Moussa Diabate C | CHA
Hornets' Moussa Diabate: Double-double with two steals
Diabate contributed 10 points (5-11 FG), 12 rebounds, one assist and two steals in 31 minutes during Friday's 95-79 loss to the Wizards.
Diabate continued his strong start to the season, recording his second double-double in the past three games. He appears to be firmly locked in as the starting center, averaging 9.3 points. 9.8 rebounds and 2.6 combined steals and blocks in 29.6 minutes per game, through the first six games of the season. Although his ceiling is somewhat limited, he remains a clear must-roster player, particularly for those needing steals from the center position.

Hannes Steinbach C | CHA
Hornets' Hannes Steinbach: Rare appearance in loss
Steinbach ended Friday's 95-79 loss to Washington with zero points (0-1 FG) in two minutes.
Steinbach appeared for just the second time this season, albeit for two minutes during garbage time. Despite some fanfare leading into the season, it appears as though he is going to have to bide his time on the bench, at least for the foreseeable future. Given his current role, there is no reason to be rostering him outside of dynasty formats.

Kevin Durant PF | HOU
Rockets' Kevin Durant: Leads Houston in scoring Friday
Durant finished with 28 points (9-20 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 9-13 FT), five rebounds and one assist over 37 minutes in Friday's 116-111 loss to Dallas.
With Alperen Sengun (back) sidelined for the second consecutive contest, Durant was more involved offensively than usual, ending the night with a season-high 20 shot attempts. While the 38-year-old was inefficient from deep Friday, that should be considered an isolated incident, as he has shot 42.3 percent from behind the arc in his first six appearances of the 2026-27 campaign.

Grayson Allen SG | CHA
Hornets' Grayson Allen: Shooting woes continue
Allen recorded five points (2-10 FG, 1-6 3Pt), three rebounds and two assists over 21 minutes during Friday's 95-79 loss to the Wizards.
Allen continued to struggle with his shot, having now failed to exceed 40 percent from the field in four of his past five games. Despite playing a relatively significant role, Allen has averaged just 13.5 points, 2.8 assists and 2.8 three-pointers in 26.9 minutes per game through six appearances. While he is probably worth holding for now, once Charlotte starts to get healthy, he could very well trend towards becoming a three-point streaming option.

Dillon Brooks SF | PHO
Suns' Dillon Brooks: Tossed Friday
Brooks was ejected in the third quarter of Friday's game against the Nuggets after being assessed a Flagrant 2 foul, Bennett Durando of The Denver Post reports. He'll finish with 22 points (9-12 FG, 4-6 3Pt), two assists, one rebound and one steal across 21 minutes.
The 30-year-old forward appeared to be headed for a big performance before being tossed for kicking Jamal Murray in the groin area on a jumper. Brooks still finished with season highs in scoring and three-pointers made.

Giannis Antetokounmpo PF | MIA
Heat's Giannis Antetokounmpo: Massive triple-double in blowout win
Antetokounmpo racked up 31 points (13-18 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 17 rebounds, 10 assists and one block across 31 minutes in Friday's 145-125 win over the Pacers.
Antetokounmpo turned in an extremely efficient shooting performance en route to a game-high scoring total. The superstar forward also led all players in rebounds while finishing second in assists, securing his second triple-double of the season. He's reached the 30-point threshold in three of his six regular-season outings and is now shooting 59.1 percent from the field on the campaign.

Cooper Flagg SF | DAL
Mavericks' Cooper Flagg: Logs another full stat line Friday
Flagg finished Friday's 116-111 win over the Rockets with 33 points (13-19 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 7-10 FT), nine rebounds, six assists, two steals and one block across 39 minutes.
Although he struggled from three-point range once again, Flagg turned in another productive all-around performance in Dallas' first NBA Cup game of the year. The star forward erupted for a season-high 33 points and was second on the Mavericks in scoring behind Kyrie Irving (35 points). Flagg also finished second on the team in rebounds and assists. He's posted at least 26 points, six assists and five rebounds in three consecutive contests, though he's shot just 20.0 percent from downtown during that span.

Karl-Anthony Towns C | NY
Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Extends double-double streak Friday
Towns ended with 22 points (8-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and one block over 35 minutes in Friday's 98-93 loss to Philadelphia.
Towns suffered a sprained wrist in Wednesday's victory over Chicago and carried an injury designation heading into this contest. However, he was cleared to suit up for the Knicks' first game of NBA Cup group play. The 2015 No. 1 overall pick played well, finishing the night with his sixth double-double in as many games while remaining efficient shooting the ball. In six regular-season appearances in the 2026-27 campaign thus far, Towns has averaged 21.8 points, 13.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists across 31.7 minutes per outing. He has also shot 41.4 percent from downtown.

Darius Garland PG | LAC
Clippers' Darius Garland: Paces LAC in blowout loss
Garland notched 24 points (10-22 FG, 4-8 3Pt), five assists, two rebounds and one steal across 31 minutes in Friday's 127-101 loss to the Timberwolves.
Garland turned in an efficient performance and tied for the game-high mark in scoring, reaching the 20-point mark for the third time across five regular-season appearances. He also matched his season high in three-pointers made after shooting 3-for-11 from downtown in his previous two contests. Additionally, the star point guard finished second on the team in assists and has dished out at least five dimes in four straight games.

Caleb Wilson PF | CHI
Bulls' Caleb Wilson: Full stat line in loss
Wilson finished Friday's 125-111 loss to the Celtics with 23 points (7-16 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 3-6 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal across 31 minutes.
Wilson impressed in his first NBA Cup game, leading the Bulls in scoring while reaching the 20-point threshold for the fourth time across six regular-season appearances. The rookie No. 4 overall pick also doubled his previous career high in three-pointers made after shooting 22.2 percent from deep in his previous five appearances. He made an impact on the defensive end as well, matching the game-high mark in blocks. Wilson has yet to record fewer than three combined steals-plus-blocks in a game this season.
