Nikola Vucevic C | ORL
Magic's Nikola Vucevic: Sitting out Tuesday
Vucevic (rest) is out for Tuesday's preseason game against the Cavaliers.
It appears to be a routine maintenance day for the veteran big man. Friday's matchup versus the Heat marks his next chance to play.

Nate Bittle C | TOR
Raptors' Nate Bittle: Still in walking boot
Bittle (foot) is still in a walking boot, but he has a follow-up appointment Wednesday and could ditch the boot if all goes well, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Bittle can presumably be ruled out for the remainder of the preseason as he works his way back to full health. The big man was spotted in a walking boot in early September and remains without a clear timetable for a return to game action.

Dylan Cardwell C | SAC
Kings' Dylan Cardwell: To miss at least two weeks
Cardwell will miss at least two weeks with a left calf strain, Anthony Slater of ESPN.com reports.
Sacramento's frontcourt takes another blow after losing Maxime Raynaud (knee) for several weeks over the weekend. The Kings figure to depend heavily upon Domantas Sabonis at center to open the season, while Precious Achiuwa should play a featured role off the bench to help pick up the slack.

Robert Williams III C | POR
Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Off injury report
Williams (rest) is available for Tuesday's preseason game against the Kings.
The veteran big man is off the injury report after resting Monday against London. Williams is in line to be the primary backup center behind Donovan Clingan, though 2025 first-rounder Yang Hansen poses a threat to that role.

Zach Collins C | CHI
Bulls' Zach Collins: Remains out for Wednesday
Collins (toe) is progressing in his recovery but has been ruled out for Wednesday's preseason meeting with the Bucks, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network reports.

Jaxson Hayes C | UTA
Jazz's Jaxson Hayes: Efficient in start
Hayes contributed 11 points (4-5 FG, 3-4 FT) and two rebounds across 15 minutes in Monday's 119-109 preseason win over the Spurs.
Hayes appears to be the favorite to start for the Jazz this season while Jusuf Nurkic (foot) is sidelined. That said, Utah could mix and match based on matchups and deploy Ace Bailey in the first unit at times.

Day'Ron Sharpe C | BKN
Nets' Day'Ron Sharpe: Posts three steals in win
Sharpe (shoulder) registered four points (1-1 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-4 FT), three assists, three steals, two rebounds and one block across 21 minutes in Monday's 131-122 preseason victory over Washington.
Sharpe returned to the starting lineup after missing Brooklyn's previous preseason contest with a shoulder injury. Although his scoring and rebounding production were limited, the center made an impact defensively with three steals and a block while also distributing three assists. His ability to handle a 21-minute workload is encouraging as the Nets prepare for the regular season.

Alex Sarr C | WAS
Wizards' Alex Sarr: Struggles to score
Sarr finished with six points (3-10 FG, 0-3 3Pt) and nine rebounds across 23 minutes in Monday's 131-122 preseason loss to the Nets.
Without Anthony Davis (rest) drawing attention, Sarr struggled to score Monday. The third-year big man is set to play for the most talented Wizards team of his young career in 2026-27, which also features Trae Young at point guard.

Zuby Ejiofor C | ATL
Hawks' Zuby Ejiofor: Nearly double-doubles
Ejiofor finished with 15 points (5-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one block across 23 minutes off the bench in Monday's 113-110 preseason win over Oklahoma City.
Ejiofor delivered an efficient offensive performance while making his presence felt on the glass, grabbing five offensive rebounds. The rookie also showed some passing ability and connected on his lone three-point make in two attempts. Despite the encouraging outing, Ejiofor faces an uphill battle for consistent playing time in Atlanta's frontcourt once the regular season begins.
