Rossi notched multiple points for the second straight game and is now producing at a point-per-game pace through his first 10 outings. Wild's Marco Rossi: Signs three-year contract
Rossi inked a three-year, $15 million contract with Minnesota on Friday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
Rossi was a restricted free agent and signed a bridge deal that will take him to within one year of free agency once this contract expires. The 23-year-old had career highs in goals with 24 and assists with 36 across 82 regular-season games with the Wild in 2024-25. He is slated to center the second line in 2025-26, alongside Marcus Johansson and Mats Zuccarello.

Rossi has three points over the last two games since officially being moved down to the fourth line. Rossi helped fuel the late comeback for the Wild with a primary helper on Marcus Foligno's goal in the third period. Rossi managed a power-play assist, four shots on goal and two hits in Friday's 3-1 loss to the Canucks.
While Rossi was dropped to the third line at even strength, he remains on the Wild's top power-play unit. It was there that he set up Brock Faber for a third-period tally Friday. The helper was Rossi's first point over three outings in March, which likely prompted the lineup shuffle that saw Ryan Hartman take on a larger even-strength role. For the season, Rossi remains one of the Wild's top forwards with 52 points (13 on the power play), 107 shots on net and a plus-13 rating across 63 appearances.
