Alijah Martin SG | TOR
Raptors' Alijah Martin: Agrees to re-sign with Toronto
Martin agreed to a two-year, $4.8 million deal to return to the Raptors on Wednesday, per Shams Charania of ESPN.
The 2025 second-rounder is set for his second season with Toronto. Martin, however, was limited to 6.3 minutes per game over 23 regular-season appearances for the Raptors a year ago, so his pathway to fantasy relevance in 2026-27 appears murky at best.

De'Anthony Melton SG | GS
Warriors' De'Anthony Melton: Signs with Warriors
Melton will sign a two-year, $11 million deal with the Warriors, Shams Charania of ESPN reports Wednesday.
Melton previously declined his $3.45 million player option after rebuilding his market value with a strong 2025-26 campaign. He averaged a career-high 12.3 points along with 3.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals in 23.0 minutes per contest across 49 regular-season games (24 starts). Look for him to play a similar role moving forward, though the Warriors are expected to be very busy this offseason.

Grimes agreed to a four-year, $60 million deal with the Lakers on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The Lakers continue to add some firepower to their roster after acquiring Walker Kessler, Sandro Mamukelashvili and Collin Sexton. Grimes will likely be a key part of the second unit in Los Angeles with his ability to play multiple positions. During the 2025-26 regular season, Grimes averaged 13.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 0.9 steals in 29.4 minutes per contest.

Collin Sexton SG | LAL
Lakers' Collin Sexton: Signing with Los Angeles
Sexton agreed to a two-year, $19 million contract with the Lakers on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
LeBron James is leaving Los Angeles, and the Lakers are retooling via free agency. After re-signing Austin Reaves to a massive extension, the Lakers have signed Sexton, Quentin Grimes and Sandro Mamukelashvili, while pulling off a sign-and-trade for Walker Kessler. As things stand, Sexton appears set for a backup role behind Luka Doncic and Reaves in 2026-27.

Sandro Mamukelashvili PF | LAL
Lakers' Sandro Mamukelashvili: Signs with Lakers
Mamukelashvili signed a four-year, $52 million deal with the Lakers on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The Lakers make another huge splash after just acquiring Walker Kessler. Mamukelashvili likely had a considerable market after a career-best season in Toronto. Across 80 regular-season games, Mamukelashvili averaged 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 21.9 minutes per game. In Los Angeles, he's poised for a consistent role in a frontcourt that lost LeBron James and Rui Hachimura this offseason.

Walker Kessler C | LAL
Lakers' Walker Kessler: Traded to LAL, signs extension
The Jazz traded Kessler (shoulder) to the Lakers on Wednesday in exchange for two first-round picks and two first-round pick swaps, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Kessler will sign a four-year, $130 million deal with Los Angeles.
LeBron James is leaving Los Angeles, and the Lakers are building around Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves. Doncic expressed his desire to play with a top-tier center, and it appears he got his wish, though Deandre Ayton is still under contract after picking up his player option. Kessler missed most of the 2025-26 campaign after undergoing left shoulder surgery, but he's expected to be healthy to start his Los Angeles tenure.
-
Mitchell Robinson C | BOS
Celtics' Mitchell Robinson: Lands with Celtics
Robinson agreed to a three-year, $47.4 million deal to sign with the Celtics on Wednesday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The Knicks were priced out of a reunion due to their tax concerns, so the Celtics will swoop in and sign the defensive-minded center. Robinson does have durability concerns related to his ankles, but he will likely be the favorite to start on Opening Night ahead of Neemias Queta. This move could be great news for Robinson's fantasy appeal moving forward.
-
