Sexton (undisclosed) reverted to the Chiefs' injured reserve list Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Sexton was waived with an injury designation by Kansas City on Thursday and will not count against the team's 90-man roster while on the offseason IR. The 5-foot-11 wideout was waived by the Steelers ahead of the 2021 season and has yet to make his NFL debut.
