Marcell Ozuna DH | PIT
Braves' Marcell Ozuna: Homers in each game of twin bill
Ozuna went 3-for-7 with two solo homers, an additional run, a double and a walk across both games of Monday's doubleheader versus the Padres.
Ozuna came into Monday without a homer over his past eight contests, but he snapped that drought with a solo shot in each game of the doubleheader. The slugger simultaneously extended his hitting streak to 13 games, during which he's batting an even .400 with five long balls, three doubles and 11 RBI. Ozuna ranks third in MLB with 14 homers on the campaign.

Alec Burleson LF | STL
Cardinals' Alec Burleson: Gets aboard three times in win
Burleson went 2-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and one run scored in Monday's 6-3 win over the Orioles.
Burleson upped his hitting streak to six games (12-for-25), and five of those contests have been multi-hit efforts. He also has two homers, two steals, four RBI and six runs scored in that span. Burleson isn't known for his speed -- he's at two steals in 2024, one shy of last year's mark, which he achieved in 107 games. The outfielder has added a strong .301/.333/.472 slash line with five home runs, 17 RBI, 11 runs scored and six doubles over 129 plate appearances.

Mariners' Mitch Garver: Sitting again Monday
Garver is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Yankees.

Nelson Velazquez RF | STL
Royals' Nelson Velazquez: Taking seat Monday
Velazquez is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Tigers.
Velazquez had started seven of the last eight contests but will begin this one on the bench. Salvador Perez will be the designated hitter, Hunter Renfroe will start in right field and Freddy Fermin will be at catcher.

J.D. Martinez DH | NYM
Mets' J.D. Martinez: Returns to lineup Monday
Martinez (illness) will start at designated hitter and bat cleanup in Monday's game in Cleveland.
Martinez sat out Sunday's contest due to flu-like symptoms but is feeling well enough to give it a go in this one. The veteran DH has slashed .315/.359/.466 with two home runs in 21 games to begin his tenure with the Mets.

Joc Pederson DH | TEX
Diamondbacks' Joc Pederson: Perfect day at plate
Pederson went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Sunday's win over the Tigers.
Pederson opened the scoring with an RBI double in the first inning, then plated another run the following frame. He now has three games with at least three hits this month and has six hits over his last five games. Though he's strictly been platooning against righties, Pederson has been effective when in the lineup, slashing .317/.421/.558 with five homers, 12 RBI, 16 runs and a 15:30 BB:K in 127 plate appearances.

Eloy Jimenez DH | TOR
White Sox's Eloy Jimenez: Swipes third bag
Jimenez went 1-for-4 with a stolen base Sunday against the Yankees.
Jimenez had a hit in all three games of the team's weekend series, but none went for extra bases, and he also didn't record any RBI or runs. However, he did steal his third base of the season Sunday and his second in his last four games. It's unclear what has led to his sudden aggressiveness on the basepaths, as he had never attempted a stolen base across the first five seasons of his career.

Ryan O'Hearn 1B | PIT
Orioles' Ryan O'Hearn: Smacks homer in win
O'Hearn went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 6-3 win over the Mariners.
O'Hearn had gone nine games without an extra-base hit, hitting .240 (6-for-25) with three RBI in that span. The 30-year-old broke his power drought with a third-inning homer off Mariners starter George Kirby to give the Orioles a 4-1 lead. O'Hearn is up to six homers, 15 RBI, 15 runs scored and a .288/.368/.510 slash line through 33 contests in a strong-side platoon role while seeing time at designated hitter and first base and in the corner outfield spots.

Daniel Vogelbach DH | TOR
Blue Jays' Daniel Vogelbach: Scores thrice
Vogelbach went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and two additional runs scored during Sunday's 5-2 win over the Rays.
Vogelbach needed his second career triple to hit for the cycle Sunday after notching a single, double and solo homer off Aaron Civale. The performance marked Vogelbach's 10th career game with at least three hits and his first since July 7, 2023. Sunday's homer was Vogelbach's first of the season and could be what he needs after opening 2024 going 4-for-37 (.108) at the plate.

Mitch Garver DH | SEA
Mariners' Mitch Garver: Not in Sunday's lineup
Garver is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles.
Garver started the first two games of the series after missing the previous two contests with back spasms, and he'll sit for Sunday's finale. Cal Raleigh will rest his legs as the designated hitter while Seby Zavala starts behind the plate.
