MacKenzie Gore SP | TEX
Rangers' MacKenzie Gore: Six strong innings in no-decision
Gore took a no-decision Saturday against San Diego, allowing one run on five hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out six.
Control has been a common issue for Gore in 2026, but he managed to submit his sixth start of the year with at least six frames Saturday. The 27-year-old southpaw has issued multiple free passes in four straight appearances and 12 of his 16 outings so far, but he's given up more than three runs on only four occasions. Gore will carry a middling 4.07 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 92:37 K:BB over 84 innings into his next scheduled start in Toronto.

Patrick Corbin SP | TOR
Blue Jays' Patrick Corbin: Bailed out in no-decision
Corbin didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Cubs, giving up three runs on six hits and three walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out four.
The veteran lefty needed 101 pitches (57 strikes) to record just 11 outs and left the mound with the Blue Jays in a 3-0 hole, but a late rally took Corbin off the hook for his fourth loss of the season. He's failed to complete four innings in any of his last three starts, but with Max Scherzer (back) once again on the IL, Toronto seems content to keep Corbin at the back of the rotation, albeit in a piggyback arrangement -- Lazaro Estrada worked 2.1 innings behind him Saturday, but Simeon Woods Richardson and Spencer Miles are also options to handle long relief assignments. Corbin will take a 4.73 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 47:23 K:BB through 64.2 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the Rangers.

Will Warren SP | NYY
Yankees' Will Warren: Fans eight in Saturday's loss
Warren (7-2) took the loss Saturday, giving up six runs (two earned) on eight hits and two walks over 5.2 innings as the Yankees fell 10-2 to the Reds. He struck out eight.
A Ben Rice error at first base led to a four-run fifth inning by Cincy, cushioning the blow to Warren's ratios, but he was still hit hard -- six of the eight hits off him went for extra bases, including a three-run homer by Spencer Steer. The right-hander got lifted after 90 pitches (61 strikes) one out shy of his sixth quality start of the season, and Warren will take a 3.45 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 84:26 K:BB through 78.1 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend in Boston.

Kyle Harrison SP | MIL
Brewers' Kyle Harrison: Continues strong campaign
Harrison took a no-decision Saturday against Atlanta, allowing two runs on four hits and no walks in 6.1 innings. He struck out seven.
Saturday marked Harrison's second-longest start of the season, and he's now given up four knocks or fewer in five of his past six outings. The 24-year-old left-hander has also surrendered two runs or fewer in all but one of his first 14 appearances, so he's putting together a strong case for his first career All-Star selection in 2026. Harrison is next set to bring a 2.50 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 87:18 K:BB across 72 innings into a home matchup versus the division-rival Cubs.

Chris Sale SP | ATL
Braves' Chris Sale: Stellar campaign continues
Sale took a no-decision Saturday against the Brewers, allowing two unearned runs on five hits and one walk in 5.2 innings. He struck out seven.
A fielding error by Ozzie Albies kept both of Milwaukee's sixth-inning runs off of Sale's ledger, so Saturday went down as the hurler's first start with no earned runs since May 14 versus the Cubs. The left-hander turned in his 11th consecutive outing with at least five innings and six punchouts, and he's given up more than two earned runs just one time during that stretch. Sale will carry an exceptional 2.14 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 99:21 K:BB over 84 innings into a soft matchup in San Franciso his next time out.

Andrew Abbott SP | CIN
Reds' Andrew Abbott: Stifles Yankees for fifth win
Abbott (5-4) picked up the win in Saturday's 10-2 rout of the Yankees, allowing one run on five hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out six.
The southpaw served up a solo shot to Paul Goldschmidt in the first inning, but Abbott shut down the home side from there and got plenty of run support before exiting after 97 pitches (59 strikes). It was his first win since May 20, but Abbott has given up three runs or fewer in 10 straight trips to the mound, a stretch in which he's delivered a 2.41 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 45:26 K:BB over 56 innings. He'll look to keep rolling in his next outing, which is set to come on the road next weekend in Pittsburgh.

Troy Melton SP | DET
Tigers' Troy Melton: Sharp in fourth win
Melton (4-0) picked up the win Saturday, allowing one run on one hit and three walks over six innings in a 4-1 victory over the White Sox. He struck out five.
Sam Antonacci led off the game with a solo shot, and it proved to be the only hit Melton would give up over 84 pitches (46 strikes). The quality start was the right-hander's third in five trips to the mound since being activated from the IL in late May, and his spot in the rotation seems secure while Jack Flaherty (ankle) and Justin Verlander (hamstring) remain sidelined. Melton will take a 2.56 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 19:9 K:BB through 31.2 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the Astros.

Grayson Rodriguez SP | LAA
Angels' Grayson Rodriguez: Continues to throw
Rodriguez (back) continues to throw, including off flat ground in the bullpen Saturday, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
The Angels placed Rodriguez on the 15-day injured list Monday with low-back inflammation, but his MRI came back negative. The fact that Rodriguez has not been shut down from throwing provides further reason for optimism, though the team figures to proceed cautiously from here given his injury history. Rodriguez has gone 2-2 with an 8.06 ERA, 1.83 WHIP and 24:15 K:BB in six starts and 25.2 innings for the big club so far this season.
-
Trevor McDonald SP | SF
Giants' Trevor McDonald: Jumped early in loss
McDonald (2-5) took the loss against the Marlins on Saturday, allowing five runs (three earned) on three hits and three walks with one strikeout over three innings.
McDonald entered the fourth inning in a 2-2 tie but was unable to record an out and was ultimately charged with three runs in the frame. He lacked command, throwing just 39 of 69 pitches for strikes while generating only two whiffs in his shortest outing of the season. The 25-year-old will carry a 4.93 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 42:18 K:BB across 45.2 innings into a difficult home matchup against Atlanta next weekend.
-
Max Meyer SP | MIA
Marlins' Max Meyer: Improves to 8-0
Meyer (8-0) earned the win against the Giants on Saturday, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks with seven strikeouts over five innings.
Meyer threw 66 of 98 pitches for strikes while generating nine whiffs and limiting the Giants to just four hard-hit balls, all of which went for extra-base hits. The 27-year-old has yielded just six earned runs through four June outings, going 3-0 with a 28:9 K:BB over 23.1 innings during that stretch. He'll take a 2.80 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 102:34 K:BB across 90 innings this season into a road matchup against the Cardinals next weekend.
