Scott Nelson: Cut Sunday
The Lions waived Nelson on Sunday.
Nelson joined the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin in 2022, and he spent time on the practice squad with both Seattle and Pittsburgh as a rookie. The 24-year-old then signed with Detroit after he was let go by the Steelers in June, but he'll now likely have to look elsewhere to make his NFL debut.
