Sexton signed with the Falcons' practice squad Wednesday, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.
Sexton was waived by the Falcons on Tuesday but is back with the organization's practice squad a day later after clearing waivers. He'll be in the mix to join the 53-man roster if the Falcons need additional depth at wide receiver.
