Rodgers will undergo a CT scan on his surgically repaired right collarbone this week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. If the scans return negative, Rodgers would gain medical clearance to return from injured reserve and play Week 15 against the Panthers.

Rodgers has healed about as quickly as the Packers could have anticipated after placing him on injured reserve shortly after he fractured the collarbone in his throwing shoulder in an Oct. 15 loss to the Vikings. The quarterback resumed practicing Dec. 2, drawing positive reviews while working for the scout team. So long as doctors agree with the coaching staff and his teammates' assessments that Rodgers is ready to play again, expect him to come off IR and displace Brett Hundley as the team's starter under center. The only potential wrinkle to that plan might be the Packers losing to the winless Browns on Sunday, which would drop the team's record to 6-7 and effectively remove them from contention for an NFC wild-card spot.

Peterman will start in place of Tyrod Taylor (knee) in Sunday's game against the Colts.

In his only previous start, Peterman threw five interceptions in the first half against the Chargers before being replaced by Taylor. Overall, in his three appearances this season, Peterman has completed 19 of 39 passes for 195 yards, and a TD to go along with the five picks he tossed in Week 11. With that in mind, the 2017 fifth-rounder has nowhere to go but up, and given that the 3-9 Colts have had trouble stopping the pass to date, at least Sunday's matchup is working in Peterman's favor. One word of caution is the weather in Buffalo, where it is snowing heavily just before the game with December winds (19 mph) whipping through the stadium.

Stafford (hand) is listed as active Sunday at Tampa Bay.

As he did throughout the week, Stafford will take the field Sunday with the ring and pinkie fingers taped on his bruised right hand, per Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Playing through a finger issue last season, Stafford completed 59.5 percent of his passes, averaged 271.3 yards through the air per game, and posted two touchdowns versus three interceptions across four outings.

Taylor (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.

As a result, Nathan Peterman will draw the start at QB for the Bills in Week 14, while Taylor will look for his knee to improve to the point that he's healthy enough to be in the mix for the assignment next weekend against the Dolphins.

The rookie has nowhere to go but up after throwing five first-half interceptions in his last start Nov. 19 against the Chargers before he was mercifully pulled, but he'll still grade out as a lower-tier fantasy option, even though he gets a favorable matchup against a weak Colts pass defense.

Stafford's throwing hand made daily improvement over the week and the quarterback is expected to start Sunday against the Buccaneers, a source informed Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reports.

Barring any unforeseen setbacks, Stafford will make his 108th consecutive start, facing off against a Tampa Bay team that ranks 31st in passing defense (267.3 yards per game) and 21st in scoring (24.0 points per game) on the season. Despite Stafford's cushy matchup, the Lions could look to dial back his responsibilities a bit while he plays through pain in his fingers, which he'll likely tape up Sunday.

Winston (ankle) does not have an injury designation heading into Sunday's Week 14 tilt against the Lions, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

Winston was listed as a full participant in practice throughout the week despite apparently battling a sore ankle, but his lack of a designation on the final report of the week unequivocally confirms his availability for Sunday's game. The third-year quarterback made a successful Week 13 return from a three-game absence due to a shoulder injury, throwing for 270 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the overtime loss to the Packers.

Stafford (right hand) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.

Head coach Jim Caldwell opened Friday's media session with nary an answer about Stafford's health, saying he's "progressing" and throwing "decently." During the open portion of practice, though, Stafford let it rip, despite having two fingers taped on his bruised throwing hand. Among his tosses, he completed a 45-yarder to Bradley Marquez. Perhaps the biggest question mark around Stafford's potential output is the state of the offensive line, as starting right tackle Rick Wagner (ankle), right guard T.J. Lang (foot) and center Travis Swanson (knee) are all questionable for the contest.

The final injury report was a mere formality, as head coach Sean McDermott already said Taylor would practice on a limited basis Friday and ultimately be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. start. Despite the highly favorable matchup, it will be tough to have faith in Taylor if he ends up playing, given that his mobility (which accounts for much of his value) almost certainly would be restricted. Rookie fifth-round pick Nathan Peterman will get the start if Taylor doesn't play.
