the Panthers. Assuming Winston experiences no renewed pain while throwing Friday, he'll be at little risk of sitting out in Week 8.
