Sexton was waived by the Dolphins on Tuesday, Alain Poupart of SI.com reports.
Sexton spent time on the practice squad of both the Falcons and Patriots during the 2023 seasons before landing in Miami in January. It looks like the journeyman was simply unable to make an impression for a spot on the team's deep wide receiver depth chart, so he will now have to look for an opportunity elsewhere.
