Garrett (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Garrett is good to go after a full practice Friday following limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday. The star pass rusher has 4.0 sacks this season, though he comes into Sunday's game against Steelers mired in a two-game drought in that category.

Browns' Malachi Corley: Cleared to face Steelers
Corley (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.
Corley upgraded to full participation Friday following a pair of limited practices. The 2024 third-round draft pick of the Jets played 12 snaps on offense in his Browns debut against the Vikings this past Sunday in London, turning his only touch into an 11-yard carry.

Browns' Mike Hall: Won't return Sunday
Hall (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Steelers, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
The second-year pro from Ohio State is now in line to miss his sixth consecutive game after undergoing knee surgery in the offseason. Adin Huntington is expected to continue serving as one of the Browns' top reserve interior defensive linemen until Hall returns to the field.

Browns' Shedeur Sanders: Named backup for Week 6
Head coach Kevin Stefanski announced Friday that Sanders will back up Dillon Gabriel against the Steelers on Sunday, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Sanders will take on the top backup role after the Browns traded Joe Flacco to the Bengals on Tuesday. Cleveland will go with a pair of rookies as options under center on their game-day roster while Bailey Zappe remains on the practice squad. Sanders has yet to throw a regular-season pass in the NFL but could get an opportunity if Gabriel struggles or gets hurt.

Browns' Tyson Campbell: Could have full-time role in debut
The Browns are hoping Campbell will play a full-time role Sunday against the Steelers, per cornerbacks coach Brandon Lynch, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Campbell was acquired Wednesday in a trade with Jacksonville. Lynch spent extra time with Campbell on Thursday, helping Campbell get up to speed on Cleveland's defensive scheme. Campbell is expected to start at outside cornerback in his Browns debut Sunday.

Browns' Denzel Ward: Full practice Thursday
Ward (hip) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Ward was limited in practice Wednesday, but he now looks fully healthy and ready to rock for Sunday's road matchup against the Steelers. Barring any setbacks, expect Ward to handle his usual starting role versus Pittsburgh. Tyson Campbell, who the Browns acquired Thursday in a trade package that sent Greg Newsome (hamstring) to Jacksonville, figures to immediately join Ward as a top outside cornerback.
