  • Rangers' Cole Beaudoin: Acquired in trade

    Beaudoin, Sean Durzi and a 2027 third-round pick were acquired by Utah from the Rangers on Wednesday in exchange for Vincent Trocheck, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet. During the 2025-26 campaign with OHL Barrie, Beaudoin had 33 goals and 88 points in 54 regular-season appearances before adding 10 goals and 29 points in 15 playoff outings. Utah took him with the No. 24 overall pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, and he has the potential to become a top-six forward for the Rangers. However, he could begin the 2026-27 campaign with AHL Hartford.
