Franmil Reyes DH | WAS
Indians' Franmil Reyes: Drives in three Monday
Reyes went 2-for-4 double, a run scored and three RBI to help the Indians to an 11-3 win over the White Sox on Monday.
The 24-year-old continues to swing a hot bat of late, as he's now recorded multi-hit efforts in four out of his last seven games, driving in 10 runs over that stretch. His .250 average is pedestrian, but Reyes has been an excellent source of power this season, cranking 33 homers and slapping 14 doubles to leave him with a solid .519 slugging percentage across 420 at-bats with the Padres and Indians.

Charlie Blackmon RF | COL
Rockies' Charlie Blackmon: Slaps three doubles in loss
Blackmon went 3-for-4 with three doubles, two runs and an RBI in the Rockies' 16-9 defeat to the Dodgers on Monday.
The trio of two-baggers now gives Blackmon 40 on the season, extending what was already a career high. It's been a disappointing season for the Rockies, but that can't be blamed on their veteran outfielder, who is turning in another fantastic campaign at the dish to the tune of a .320/.364/.587 slash line with 27 homers and 75 RBI through 506 at-bats. If there's any knock on Blackmon's campaign, it's that he's only swiped two bases after recording double-digit steals in each of the last five seasons.

Joc Pederson DH | TEX
Dodgers' Joc Pederson: Considered day-to-day
Pederson is being considered day-to-day after exiting Monday's game against Colorado with an abdominal bruise, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
Pederson crashed hard into the outfield wall and had to leave the contest, spelling an end to what had been a monstrous night for the 27-year-old, who finished 3-for-3 with two home runs, a double, five RBI and an additional run scored. He'll likely be re-evaluated upon his arrival at the ballpark Tuesday before the Dodgers determine his status for the second game of the series.

Bryce Harper 1B | PHI
Phillies' Bryce Harper: Smacks 30th homer
Harper went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a 7-1 victory against the Reds on Monday.
The 26-year-old hit 11 homers in August and has carried that power right into September. It's been a disappointing year for Harper's average, but his .248 ISO makes up for it somewhat. He is batting .257 with 30 home runs, 99 RBI, 86 runs and nine steals in 491 at-bats this season.

Joc Pederson DH | TEX
Dodgers' Joc Pederson: Exits with injury
Pederson left Monday's game against the Rockies after suffering an injury on a leaping catch at the wall, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Pederson made a spectacular grab, robbing Charlie Blackmon of a three-run home run, but he paid the price. Pederson went down temporarily, though he was eventually able to walk off the field under his own power. Enrique Hernandez replaced the 27-year-old in right field.

Miguel Cabrera DH | DET
Tigers' Miguel Cabrera: Hits 10th home run
Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Twins.
Cabrera got the scoring started for Detroit with a first inning homer off of Minnesota starter Jake Odorizzi. It was just the 10th home run of the season for the 36-year-old, who has hit only 29 long balls since the start of the 2017 season. However, the blast was a career milestone for Cabrera, as he moved into a tie with Stan Musial and Willie Stargell for 31st all time with 475 home runs.
-
Justin Turner DH | CHC
Dodgers' Justin Turner: Resting Monday
Turner is not starting Monday against the Rockies, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
Turner owns an excellent 1.139 OPS with nine homers over his last 18 games. He could be a candidate for fairly frequent rest days down the stretch with the Dodgers holding an 18-game division lead. Matt Beaty will be the third baseman Monday.
-
Daniel Vogelbach DH | TOR
Mariners' Daniel Vogelbach: Outstanding offensive effort in win
Vogelbach went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a bases-loaded walk, another base on balls and two runs overall in a win over the Rangers on Sunday.
Vogelbach generated one of five multi-hit efforts on a breakout offensive day for the Mariners. The slugger limped to a .130 average in a forgettable August, but he does have a modest three-game hitting streak and is now just one homer away from hitting 30-mark in that category for the first time in his career.

Matt Carpenter DH | STL
Cardinals' Matt Carpenter: Sitting out Monday
Carpenter is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.
Carpenter will get a breather after starting at third base in both ends of Sunday's doubleheader with the Reds. He went hitless with four strikeouts in seven at-bats between the two contests, dropping his season-long average to .215. Tommy Edman will cover the hot corner in Monday's series opener while Carpenter rests.
