  Kamara carried the ball six times for five yards and caught all seven of his targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Steelers. The Saints' ground game was completely shut down, as quarterback Tyler Shough led the team with a mere seven rushing yards, but Kamara still contributed through the air and led New Orleans in catches while tying Barion Brown for the game high in receiving yards. Since missing the season opener, Kamara has put together 258 scrimmage yards and three total TDs (two rushing, one receiving) over six games, but the backfield could get more crowded after a Week 8 bye if Travis Etienne (hamstring) is cleared to return.

  Kamara (back) was limited at Friday's practice but does not have an injury designation for Week 7, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports. Kamara did not get a full practice in all week, but it appears that was simply for management purposes, as he will not head into Week 7 with any sort of injury tag. He shared the backfield duties with Kendre Miller and CJ Donaldson each of the last three weeks, and with Travis Etienne (hamstring) spending at least one more game on injured reserve, he figures to do the same Sunday in Paris.

• Saints' Alvin Kamara: Limited again Thursday

  Kamara (back) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports. Kamara now has logged back-to-back capped practices to begin Week 7 prep as he deals with a back concern for a third consecutive week. He's been able to play through it, but his snap shares in Week 5 (27 percent) and Week 6 (26 percent) didn't equate to much work (14 touches for 75 yards from scrimmage and one receiving TD). Friday's injury report will unveil whether or not Kamara enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest versus the Steelers in Paris.

  Kamara has scored at least 14.9 PPR points in two of the past three games without Travis Etienne (hamstring), but this has been due to touchdowns and not necessarily a heavy workload. Kamara had two rushing touchdowns in Week 4 against Atlanta, and he caught a touchdown in Week 6 at the Giants. But he has 12 total touches or less in each of the past three games and just 26 total touches over that span. By comparison, Kendre Miller has 40 total touches over that span but has scored a combined 19.9 PPR points in those three games. Miller and Kamara are both flex options in Week 7 against Pittsburgh, but the Steelers have held Jonathan Taylor and Bucky Irving to a combined 18.1 PPR points in the past two games. You'll need a touchdown from Kamara or Miller to have a productive Fantasy outing in Week 7, and both will be letdowns if they score in Paris.

  Kamara (back) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Katherine Terrell of ESPN reports. This now marks three weeks in a row in which Kamara has had practice restrictions due to a back issue, but he's been able to play through it the last two games, accounting for 75 yards from scrimmage and one receiving TD on 14 touches during that stretch. The Saints may limit his on-field work Thursday and/or Friday, but there's been no indication he's in danger of missing Sunday's contest against the Steelers in Paris.
