Hicks isn't in the lineup for the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus Atlanta.

After going 1-for-4 with a strikeout during a loss to begin the day, Hicks will retreat to the bench for Saturday's final game. Agustin Ramirez will work as Miami's catcher, and Eric Wagaman will pick up a start at first base.

Davis isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Reds.

Davis will take a seat on the bench Saturday after going 2-for-7 with a two-run homer through the first two games of the series. Joey Bart will take his place behind the dish and bat seventh for the Pirates.

McCann isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game versus Colorado.

McCann will get a day to clear his head Saturday after going just 1-for-17 with a walk and five strikeouts over his last six games. Jose Herrera will catch instead for starter Eduardo Rodriguez and bat ninth.

O'Hoppe is not in the Angels' starting lineup against the Tigers on Saturday.

O'Hoppe will get a breather after starting in the Angels' last three games, with Travis d'Arnaud starting behind home plate and batting eighth. O'Hoppe was productive at the plate coming out of the All-Star break but has gone 1-for-14 (.071) with seven strikeouts over his last four games.

Higashioka is not in the Rangers' starting lineup against the Phillies on Saturday.

Higashioka will get a breather while Jonah Heim works behind home plate and bats eighth. Higashioka has been productive in 13 games since the All-Star break and has a .946 OPS with one steal, three home runs and five RBI over that span.

Bailey isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Washington, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Bailey has gone 5-for-9 with four RBI and two runs scored over his last three games, but he'll begin Saturday's contest on the bench while Andrew Knizner catches for left-handed starter Carson Whisenhunt.

Wells isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Houston.

The lefty-hitting Wells will get a breather Saturday while the lefty-throwing Framber Valdez takes the mound for the Astros. Ben Rice will start behind the plate and bat fifth.

Raleigh went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rays.

With the Mariners down 2-0 in the eighth inning, Raleigh got hold of a Griffin Jax sweeper and launched it to right-center field for the game-winning homer. It was Raleigh's 43rd long ball of the year, as he marches closer to toppling Salvador Perez's MLB record of 48 homers in a season set in 2021. Raleigh's overall offensive output has slipped since the All-Star break, however, and over his last 20 games he is slashing .198/.253/.383 with 11 RBI.

Rutschman went 1-for-2 with a two-run home run and a walk in Friday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.

Rutschman put the Orioles on the board with a two-run blast in the first inning, his first homer since returning from the injured list July 28. The 27-year-old has been sharp in 10 games since his return, hitting safely in nine of them with eight extra-base hits, seven RBI and six runs scored. For the season, he's slashing .240/.325/.401 with nine homers, 27 RBI and 37 runs scored across 317 plate appearances.

Adams isn't in the lineup for Friday's game against the Giants, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

After going 2-for-6 with a homer during Washington's last series against the A's, Adams will move to the bench for Friday's series opener in San Francisco. Drew Millas will pick up a start at catcher and bat seventh.
