Gallen allowed six runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out five batters over five innings in a no-decision against Colorado on Saturday.

Gallen fell behind early, as a pair of Rockies homers resulted in three first-inning runs. The right-hander went on to give up two more long balls before his outing came to an end, though an explosive Arizona offense saved Gallen from taking a second straight loss. Gallen has had an up-and-down season so far -- he's collected four quality starts but has also surrendered four or more runs in five different outings. Overall, he's pitched to an uncharacteristically poor 5.14 ERA, which is on pace to be the worst mark of his career by a wide margin.

Anderson allowed four runs on seven hits and struck out four without walking a batter over five innings in a no-decision versus the Dodgers on Saturday.

All four runs against Anderson came via homers, as Andy Pages tagged him for a three-run shot in the first inning and Enrique Hernandez added a solo homer in the fourth. While the four runs allowed were a season high, Anderson held his own versus a tough opponent, and he avoided issuing a walk for the second time in nine starts this season. He's been effective this year with a 3.04 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 43:17 K:BB across 50.1 innings. The southpaw's next start is projected to be on the road versus the Athletics.

Marquez allowed seven runs (five earned) on seven hits and three walks while striking out one batter over three innings in a no-decision against Arizona on Saturday.

Marquez looked like he could be turning a rough season around when he earned a win by allowing one run over seven frames in his previous start, but the veteran hurler struggled mightily again Saturday. After Colorado staked him to a 3-0 lead through half an inning, Marquez squandered the advantage by allowing three runs in the bottom of the frame, though the final tally was unearned. The right-hander yielded three more run in the second and an unearned run in the third before his outing came to a merciful end. Marquez has now allowed at least five earned runs in six of his past seven starts, pushing his season ERA to an ugly 8.78 mark. The Rockies aren't exactly loaded with pitching depth, so Marquez figures to keep going out to the mound with the hope of getting on track. His next start lines up to be a tough matchup against the Phillies.

Severino allowed four hits and a walk while striking out five over six scoreless innings in a no-decision versus the Giants on Saturday.

Severino bounced back from allowing a season-high eight runs in his previous start, posting his second scoreless outing of the year. He threw 67 of 96 pitches for strikes and was just a little better than Landen Roupp in this pitching duel, though neither team scored in the first nine innings and the Giants won 1-0 with a walk-off walk in the 10th. This was Severino's fourth quality start of the campaign. He's now at a 4.22 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 45:20 K:BB over 59.2 innings through 10 starts. Severino can eat innings and provide reliable pitching, but he's had trouble doing both at the same time on occasion this season. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Angels -- he's struggled in Sacramento, posting a 6.75 ERA and 1.50 WHIP over 34.2 innings in six home starts so far.

Roupp allowed five hits and two walks while striking out five over six shutout innings in a no-decision versus the Athletics on Saturday.

Roupp turned in his third quality start of the season with his first scoreless outing. He threw 59 of 92 pitches for strikes, though a lack of run support led to him coming away without a win for a fifth straight start. He also issued a walk for the first time in three starts. Roupp has been passable this season with a 4.11 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 47:16 K:BB in 46 innings across nine starts, numbers similar to what he posted in a swingman role in 2024. He's had a bit more trouble with the long ball, however, allowing six homers in 2025 compared to just two over 50.1 innings last season. Roupp's next start is projected to be on the road versus the Nationals.

Pivetta allowed a run on two hits and a walk while striking out seven over six innings in a no-decision versus the Mariners on Saturday.

Pivetta limited the damage to a Rowdy Tellez solo home run in the fifth inning. The Padres' bullpen couldn't do the same in the 4-1 loss, but Pivetta won't have to wear the loss, as he exited with the game tied at 1-1. This was a good bounce back for the 32-year-old, who gave up a season-high six runs in a loss to the Rockies in his previous start. This was his fifth quality start of the season but his first since April 22 versus the Tigers. Pivetta has a 2.86 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 56:15 K:BB across 50.1 innings through nine starts this year.

Myers (1-1) took the loss against Minnesota on Saturday, allowing four runs on 11 hits and no walks while striking out four batters over 3.2 innings.

As a result of Jose Quintana (shoulder) landing on the injured list, Myers moved back into the rotation after being sent down to Triple-A on Sunday. However, Myers endured his worst outing of the campaign, as the red-hot Twins tagged him for 11 hits, including two doubles and a homer. Myers did manage to avoid walking any batters, but he notched just four whiffs and needed 71 pitches to complete 3.2 frames. It remains to be seen if Myers will get another turn in the rotation, as Aaron Civale (hamstring) could be activated off the injured list as soon as the coming week.

Hancock allowed a run on six hits and a walk while striking out three over 4.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Padres on Saturday.

Hancock did alright Saturday, but he needed 88 pitches (56 strikes) to get 14 outs. It was still a bit of a rebound effort after he allowed seven runs over five innings to the Yankees in his previous start. Overall, Hancock's numbers are skewed by two bad outings -- he's at a 6.21 ERA, 1.68 WHIP and 25:12 K:BB across 33.1 innings over seven starts. He's not guaranteed another turn in the rotation, but the addition of Bryce Miller (elbow) to the injured list Wednesday, joining fellow starters George Kirby (shoulder) and Logan Gilbert (elbow), makes it more likely Hancock gets another start. That outing is tentatively projected to be on the road in Houston.

Lopez (4-2) earned the win over Milwaukee on Saturday, allowing two hits and issuing two walks while striking out six batters over six scoreless innings.

Lopez racked up 14 whiffs and didn't allow any extra-base hits to cruise to his third victory over his past five starts. The right-hander finished with his third quality start of the campaign and lowered his season ERA to 2.40. Lopez has struck out at least six batters in each of his past six outings, posting a 41:8 K:BB over 33 innings during that span. He's projected to face the Royals in his next start.

Holmes allowed two runs on three hits and four walks while striking out five batters over six innings in a no-decision against Boston on Saturday.

Holmes struggled with his control in the contest, throwing just 57 of 99 pitches for strikes and tying a season high with four free passes, but he mostly managed to limit the damage. The only runs against the right-hander came on a two-run blast by Jarren Duran in the third inning. Holmes finished with his second straight quality start and his third such effort in his past four outings. During that span, he's posted a 3.42 ERA along with a 23:8 K:BB across 23.2 frames. Despite the imminent return of Spencer Strider (hamstring), Holmes is set to remain in Atlanta's rotation, and his next start lines up to come at home against the Padres.
