Bruins' David Pastrnak: Closing in on big milestone
Pastrnak scored an even-strength goal and added a power-play assist in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over Buffalo.
Both points came in the first period as the Bruins grabbed an early lead, only to see it slip away in the third as the Sabres roared back to force OT. Pastrnak is on one of his patented heaters, racking up five multi-point performances in the last seven games, and on the season he's delivered seven goals and 17 points in 13 contests. The 29-year-old superstar needs just two more tallies to reach 400 for his career.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Earns two points Tuesday
Pastrnak scored a goal on three shots, dished an assist, added two PIM and logged three hits in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Islanders.
Pastrnak's four-game point streak ended Monday against the Senators, but it didn't take him long to get back on the scoresheet. The superstar winger has been in good form to start 2025-26, racking up six goals, nine helpers, 41 shots on net, 25 hits, 10 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 12 contests. Pastrnak is among the most reliable players in the league and should remain firmly in fantasy lineups.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Two-point effort in loss
Pastrnak scored a power-play goal and added an even-strength assist in Thursday's 7-5 loss to the Ducks.
It's the third straight multi-point performance for Pastrnak, although the Bruins have managed to lose all three games. The 29-year-old superstar is well on his way to reaching triple digits in points for a fourth straight campaign, racking up five goals and 12 points through the first nine games in 2025-26.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Dishes two helpers Tuesday
Pastrnak registered two assists and four shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Panthers.
Pastrnak had a hand in both of the Bruins' game-tying goals, but the team couldn't guide the contest to overtime. He has two straight multi-point efforts, giving him four goals, six helpers, five power-play points, 31 shots, 18 hits, eight PIM and a minus-3 rating across eight appearances this season. The 29-year-old's early pace has him tracking for another 100-point, 300-shot campaign if he can stay healthy.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Pots two goals in loss
Pastrnak scored two goals, including one on the power play, in Sunday's 3-2 loss to Utah.
Pastrnak continues his impressive start to the season and notched his first multi-goal outing of the campaign, as well as his first multi-point performance since Opening Night. The star winger is up to four goals and eight points in his first seven contests, though that's not surprising for a player who has eclipsed the 100-point plateau in each of the last three seasons.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Lights lamp on power play
Pastrnak scored a power-play goal on four shots and went minus-2 in Thursday's 6-5 loss to the Golden Knights.
This was Pastrnak's second goal of the season and his first with the man advantage. The 29-year-old is up to six points, 22 shots on net, 11 hits and a minus-1 rating through five appearances this season. It's still fair to question the Bruins' depth scoring, but Pastrnak is a three-time 100-point earner and has been excellent even when the team around him is pedestrian at best.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Three points in season opener
Pastrnak recorded a goal and two assists, including one on the power play, in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Capitals.
Pastrnak broke the deadlock for the Bruins midway through the first period with a snap shot, and he would come through in the final frame as well with a pair of helpers. Pastrnak played through tendinitis in his knee last season but still posted an impressive campaign with 43 goals and 106 points across 82 regular-season appearances. If he stays healthy, he should operate as the Bruins' go-to weapon on offense once again.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Back at practice
Pastrnak (knee) participated in Monday's practice, Amalie Benjamin of NHL.com reports.
Pastrnak was back on the ice for his first practice of training camp after getting a week off due to tendinitis in his knee. It's a nagging issue that he played through last year while still amassing 43 goals, 106 points and 319 shots on net over 82 regular-season appearances in 2024-25.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Injury considered minor
Head coach Marco Sturm said that Pastrnak's tendinitis is in his knee and that the 29-year-old could have skated Thursday, Scott McLaughlin of WEEI reports.
Boston revealed Wednesday that Pastrnak wouldn't be a full participant in practice for the first few days of training camp due to tendinitis, but the exact location of the injury hadn't previously been revealed. The Bruins have been insistent that they're simply being cautious with Pastrnak early in camp, so it seems unlikely that the issue will impact his status for the start of the regular season.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Dealing with tendinitis
Pastrnak won't be a full participant in practices for the first few days of training camp due to tendinitis, Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe reports Wednesday.
General manager Don Sweeney described the decision to hold Pastrnak back in early practices as "load management," so it doesn't sound like this is a serious issue. It's something worth monitoring, but it also makes sense if the Bruins are simply using an abundance of caution when it comes to the handling of their superstar forward during training camp. Pastrnak finished the 2024-25 campaign with 43 goals and 106 points across 82 appearances. He hasn't missed a regular-season game over the past three years.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Two points in OT loss
Pastrnak produced a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Devils.
The 28-year-old superstar put an exclamation mark on his campaign with his sixth straight multi-point performance to end the season. Pastrnak played in all 82 regular-season contests and topped 100 points for the third straight season, finishing 2024-25 with 43 goals and 106 points.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Serves two apples in win
Pastrnak dished two assists and put three shots on net in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.
Pastrnak's playmaking was clicking on all cylinders in Sunday's game with primary helpers on goals scored by Elias Lindholm and Morgan Geekie. Overall, the 28-year-old Pastrnak is up to 62 assists, 104 points and 318 shots on net in 81 games this season. Boston's superstar currently ranks 4th in the league in points and second in shots on goal, trailing Colorado's Nathan MacKinnon (undisclosed) by two shots. Pastrnak has helped raise the play of his linemates this season and was one of the factors behind Morgan Geekie's development as a goal scorer this season. As the Bruins have a vacancy at captain with the departure of Brad Marchand at the trade deadline, Pastrnak's ability and leadership qualities make him a solid option for the captaincy for years to come. There is a lot to like about Pastrnak's production heading into the 2025-26 season.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Two-point effort Thursday
Pastrnak produced a goal and an assist in Thursday's 5-2 loss to Chicago.
While the Bruins are limping to the finish line in a disappointing season, Pastrnak hasn't slacked off. He's delivered four straight multi-point performances and has gotten onto the scoresheet in eight straight games, racking up eight goals and 18 points over the latter stretch as he wraps up his third straight 40-goal, 100-point campaign.

Bruins' David Pastrnak: Eclipses 100-point mark Tuesday
Pastrnak scored a goal and registered two assists in Tuesday's 7-2 win over New Jersey.
Pastrnak lit the lamp for the first of seven tallies the Bruins offense erupted for Tuesday. He notched his unassisted goal before he picked up his first assist of the game on Michael Callahan's first-career twine finder. Pastrnak then had the primary helper on linemate Morgan Geekie's 30th goal of the season. Overall, the 28-year-old Pastrnak is up to the century mark in points with 41 goals and 59 assists in 79 games this season. This is the superstar's third campaign in a row with 100 points or more, making him the fourth player in the league to secure this accomplishment alongside Nathan MacKinnon, Leon Draisaitl and Nikita Kucherov. Despite Boston's struggles as a team this season, Pastrnak has proven that he is still one of the league's premiere talents and has a bright outlook for the 2025-26 campaign.
