Brewers' Daniel Vogelbach: Slugs solo shot
Vogelbach went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 2-1 extra-inning win over Miami.
Vogelbach opened the scoring in the fourth inning with a solo shot off Miami ace Sandy Alcantara. The long ball was Vogelbach's first since a two-homer game versus Pittsburgh on April 18. Brad Miller DH | SD
Phillies' Brad Miller: Bench duty awaits
Miller is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
Miller headed into the weekend having made four consecutive starts for the Phillies, but he'll be on the bench for the second time in three days as the team closes out the series in Atlanta. The recent returns of Jean Segura from the 10-day injured list and Bryce Harper from a minor wrist injury appear to have pushed Miller back into a reserve role.

Luis Torrens C | NYM
Mariners' Luis Torrens: Sitting out Sunday
Torrens is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers.
The Mariners' catching situation has turned into a true timeshare of late, with Tom Murphy now having picked up five starts behind the plate to Torrens' four over the past nine contests. Unless one of the two backstops starts performing dramatically better than the other, expect the status quo to remain in place for the foreseeable future.

Pederson will head to the bench in the series finale with southpaw Tyler Anderson starting for Pittsburgh. Kris Bryant will work in right field while Matt Duffy starts at the hot corner for Chicago on Sunday.
